'He is not a method actor, but...': Priya Bapat reveals Nawazuddin Siddiqui's working style in Costao
When Priya was asked about her experience working with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and her learnings, the actress said, 'First of all, he is very cooperative. Not just that, he is extremely down to earth and humble. Maine ek bhi din Nawaz sir ko van mein baithe hue nahi dekha hai. Like, he would always come and sit with us on the set. He would rehearse multiple times, and then he would just do a marking rehearsal and go for a take, because he doesn't want to lose that naturality of the character and the scene. Also, he is very punctual. I haven't seen a day when Nawaz sir would get late.'
Take a look here:
While talking about her learnings, Priya mentioned that Nawaz is someone who likes to improvise a lot. He is not that actor who would learn the script. Instead, he will read it, improvise it, and go for a shot. The Rafuchakkar fame also opened up about Siddiqui not being a method actor. She said, 'As much as I have seen his work, I thought he would be a method actor. But I realised that he has a different process. His method process is unique and like I said, he is a very free-flowing kind of person. Aise nahi lagta ki yeh bohot pre-decide karke aaye hain .'
She further added, 'He is just very free-flowing and he also improvises a lot. So he has his own unique beauty. And, I think this is a very nice quality as it gives you honesty on screen. You don't really decide and then react in front of the screen, instead it's way more natural.'
Meanwhile, the screenplay of Costao has been crafted by Bhavesh Mandalia and Meghna Srivastava, while the film is jointly produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Shyam Sunder, Faizuddin Siddiqui, Bhavesh Mandalia, and Sejal Shah, under the banners of Bhanushali Studios, Bombay Fables Motion Pictures, and Side Hero Entertainment.

Inside Sanjay Dutt's Rs 295 cr life: Rs 40 cr Mumbai home near Shah Rukh Khan, Dubai mansion, global chai business and luxe car collection worth crores
Sanjay Dutt is one of the most well-known faces in the Hindi film industry and has seen various ups and downs in his 44-year-long career in films. Being the son of legendary actors Sunil Dutt and Nargis, all eyes were on Sanjay when he made his debut in 1981 with Rocky. Since then, Sanjay has delivered several iconic films — Vaastav, Kaante, Khal Nayak, Munna Bhai MBBS series and more. But films are not his only source of income. The actor has invested in multiple businesses and also owns properties in Mumbai and Dubai. Here's a look at his net worth and his lifestyle: Sanjay Dutt owns a prized home in Mumbai's posh locality of Pali Hill, Bandra. He is the neighbour of several Bollywood A-listers including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Rekha, Farhan Akhtar and many more. The building — Imperial Heights — where Sanjay used to live with his wife Maanayata and their twins, Shahraan and Iqra, before shifting to Dubai, was constructed on the land where his parents — Sunil and Nargis — once had their bungalow named Ajanta. The bungalow was eventually demolished to make way for a high-rise building, which was named Imperial Heights. Along with Sanjay Dutt, his sisters — Priya and Namrata Dutt — also own flats in the same building. According to a report in The Times of India, the cost of Sanjay Dutt's apartment is approximately Rs 40 crore. Sanjay Dutt shifted to Dubai before 2020. The actor revealed that he moved there after his wife started her business in the UAE and their kids enjoyed living there. He told Times Of India, 'They love it there. They like their school and their activities. My wife's business has settled there. Sending them there wasn't a planned move. It just happened on its own. Maanayata was doing her own business in Dubai, it clicked and she went, and the kids went with her.' Sanjay Dutt keeps shuttling between Mumbai and Dubai to balance his work commitments in India and family life in the UAE. While the exact cost of his Dubai mansion isn't available in the public domain, Maanayata frequently shares glimpses of their luxurious home on social media. Decorated with paintings, luxurious chandeliers, leather sofas, a huge white kitchen and a swimming pool, the property reflects their global lifestyle. A post shared by Sanjay Dutt (@duttsanjay) Sanjay Dutt has ventured beyond films and invested in several businesses. He co-owns B-Love Kandy, a franchise cricket team that competed in the 2023 Lanka Premier League. According to GQ, he invested Rs 4 crore in the startup DawnTown, a sneakers and streetwear retailer. He also holds stakes in Cyber Media India. Most recently, he partnered with alcohol manufacturer Cartel & Bros to launch his own Scotch whisky brand, The Glenwalk. A post shared by Dawntown (@dawntownclothing) In addition to his business investments, Sanjay Dutt owns two production houses — Sanjay Dutt Productions and Three Dimension Motion Pictures. His banner recently backed the multi-starrer Bhootni. However, unlike his acting career, Dutt hasn't tasted much success as a producer, and most of his projects have failed to perform at the box office. In December last year, Sanjay Dutt forayed into the culinary space with the launch of Dutts' Franktea in Dubai, an online-only chai and street food brand. A post shared by Maanayata Dutt (@maanayata) The Khal Nayak star is known for his taste in luxury automobiles. According to reports, his collection includes some of the most premium cars in the market — Rolls-Royce Ghost (Rs 6.95–7.95 crore), Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography (Rs 2.99 crore), Audi R8 (Rs 2.72 crore), Ferrari 599 GTB (Rs 1.3 crore), and Audi Q7 (Rs 99.81 lakh). He also owns high-end motorcycles such as the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy (Rs 25.68 lakh) and a Ducati Multistrada (Rs 21.48–31.48 lakh). According to Financial Express, Sanjay Dutt's net worth is estimated to be around Rs 295 crore, with his successful acting career being the primary contributor.

Dilip Kumar And Raj Kapoor's Historic Pakistan Homes To Be Turned Into Museums
Last Updated: The ancestral homes of Indian cinema legends Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar in Peshawar are being restored and converted into heritage museums. In the narrow, bustling lanes of Peshawar's Qissa Khwani Bazaar lie two ageing structures that once echoed with the footsteps of two boys who would grow up to become giants of Indian cinema. They were Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar. Now, decades later, the ancestral homes of these screen legends are being given a new lease of life. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has officially begun work to restore and convert these iconic properties into heritage museums, suggests reports. According to officials, the restoration project began on Monday and is expected to be completed over the next two years at an estimated cost of Rs 70 million. The Directorate of Archaeology and Museums has been entrusted with bringing the homes back to their original form, carefully preserving the architecture that reflects early 20th-century colonial influences. 'The project's goal is to preserve our province's historical and cultural identity while also encouraging heritage tourism," said Dr Abdus Samad, Director of Archaeology. He added that the effort would also create job opportunities and support the local economy. The transformation is part of a broader initiative backed by the World Bank aimed at revitalising cultural landmarks across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 'With the support of the World Bank, these projects will revolutionise the tourism sector in the province. Our aim is to make Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's beautiful cultural landmarks a focal point for tourists worldwide," said Zahid Khan Shinwari, the provincial government's Advisor for Tourism. The houses were officially declared national heritage sites by former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on July 13, 2014. Since then, there has been a growing call from cinema lovers and historians alike to protect and honour these properties. Once completed, the museums will be dedicated to showcasing the lives, legacies, and cinematic journeys of Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar — two towering figures whose influence helped define the golden era of Hindi cinema.
