The Devil Wears Prada 2: Spotted — Anne Hathaway back in her Andrea Sachs era!
That's what Anne Hathaway captioned her first drop from the sets of The Devil Wears Prada sequel. Dressed in a casually-fitted but cinched pinstriped waist coat and trousers, the 42-year-old was gleaming and beaming.
If you're wondering, this wasn't just a cute photo-op. The same fit, later in the day, made it to the streets of New York City. In the midst of what appears to be a filler shot. Anne, channeling her inner Andy, can be seen flitting across the street, hurriedly putting on a pair of sunnies as she makes it across on-coming traffic.
The clip is an absolute dead ringer for the chaotic but fashion-forward montages of the original 2006 release, wherein panicked runs through New York City made up about 40 percent of the plot — and we mean that in the most flattering manner possible.
Coming back to the production under way, besides the OG trio of Anne, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt, returning to reprise their roles, the supporting cast has significantly expanded with names like Kenneth Branagh, (set to play Miranda Priestly's husband), Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, B.J. Novak and Pauline Chalamet having come on board, albeit in undisclosed roles (save for Kenneth's).
For anybody who believed just the sheer hype for The Devil Wears Prada sequel would make it a hush-hush affair with any leaks being cleaned up from the internet before they're circulated, just know that Anne seems to be in full fangirl mode, already having updated fans, twice (!) since filming commenced.
Just a little while back, dressed in a motley mosaic maxi dress with a crochet bucket hat, she cool-ly sauntered in front of a giant '2' and struck a pose.
As we wait for the sequel's May Day release next year, the OG is always available for streaming on OTT for the nostalgic hits.

'I'd been doing the same c**p': Suniel Shetty says he felt the need to reinvent his career, became choosy
He has been around for over 30 years, and Suniel Shetty is still kicking butt. From his early days in hits like Balwaan and Vinashak, he established himself as an action star, one of the OGs. And today, at 63, he continues to be one. His newest outing, the second season of his web series Hunter, sees him indulge in some heavy-duty fight scenes. In a candid chat with Hindustan Times, the veteran star opens up on doing action in his 60s, how cinema has changed, and his own understanding of it as well. Suniel Shetty is starring in action series Hunter, performing his own stunts at age 63. On action films Suniel says that he has evolved as an action hero, understanding the nuances behind it now. "It's not just about the energy and power behind the action, but the presence of mind and understanding the situation. You have to make the action look better, making sure the action is backed with a solid situation," he says. On reinventing himself The actor, who has been active in Hindi cinema for 33 years, said he saw a real change in his approach after the COVID-19 pandemic. He explains, 'During the pandemic, I also had a 4-5 year break from my career. I watched so much that I became the end user. I started understanding cinema from the viewer's perspective. Then, I analysed my own actions and realised, 'I have been doing the same crap.' I decided to change that. It's about reinventing yourself after understanding what your negatives are.' But does that looking back also fill him with regret, when he sees work that was not up to the mark? The simple answer is no. The complex one, is slightly more detailed. Suniel explains, 'There are a lot of films I wouldn't do today, many roles I wouldn't do now. Samajh bhi nahi thi. Kabhi kabhi directors me capability nahi thi execute karne me un kahaniyon ko (I lacked the sense, and often directors lacked the capability to execute those stories). At the same time, I have done so many films and one has managed to survive, toh aage jo karenge soch-samajh ke karenge (now I do stuff after careful consideration). That's why I am very choosy with whatever little I get.' Suniel Shetty admits today he wouldn't do many films he did early in his career. On young action stars In Hunter season 2, Suniel Shetty goes up against Jackie Shroff, another star in his 60s. A couple of years ago, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan raised the roof with their joint action sequences in Pathaan and Tiger 3. Both were 57 then. These shows and films have led to a notion in the audience that the younger stars are just not 'good enough' to replace the OG action stars. Suniel Shetty does not agree. "The younger writers are not writing such scripts," he says, adding, "There are directors today; there were makers then. A maker is in love with his characters. If a Raj Kapoor made a film, he did it with that love. Manmohan Desai could convince you that Amar, Akbar, and Anthony can donate blood to their mother together. If you have scripts and characters that are convincing, then the audience accepts themou accept an Amitabh Bachchan saying 'main pheke hue paise nahi uthaata' and also an Allu Arjun saying 'main jhukega nahi'. The dialogue is the same, but the presentation is different. There are many young actors who are very good with their performances and can be as good in action. But you need to give them those characters." Hunter season 2 is currently streaming on Amazon MXPlayer.

Anne Hathaway won fans' hearts for the millionth time when she recorded herself getting ready to head to work for Devil Wears Prada 2, in a cerulean blue sweater nonetheless! Now while everyone thought that's all the intel they'd have till the film storms theatres way down the line, Anne has been having quite some fun on her Instagram, even sharing her first ever look stepping back into her Andy Sachs era, though the fit choice feels like Miranda Priestly's sartorial training from the original film has stuck with her (character). Soon enough, she was seen flitting through the streets of NYC, reminiscent of her early Runway days. A casual trench fit stopping a fleet of traffic also made its way to the Internet till it stood completely upstaged by — no points for guessing — Meryl Streep's Miranda! Dress in lavender, tan, beige and the character's trade mark layered white crop bob, it's safe to say Miranda's first sighting from the film completely upstaged Andy's. New Delhi: All eyes are on July 29, 2025, as one of Ekta Kapoor's most loved television shows of all time - Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is returning with its reboot series. What's even better is that the OG cast is returning, too. Most importantly, Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay as Tulsi and Mihir. As per reports, Ekta Kapoor and Smriti Irani are all set to seek blessings for their upcoming show at Nathdwara Temple near Udaipur, Rajasthan, on July 27, 2025. It is one of the oldest and most famous temples dedicated to Lord Krishna. Over 300 years old, this temple is a spiritual haven for devotees from the Pushtimarg tradition. Background A teaser for the upcoming sequel has already been released, featuring Smriti Irani as Tulsi, taking viewers through the iconic Virani house in Shanti Niketan. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 will also mark the return of several original cast members, including Amar Upadhyay as Mihir Virani, Hiten Tejwani as Karan Virani and Gauri Pradhan as Nandini Virani. The new promo revealed that there will be new faces Rohit Suchanti, Shagun Sharma, and Aman Gandhi. The show is set to premiere on July 29 at 10:30 pm. Smriti Irani On How Kyunki Redefined Television The show originally aired in a late-night 10:30 pm slot, which was considered an off-peak time. However, it soon became a trendsetter. "From 2000 to 2008, our team redefined television in a completely new way. Back then, no one used to watch TV at 10:30 p.m. Women producing television series weren't common, and it was also rare for female actors to be the central narrators and the core focus of any show. Establishing all these things was a landmark in itself, a unique chapter of our lives," Smriti Irani said. Smriti also spoke about how the success of the show transformed the lives of those who worked on it. "I still remember when we first started working on the show; we were about 120-150 people. None of us owned a house or a car. We all laid the financial foundation of our lives through Kyunki. People may watch us on screen, but many don't realise how many households keep their stoves burning simply because someone switches on the television." In A Nutshell Tulsi Virani, aka Smriti Irani and Kyunki's producer Ekta Kapoor are headed to Nathdwara Temple in Rajasthan to seek blessings ahead of the premiere of the Reboot series. They will visit the temple on July 27, 2025.
