Sofia Vergara has gone under the knife again.
In a Friday Instagram post the Modern Family actress, who turned 53-years-old earlier this month, made the reveal.
It was a second operation on her knee which the Colombian siren had worked on for the first time last year.
'It's done! Round 2 ❤️❤️#knee,' wrote the brunette as she was seen in a gown while in a hospital bed with a patch and brace on her leg.
In August 2024 she shared a look at the long scar on her knee after undergoing 'major' surgery.
The America's Got Talent veteran had on a strapless white dress with her knee propped up as she thanked her 'handsome' doctor boyfriend Dr. Justin Saliman for helping her out; they have since split.
'If u ever get a mayor (sic) knee surgery make sure u Get a handsome doctor who will sleep with u that night!!!!' she wrote in an Instagram story with a picture of her boyfriend standing by her bed.
It's unclear how the Griselda star hurt her knee.
According to his website, Saliman is the inventor of the Novo Stitch Pro Meniscal Repair system, which allows a surgeon to repair meniscus tears rather than remove the damaged area.
Vergara finalized her divorce from ex-husband Joe Manganiello, 47, earlier this month.
Court papers obtained by Page Six, indicate the dissolution of the Vergara-Manganiello marriage was made in accordance with the pre-nuptial agreement the couple made prior to their November 2015 marriage.
The documents indicated he received all of his 'earnings and accumulations' from the date of their separation, July 2, 2023 in addition to his clothing, jewelry and 'miscellaneous personal effects.'
The pair noted they never had 'any community property' between them.
Vergara's settlement was similar, providing her with her own belonging, jewelry and earnings since the separation.
The original reason for the divorce was 'irreconcilable differences' but Vergara later revealed in an interview with El País the fracture was over whether or not to have children.
'My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn't want to be an old mom.'
She explained to the outlet, 'I feel it's not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that's not for me anymore. I'm almost in menopause; it's the natural way of things,' she stated.
Earlier this month Vergara turned 53.
The femme fatale was on vacation at Nammos in Europe with her pals when she celebrated another trip around the sun.
She posed in a white bikini as she dug into a colorful cake while surrounded by bouquets of flowers.
The post saw the two of them together as he wrote 'happy birthday' over the snapshot.
Sofia is single after splitting with Dr Justin Saliman after her Joe Manganiello divorce.
Last month Sofia gave an insight into what she's looking for in her next relationship, saying she wants her next boyfriend to be as rich as she is.
She admitted that she needs 'fun in [her] life' - but she isn't interested in dating someone who isn't financially independent.
Asked what she is looking for in her next relationship, Sofia said on the Today show: 'I want to say the basic stuff, like health and somebody that loves me. And somebody tall, handsome.'
'I want somebody that has as much money as me or more, because if not, it's a nightmare. They end up resenting you.'
The Hollywood star - who was married to actor Joe between 2015 and 2024 - shared: 'I've been single now for a year and a half, and I kind of panicked once I got divorced. I was like, "I'm 52, what's gonna happen? Where am I going to find [someone]?"'
Despite this, Sofia is still in no rush to find love. She said: 'I'm not really in a hurry anymore.'
