THE teen TikToker accused of murdering her mom and stepdad is reportedly extremely scared in jail as family and friends defend the emotional funeral speech that resulted in police charging her.
Sarah Grace Patrick, 17, is the main suspect following the deaths of Kristin and James Brock.

The couple was shot dead as they slept in Carrollton, west of Atlanta, on February 20, 2025, and their bodies were tragically discovered by Patrick's six-year-old sister.
The teen has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault in connection with the deaths.
She posted videos and messages on social media, appearing to be distraught over their deaths.
One of Patrick's TikTok posts reads, "They don't know it, but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home – and they won't get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, or even say goodbye. (sic)"
She captioned the video, "I miss you guys, save a seat for me in heaven."
Patrick also gave a heartfelt speech at their funeral that police felt was suspicious.
The 17-year-old told mourners, "I'm sorry" at the end of the eulogy, a moment which has raised eyebrows.
Patrick has now emerged as the prime suspect in the case, with Carroll County sheriffs claiming they have "mountains of evidence" against the teen.
She reportedly learned police had a warrant for her arrest and went into the station with her father, who is supporting her.
Family friend Carrie Jensen, who has known Patrick for years, is raising money for her legal fees.
A public Facebook group with the name " I stand with Sarah Grace Patrick" also now has more than 300 members.
Carrie told The U.S. Sun this week, "She has a lot of people who are standing up for her. She's extremely scared and maintaining her innocence.
"I have known Sarah and her family since she was in Middle School. She and my daughter are best friends.
"She was with us 4th of July weekend."
Jensen also wrote on Facebook, "Sarah Grace did not just 'turn herself in' she was notified that she had warrants for her arrest and did exactly what she was told to do.
"Her father walked his daughter into that police station not knowing what lied ahead for his child.
"She never confessed to anything. She was working with the detectives to find the people who murdered her mom and stepdad. She trusted them because that is who she is!
"Her apology at the funeral service was normal she would apologize over everything. Even if it wasn't her fault.
'She is very much just a child. No matter what!
'No one knows her background, her story or what she has gone through."
Carrie claims she recently drove more than an hour but was told her visitation had been taken away, along with her phone privileges.
She added, "This is unfair and unjust!"
Dad Doniel Patrick's full statement on daughter's arrest
"I just want to go on the record and say I know everybody is talking.
"Many people were talking about things that they don't even know. They are just talking and writing about stuff that is completely false.
"Taking pictures of me leaving church to go to visit my daughter. If you have time to follow me around walk up to me talk to me I will talk to you.
"My daughter is 100% innocent. If you wanna talk to anybody about me and my daughter's relationship come straight to me. I'm not hiding.
"I'm going to work and doing all the normal things that I have to do to support my son. Nobody knows my pain, but I choose to deal with it the way that I have to.
"I don't want all of attention like everybody else. February 21 I had to come home and tell my son that his mother and his stepfather were dead.
"It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Until I had to take my daughter to the sheriff's office, I did not turn her in.
"She voluntarily went there because of the warrants.. She has nothing to hide. I'm not the type of person that gets on social media.
"I don't even pay attention to most of it. The only social media I have is Facebook and it's been ruined by this entire situation.
"People are quick to judge when they don't even have any info. I have as much info as everybody else so where are you getting your info from?
"If it's the media then you all should know how the media portrays everything. It's not about the truth. It's about viewership they will say anything.
"Some of the stuff that I have seen and some of the media outlets have reported good stuff.
"A lot of of them have reported bad stuff without any facts just assumptions and talking to people that don't know nothing.
"My heart goes out to the Brock family and Kristin's. I will speak when it's time. Right now, I am trying to focus on my daughter, my children.
"Not what everybody else is focusing on believe me I'm living it. I don't have to see it. To everybody out there that has kids to everybody out there that's paying attention.
"God bless each and everyone of you. I hope that you never have to go through an experience like this.. as Pastor Ben said this Sunday I'm ready bring it on goliath."

