The Radfords jet off to Florida AGAIN - just four weeks after £52,000 Disney blowout for mum Sue's 50th

Daily Mail29-05-2025
The Radford family are back in Florida - just a month after their lavish £52,000 getaway to the sunshine state to mark matriarch Sue's 50th birthday.
Britain's biggest family, known from Channel 5 's 22 Kids and Counting, have returned to the US for another sun-soaked adventure and are sharing every moment with their fans on social media.
Posting to Facebook, the Morecambe-based clan uploaded snaps from their visit to Alligator Farm in the Everglades, where they got up close with the wildlife.
Both older and younger children looked thrilled, beaming in the sunshine, as they sat together on a wooden boat.
Dad Noel got into the swing of things as he posed with a straw safari hat and even held up a giant cricket, with the family joking: 'Think Noel thinks he's turned into Indiana Jones with his new hat.'
Elsewhere, the youngest Radfords were seen building sandcastles and playing on the beach while wearing adorable sun hats as the family made the most of their time away.
The group also took in the sights at Disney World once again, with a front-row seat to the famous Epcot fireworks show.
'The Epcot fireworks display was pure Disney magic! Noel even got a front-row seat… From the pram! Bless him, it's been a LONG (but exciting!) day,' they captioned one video.
This time, the Radfords were joined by their close friends, the Walkers - another supersized family who have 11 children of their own.
Fans were quick to share their support, flooding the Radfords' comments with praise.
One person wrote: 'I have so much respect for you all as a family. Really well behaved children and grandkids as well. A big pat on the back for you both. You've done a brilliant job.'
Another added: 'I would love this. I have friends in Florida and sometimes alligators appear in their back garden - I wouldn't be so keen on that!'
And a third noted: 'Lovely photos, looks like a great time, beautiful family x'.
Another person commented on the children's big smiles, saying : 'The faces say enough.'
Their latest trip comes just weeks after their headline-making £52,000 Florida holiday for Sue's milestone birthday.
The family previously told The Mirror they had been 'feeling the pinch' financially but didn't hold back when it came to celebrating Sue's big 5-0.
That trip featured visits to Disney parks, pool days at their luxury villa and plenty of sweet family moments, including a snap of Sue wearing Minnie Mouse ears and another of two of her daughters wearing matching outfits and backpacks, each with identical dolls tucked inside.
One photo showed the whole family posing happily with Donald Duck, while another captured carefree moments by the villa pool.
But the birthday trip wasn't entirely without its bumps. Sue shared her frustrations on Instagram over lengthy wait times at the theme park, particularly for the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.
'95 minute wait for Guardians of the Galaxy?' she posted. 'Not liking the fact they removed the virtual queuing system. Anyone else wish they'd kept that system?'
The change meant park guests could no longer join a virtual queue from their phones and instead had to wait in person, often for well over an hour.
Meanwhile, the family also made headlines this week for a very different reason - a personal update from the Radfords' eldest daughter, Sophie.
Sophie Radford, 31, took to Instagram to reveal she is no longer with her husband, Joseph Broadley.
The couple married in 2015 and share three children: Daisy Mae, 12, Ayprill Louise, 10, and Leo, nine.
Adoring fans rushed to the Radfords' comments to express well wishes for their latest trip
In a Q&A with fans, the TV personality, who has over 60,000 followers, gave quickfire answers to a series of personal questions, revealing her favourite food is pizza, her shoe size is four-to-five and her age is 31.
But the question that caught most attention was: 'Are you single?'
Sophie replied with an all-caps 'YES' and added: 'THAT'S ALL THAT WILL BE SAID ON IT.'
She offered no further details on the split but made it clear she was not open to discussing the matter further.
With their second Florida trip underway and their eldest daughter back in the headlines, it seems the Radfords are showing no signs of slowing down.

