Vicky McClure kisses rockstar husband after epic One Show performance

If finding bent coppers in Line of Duty wasn't thrilling enough, Vicky McClure has found the next best thing after her rock star performance onThe One Show. The 42-year-old, who played Detective Inspector Kate Fleming, shared a tender moment with her husband Jonny Owen after performing her new single Haircut live. Vicky was on vocals for the new track by the Reverend and the Makers, with Jonny even playing bass guitar. The Line of Duty star teamed up with the band, which is fronted by Jon McClure, to release their single in July and is featured on their upcoming album 'Is This How Happiness Feels?'. It's not Vicky's first venture into music after she previously led Our Dementia Choir in 2018 in a BBC documentary. Elsewhere on The One Show, Sam Claflin, who played Billy Dunne in Daisy Jones and The Six, was asked whether viewers might anticipate another series. The star responded: 'I can't speak for everyone, I can speak for myself. I think we'd love to. It's just not in my hands! It's not my decision unfortunately. 'I think getting six actors together with our schedules-obviously, if we were a band, our schedules would be aligned. 'But, we're all actors, we all have families, we're all from different parts of the world. The desire is there, but it's out of my hands.' Vicky's performance comes after her Line of Duty co-star Adrian Dunbar recently confirmed the beloved crime drama is set to return to screens very soon. In a recent interview with The Telegraph, he was asked point-blank if a seventh season was on the cards. 'Oh, it's definitely coming back,' he said. 'Some time next year. We're just waiting for the BBC to announce it.' Although the actor, 66, has announced the show's return several times in the past few years, only for nothing to eventuate, he is certain this time. 'I know Jed is writing. And Martin and Vicky are very keen,' he added. Vicky first met her husband Jonny, who is a director, after he casted her in the comedy film Svengali, alongside Boy George, Martin Freeman, and Maxine Peake. From there, they ended up moving in together after just one week from meeting each other. More Trending Talking on the How to Fail podcast with Elizabeth Day, Vicky said: 'We literally lived together from a week of meeting. We have basically stayed together from that time until now. We've never lived apart. I am not sure about fate but I couldn't see my life without him. 'When you finally meet someone who gets you, lets you fly, loves you for who you are and you can have that genuine laughter, it's amazing.' After four years of romance, Jonny proposed on Christmas morning, hiding the engagement ring in tea bags. View More » The One Show is available to watch on BBC iPlayer. Got a story? Volkswagen, Skoda and Cupra slash electric car prices

The Volkswagen Group has decided it doesn't want to wait around and see which of its EVs are eligible for the government's new Electric Car Grant scheme, and has cut £1,500 from the price of selected electric cars from Volkswagen, Skoda and Cupra. The government recently announced a grant scheme for fully electric cars costing under £37,000, but it's still unclear which models will be eligible for £1,500 or £3,750 off their respective price tag. It's dependent on complex sustainability criteria – which is why we don't know which models will meet the government's grant just yet. For Volkswagen, the electric cars that fall under the German firm's new £1,500 'Grant Guarantee' include the ID.3 in Pure, Pro and Pro trim levels, along with the ID.4 in Pure and Pro - essentially excluding the GTX from both. The £1,500 grant would bring the entry-level ID.3 Pure Essential's price down to £29,360 and the ID.4 Pure Match to £38,090. As for Skoda, its grant covers the Elroq and Enyaq, in SE, SE L, Edition and SportLine trim. With the grant the Elroq will cost from £30,010 and the Enyaq £38,190. Cupra's grant is on the Born hatchback on V1, V2 and V3 trim levels - lowering the base price to £34,190. All three brands will run their new £1,500 'Grant Guarantee' until 31 August. Volkswagen, Skoda and Cupra all say their grant 'will honour the £1,500 grant on the vehicles specified, even if the Government's grant is not awarded'. You won't be able to receive both the 'Grant Guarantee' and the Government Electric Car Grant on any of those models however. The latest moves follow similar offers or incentives from brands including Hyundai, Alfa Romeo, Kia and Leapmotor. Configure your perfect Skoda Elroq through our Find A Car service now. Is my boyfriend a freak, or is his kink simply too freaky for me?

1 DEAR DEIDRE: I'VE always liked a bit of rough, but I think my latest boyfriend's preferences may be too extreme for me. When he first told me he was into CBT I thought he was talking about counselling. Then it quickly became apparent that he wanted me to kick him in the balls. We've been together for four months and our sex life has been so exciting. He loves me dressing up in sexy underwear and high heels. The first time he asked me to dominate him was thrilling. I walked all over his back - in my stilettos and afterwards we had the most intense sex I've ever experienced. I knew I was in for a kinky ride the first time I saw him naked. He has a ring at the end of his penis which he told me would give me the best orgasms of my life - he wasn't wrong. I'm 44 and he's 46 and we get on just as well out of the bedroom as inside it. The attraction between us is insane but I'm concerned I've reached my limit since he explained he wants me to hurt him down below. I mean how do you get pleasure from that? He says he's had two relationships where his exes were happy to participate and that they enjoyed the sense of dominance and control. He's asked me to try it just once to see if it is for me but I'm too nervous to even go there. What if I seriously injure him? I know he says there is a strong bond between pleasure and pain but his requests are making me feel extremely uneasy. He has lived with anxiety his whole life and says that letting go in the bedroom is one of the few pleasures that give him a real break. So far I've avoided what he calls 'ball play' but I can tell he's not going to let up. What should I do? Give it a chance or run for the hills? DEIDRE SAYS: To start off no one should do anything sexually they are not comfortable with. So if this suggestion is something that churns your stomach and you simply can't face it then you need to be honest with your boyfriend. Discuss if there is a compromise. You clearly have a lively sex life as it stands. Does he need this to get satisfaction or is it simply an option he enjoys? Ball play is better known than you may realise. And while of course there are obvious dangers, devotees say they experience intense pleasure from the practice. For some CBT is about constriction of the penis or testicles, for others it's about inflicting pain on the penis or testicles. If you decide you do want to try the practice, be very clear about your limits and ask him about his. Make sure you have safe words and go slowly to begin with and carefully monitor any reactions. Dear Deidre's Fetish Files Deidre's mailbag is bursting with kinky sex problems. And one woman discovered her husband's affair with a woman on a fetish website.
