Miley looked sensational in the stylish black and white image with her flowing locks hanging loose over one shoulder.
As she stared moodily at the camera, the stunning singer covered her modesty with an outstretched arm.
She also showed off her magnificent dream catcher tattoo that she's had since 2011.
Fans flocked to the comments section calling the superstar an icon and praising the image.
And one fan wrote: "The woman you are!!! We love you Miley."

Miley revealed a few months ago that she was dashed to hospital after filming for her music video caused a shock illness.
She explained her surprise stint in intensive care caused her to develop a nasty infection, despite only shooting on the popular Hollywood Walk of Fame.
In a recent interview with DJ Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Miley revealed she suffers from a large polyp on her vocal cords, as well as a condition called Reinke's edema - both of which make touring nearly impossible.
Miley recently spoke out for the first time about speculation of a family rift after rumors of tension began circulating online.
The 32-year-old singer addressed the rumors in a heartfelt statement shared to her Instagram Story, as she shut down the ongoing chatter around her mom Tish Cyrus-Purcell and her dad Billy Ray.
She also addressed her relationship with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, 62, acknowledging their complex relationship but insisting they are in a good place.
In the past year, Billy Ray has found himself at the center of allegations of domestic abuse from Firerose, which he has denied.
He also made headlines for a widely criticized performance at an inauguration event for former President Donald Trump, which was marred by technical issues and awkward moments.
He is now dating Austin Powers actress Liz Hurley, 59.
However, none of his six children including daughter Noah have liked or interacted with any of their posts together online.
It comes as Miley's mom was last year accused of stealing husband Dominic Purcell from daughter Noah - and Noah was supposedly exiled from her mom's wedding.

Miley Cyrus is shedding layers for the upcoming issue of Perfect magazine. The star, 32, went completely nude as she fronted the zine with just a single hand (and strategically-cropped photo) protecting her modesty. Miley shot the camera with a smoldering gaze as she rested one hand atop her bare breast, her long hair cascading down in glossy waves. The issue has yet to be released but Perfect provided a sneak peek of Miley's interview on their Instagram - with one describing the 'power' she feels when in her birthday suit. 'Even if I'm wearing nothing, there still feels like a level of power to it,' Miley - who also recently stripped down to her lingerie for a music video with Naomi Campbell - is quoted as saying. While it is one of three covers Miley fronts for Perfect's upcoming fourth issue, it is arguably the magazine's most striking due to her daring pose. Another cover sees Miley draped in an elegant gown from Sofia Coppola's 2005 Marie Antoinette film - but with a modern twist. Paired with sneakers, Miley is adorned in the opulent Victorian frock with a feathered hat casually tied around her head. 'I feel like right now I'm in that kind of God pocket: everything is just flowing and there's a real harmonious relationship between me and what I'm wearing. It still feels like skin.