Man United's bomb squad back home casts shadow over Ruben Amorim's trip to the United States - as Red Devils face losing fortune on £350m worth of stars

It's 21 years since Manchester United first arrived in Chicago having left a number of star names at home, drawing criticism from a US audience who didn't appreciate that Cristiano Ronaldo and his teammates were resting after Euro 2004 and the Copa America or preparing for the Athens Olympics. Fans even booed when a United side featuring very few big names besides Roy Keane fought out a drab goalless draw with Bayern Munich here at Soldier Field, forcing Sir Alex Ferguson to fly in reinforcements for the remaining two games in Philadelphia and New Jersey. When a significantly stronger United head back to the Windy City on Tuesday there will again be some notable absentees, but it's safe to say there is little chance of Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho Antony or Tyrell Malacia getting an SOS call from Ruben Amorim. The United boss will be happy to leave them behind to train at Carrington as United set up camp in Chicago ahead of Saturday's opening game of the Premier League Summer Series against West Ham in New Jersey, a meeting with Bournemouth at Soldier Field and the final tour game against Everton in Atlanta. With Marcus Rashford already in Barcelona to complete a loan move to the Nou Camp, Amorim clearly thinks it would be too much of a distraction to have the rest of his 'bomb squad' on the trip having kept them away from their teammates for the first two weeks of pre-season training and Saturday's goalless draw with Leeds in Stockholm. Sancho went to the US and played on tour last summer despite his fall-out with Erik ten Hag, but Amorim wants a clean slate and that is understandable. Alejandro Garnacho is a member of Man United's bomb squad who will not travel, while Marcus Rashford is closing in on a move to Barcelona on an initial loan He will also be delighted to have Bryan Mbeumo on the plane to Illinois after his £71m move from Brentford went through on Monday night. United have committed more than £130m to signing Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha, giving Amorim the two bespoke No10s he wants for his 3-4-2-1 system, and two attackers who are proven in the Premier League. United's traditions have been built on exciting wingers but Rashford, Sancho, Garnacho and Antony have become an endangered species at Old Trafford this summer. Malacia, meanwhile, was the first signing of the Ten Hag era but does not fit the specific requirements to be a left wing-back under his successor. Amorim knows what he wants and United's leadership team should be commended for backing him in that regard. Still, there is something rather incongruous about a club so desperately in need of goals – a problem underlined again in Stockholm – freezing out so much attacking talent. Leaving them at home may be better for morale, but it could also cost United a fortune this summer. By making it abundantly clear that they are surplus to requirements, the club have severely compromised their bargaining position on a group of players who were valued at close to £350m at their peak. United will find new homes for all five, but at what cost? Rashford's price rocketed to £100m not so long ago, but he will be allowed to join Barcelona for around £30m next summer if his loan is a success. The 27-year-old is understood to have taken a 15 per cent wage-cut to help the deal go through with Barca agreeing to pay all of his salary. Garnacho was valued at around £70m when Napoli made an approach for him in January, but United would consider offers of around £40m for the Argentina winger after Amorim told him to find a new club. The 21-year-old wants to stay in the Premier League and there is interest from Chelsea, Tottenham and Aston Villa. Antony is the second most expensive player in United's history following his £86m move from Ajax three years ago, but would fetch less than half that now with the Old Trafford hierarchy likely to consider offers under £40m. Although the Brazil winger impressed on loan at Real Betis last season, the Spaniards are reluctant to pay above £25m or £50,000-a-week towards his wages, so another loan spell in Seville is a possibility. Sancho cost £73m from Borussia Dortmund in 2021, but United are struggling to offload him for a fraction of that price after Chelsea paid a £5m penalty rather than turn his loan into a permanent £25m transfer. With the 25-year-old now in the final 11 months of his contract, and his £275,000-a-week wages a significant stumbling block, United may have to consider another loan amid interest from Juventus. Malacia, who cost £14.7m from Feyenoord when he became the first signing of the Ten Hag era, is available after returning from a loan spell at PSV Eindhoven. Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos would no doubt argue that they are paying for the excesses of a previous regime. They would prefer to sell players rather than loan them where possible as they look to raise money for more new signings after bringing in Mbeumo and Cunha. A striker is the next priority as United work out what to do with Rasmus Hojlund, another player whose value has halved since he signed from Atalanta for £72m two years ago. Throw in a central midfielder and possibly a goalkeeper, and there will be plenty to occupy Amorim's thoughts on Tuesday's flight to Chicago.