After setting up a GoFundMe account to raise funds for Patrick's legal fight, the page is no longer live.
Jensen explained, "A new donation link will be posted soon. I am working with a lawyer friend of mine to make sure we follow all the rules and it not be taken down."
Patrick's father, Doniel, took to Facebook to defend his daughter after she made national headlines.
"Many people were talking about things that they don't even know," the dad fumed.
"They are just talking and writing about stuff that is completely false."
Doniel went on to claim that Patrick is "100% innocent" and encouraged any doubters to speak about the incident with him in person.
Court documents seen by DailyMail.com give an insight into Patrick's troubled childhood, which suggests her mom and stepdad were often taking drugs.
Her dad filed for divorce from his wife, Kristin, in 2018 after a 10-year marriage, and he demanded joint legal custody of Patrick and her brother, Donnie, with "primary physical custody of the parties' minor child" and that any visits between his estranged wife and the children be supervised due to her alleged addiction issues.
"The mother has unrehabilitated substance abuse issues and both she and her boyfriend fail to adequately provide a suitable drug-free environment for minor children," court docs read.
They eventually agreed on joint legal custody, with primary physical custody given to Kristin, and Doniel seeing them on alternate weekends and holidays.
Previously, the Brocks' loved ones offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
"This is so horrendous," Kristin's father Dennis Nolan told Atlanta News First back at the time.
"You just can't imagine that someone would come in and just take the life of two good people."
The deceased couple were popular in their local church community.
Catalyst Church member Tasha Meza told Fox 5 Atlanta: "Kristin was bubbly and fun and she loved hugs.
"She never met a stranger. And James, he was a comical kind of guy. He would always crack jokes and make you laugh."
Patrick turned herself in earlier in July after police issued the warrant for her arrest following a months-long investigation.
She is expected to be tried as an adult on the murder charges.
The case is still an open investigation, and more arrests and charges are still possible, officials have said.
Authorities are still searching for a motive for the murders.

Body of woman, 31, is found near spot where British expat was murdered in frenzied stabbing attack in Dordogne

The dead body of a young woman has been found close to the spot where a British woman was murdered in a frenzied knife attack in rural France. Floriane Roux, 31, was reported missing exactly a week ago, before her corpse was uncovered by a police dog on Monday. It was hidden in thick undergrowth in the village of Paunat, in the Dordogne department, east of Bordeaux. This is less than five miles from Trémolot, where Karen Carter, 65 and a mother of four, was stabbed repeatedly before succumbing to her wounds outside her home on April 29. The British-South African national had spent a night out with friends, before dying next to her car. Florian Roux, who was French, had also been planning a night out with friends, before her body was found close to her Vauxhall Corsa. Both deaths are now being investigated by local prosecutors, supported by judicial police and gendarmes. An investigating source said on Wednesday: 'The body of Floriane Roux was found on Monday, at 4pm. 'It was in a small shelter, hidden by tall grass and plants and not far from her vehicle, next to the Dordogne River.' The body was found by a dog, who was one of seven involved in a search organised by gendarmes from Bergerac, said the source. A doctor pronounced Ms Roux dead at the scene, before police removed her body. Neither the circumstances nor cause of Ms Roux's death are yet known, and no theory – including the possibility of suicide – is being ruled out, said the source. According to her her family, Floriane Roux was supposed to meet a friend for the evening on July 23, but the friend claims not to have seen her. An investigation was opened last week by the Bergerac prosecutor's office into a 'disturbing disappearance.' Those questioned by police included Ms Roux's boyfriend, whom she lived with in Montanceix, near Saint-Astier. Ms Carter had attended a wine tasting hosted by Jean-François Guerrier, her 75-year-old lover, in the hours before her death. Both Mr Guerrier and Marie-Laure Autefort, another Trémolat resident said to have been passionately in love with him, were originally arrested, but then released without charge. Ms Carter left the party at 10pm, and had promised to phone Mr Guerrier when she got home. Concerned when he heard nothing, Mr Guerrier, a former managing director of Fujitsu Services who worked in Britain at one point, drove to check on her, and found her body sprawled on the driveway of the property she ran as a rental business. Despite attempts to save her, Ms Carter died from severe blood loss, after being stabbed in the chest, groin, arm and leg, according to an autopsy. Investigators leading the investigation feared that someone who held a grudge against Ms Carter – or 'the new couple' she was forming with Jean-François Guerrier – may have killed her. Prosecutors believe the murder was a meticulously planned crime, carried out by someone who knew Ms Carter. He or she lay in wait, they believe, and took care to avoid leaving forensic evidence, before using 'unspeakable violence' against the defenceless Ms Carter, according an investigating source. 'It certainly could have been someone who knew the victim from the Café Village, or a contract killer acting on their behalf,' the source added. Ms Carter had British and South African nationality, and her husband, Alan Carter, was at their home in East London, South Africa, at the time of the killing. He arrived in Trémolat soon afterwards, and visited the scene of the suspected murder, before organising his wife's funeral, which took place in Bergerac in early July. Mr Guerrier has meanwhile declined to speak at length, saying: 'Karen was a lovely lady, but I can't answer any more questions at the moment.' He confirmed hosting a party at his converted farmhouse, close to the village, just before Ms Carter's death.

