The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 58,667 martyrs and 139,974 injuries as of Thursday, since the beginning of the assault on October 7, 2023.
In its daily statistical report received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that 94 martyrs (including one recovered body) and 367 injuries were recorded in the past 24 hours alone.
The ministry added that between March 18, 2025, and today, the total number of martyrs has reached 7,843, with 27,933 injuries during that period.
It also reported that in the past 24 hours, 26 martyrs and over 32 injuries were related to the distribution of humanitarian aid, bringing the total number of 'breadline martyrs' who reached hospitals to 877, with more than 5,666 injuries.
The ministry noted that many victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as rescue and civil defense teams are still unable to reach them due to ongoing hostilities and access restrictions.

UN Confirms Over 100 Palestinians Martyred in Two Days at Gaza Aid Distribution Points
New York – Saba: Farhan Haq, Deputy Spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, stated Friday that more than 100 people were martyred and hundreds injured in Gaza over the past two days while attempting to access food at military aid distribution points. During a daily press briefing, the UN official emphasized that no one should risk their lives to obtain food, stressing the imperative to protect civilians at all costs. He called for unimpeded and sufficient aid distribution to Palestinians in Gaza, warning that months of deprivation have deepened the crisis. Haq underscored the urgent need to remove obstacles hindering aid flow into Gaza and ensure humanitarian workers can perform their duties swiftly and safely. Israeli enemy crimes against Palestinians awaiting aid in Gaza continue daily since the implementation of the "Israeli-American mechanism" supervised by the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" on May 27. Earlier Friday, Gaza's Health Ministry reported the total martyrs of the "bread queues" - aid seekers arriving at hospitals - has risen to 1,383 martyrs and over 9,218 injuries since May 27. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has committed genocidal crimes in Gaza since October 7, 2023, resulting in 60,332 Palestinian civilian martyrs (mostly women and children) and 147,643 injured - incomplete figures as thousands remain trapped under rubble inaccessible to rescue teams Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

Gaza Ministry: Famine death toll rises to 169, 7 died in last 24 hours
Gaza - Saba: The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from famine in the Strip has risen to 169, including 93 children. The ministry said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that hospitals in the Gaza Strip recorded 7 new deaths due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, including one child. The ministry stressed that the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to worsen under the blockade and shortages of food and medical supplies, renewing its call for immediate and urgent intervention by the international community and relief organizations. Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have been facing an unprecedented wave of hunger since the Israeli enemy closed the Strip's crossings in early March and imposed severe restrictions on the entry of food and relief aid, fuel, and medicine. Over time, Gazans have exhausted all food supplies, shops have become empty, and finding a loaf of bread has become almost impossible. Meanwhile, available goods have seen skyrocketing prices, with "death by starvation" becoming one of the most devastating causes of death in the Strip. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