Conservative influencer reveals why she is LEAVING Texas to return to liberal California

One of the internet's most popular conservative influencers is leaving Texas after four years to return to her home state of California. Blaire White, 31, fled her Hollywood home in 2021 amid rising homelessness and the state's tyrannical Covid policies to move to Austin, Texas. However, she announced this week that she's ready to return to California after spending the last four years in Austin. Addressing the major life change in a YouTube video, the transgender social media star shared her surprising reason behind the shock relocation. 'I was born there, so it is home for better or for worse,' Chico-born Blaire said. 'There are a lot of problems with California and a lot of people like to write off New York and California and say, "Just let them go overboard, let them burn," and I find that to be a very un-American perspective to hold,' she continued. 'California in my opinion is the most beautiful place in the world. Yes, I said the world,' she added. 'And it's even more of a shame because of that that it's run by demons.' While Blaire said that Los Angeles has now become 'ghetto and downtrodden,' she explained that she wants to return to the City of Angels to help improve it. 'I want to be someone who's part of the solution. I want to be someone who doesn't run from problems,' she insisted. 'I moved to Texas in the middle of Covid. So I moved to Texas in crisis. The lockdowns weren't ending, so much trauma from that, so much craziness, so it was kind of like an evacuation,' she continued. The YouTube star said that she's also eyeing a run for political office in the future and is excited to add her voice to California politics as a political commentator. Blaire is one of the most popular political influencers online and has previously appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, Infowars with Alex Jones, Dr. Phil and more. She's not the first social media star to return to California after moving to Texas either. Shortly after Joe Rogan relocated to Austin in 2020, comedian Tim Dillon quickly followed. However, within just a few months Dillon ditched the red state to return home to Hollywood. 'It's a horrible city without a soul,' he told fellow comedian Whitney Cummings when describing his stint in Austin. 'It's not the live music capital of America. It's three heroin addicts busking with guitars. There's zero talent here in any capacity,' he continued. 'There's three restaurants that are good and I've been to all of them twice.' In another interview with the American Redact podcast, he said that Austin 'can't be compared to New York and Los Angeles.' In recent years, many people have left New York and California for Las Vegas, Florida, Texas, and Montana, citing high crime rates and taxes in their home states for the move.

Surf instructor, 18, describes exactly how it felt to be attacked by shark that tried to eat him

A teen surf instructor has revealed exactly how it felt to be attacked by a shark that tried to eat him in waters known as the 'shark bite capital of the world.' Sam Hollis, 18, was surfing on Friday off the coast of New Smyrna Beach, a Florida beach infamous for its frequent shark bites, when he says the predator suddenly latched onto his foot and dragged him about 10 to 15 feet. Graphic images revealed the extent of his gruesome injuries from his hospital bed as he recovers. The young surfer, who started when he was just a kid and is now working as a surf instructor, will undergo surgery after the terrifying encounter but is expected to make a full recovery. He described to Fox35 the feeling of when he was first bit by the shark that 'came out of nowhere.' Hollis said it felt hot when the shark first clamped down on his foot, like a dog with a toy in his mouth. 'It felt clamped and then it kind of felt hot because of the teeth,' Hollis told the outlet from his hospital bed. 'And then it just kind of started pulling. It's almost like, um, a dog with a toy in its mouth going like, you know, like that.' I was like, 'Yeah, get this thing away from me' he added. Earlier this month, a Florida surfer almost lost his arm moments entering the water in the same beach after he was attacked by a shark. Dramatic video captured the moment Matt Bender, 40, of Orlando, was bandaged up as blood gushed from his limb. The surfer was riding the waves in the afternoon when he was mauled by the shark in New Smyrna Beach. The video, shared by Instagram user @theother_mazdagirl, shows the chaotic moments after the attack as beachgoers rushed to help. Blood can be seen on Bender's arm as his hand appears to be hanging on by a string as a fellow surfers wrap it in towels and attempt to calm him down. 'I felt it clamp down like a bear trap out of nowhere,' he told Fox affiliate WOFL–TV. He said it felt like 'electricity' when the shark bit into his right forearm.