'Missing minute' of Epstein jail tape held by FBI, source alleges

The minute of surveillance video allegedly 'missing' from the footage of the night Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell has apparently been found. A source familiar with the investigation told the Daily Mail that the FBI and DOJ are both in possession of the minute of video that the agencies previously said was not there because of a tape transition that occurred automatically every night. The Justice Department released earlier this month nearly 11 hours of surveillance footage of the area of the prison leading to Epstein's cell the night he died. It was meant to prove that no one went towards the convicted child offender that night as conspiracies raged that Epstein was murdered to prevent him from spilling secrets about high-profile co-conspirators. Sleuths quickly found there was a one–minute gap in the footage overnight from August 9 to August 10, 2019, which only led to more speculation that a cover-up was underway. The time code on the screen jumped forward one-minute just before midnight. When the video was released earlier this month, it was described as 'raw' footage. Attorney General Pam Bondi (pictured) was questioned about the video in a July 8 Cabinet meeting, and she claimed the Bureau of Prisons told her it was an antiquated process that happened every night when the tapes automatically reset. Now it's revealed the FBI is in possession of a version of the video that includes the missing minute. It's unclear why the section was missing when the video was released earlier in July or what is in the video that wasn't previously shown. And there are still questions swirling over whether the Justice Department will decide to release the found minute. Bondi has taken much of the brunt of the criticism over the administration's handling of the Epstein files over the last month. In an unsigned joint memo made public on July 6, the DOJ and FBI claimed a months-long review of the files found that the disgraced financier and offender was not murdered in his cell. It also concluded that there was no so-called 'client list' of co-conspirators and said that no one else would be charged in relation to his crimes.

Mum murdered children, 7 & 11, hours after cops released her for attacking partner & threatening to stab him in sleep

A MUM brutally murdered her children hours after she was released by cops following an attack on her husband, an inquest heard. Veronique John was detained indefinitely after stabbing her son Ethan, 11, and daughter Elizabeth, seven, at their home in Stoke-on-Trent in June 2023. 4 4 In a trial of facts last July, a jury ruled Ethan had been knifed 27 times by John, before she inflicted a fatal head injury on Elizabeth. She then travelled to a nearby car wash, where she stabbed her husband Nathan John. Charity worker John, 51, dialled 999 and said: "I am calling to report I just killed my two kids." She was charged with two counts of murder and the attempted murder of her partner, but she was ruled unfit to make a plea due to her mental illness. And an inquest this week heard that John had been arrested and taken into custody just hours before she killed her children. Stoke Civic Centre heard police were called twice in the two days leading up to the the horrific murders on Sunday, June 11. Two days before, John had dialled 999 and officers attended the family home in Flax Street. Nathan was not in the property, but both children were upstairs and deemed to be "medium risk". The following day, Nathan called the cops and was discovered with a swollen arm and lump on his head. He reported his wife had struck him with a piece of wood and threatened to kill him in his sleep. Officers then arrested John at home before taking her into custody for questioning, where she denied making threats to kill her husband. She was interviewed under caution and released with a community resolution notice, returning him in the early hours of Sunday. Moment dad who murdered newborn by smashing his head against hospital wall calmly smokes cig as docs fought to save tot Hours later, Ethan was found dead in his bedroom with a neck wound. His younger sister Elizabeth had head trauma and "three areas of sharp force" injury, including to her stomach. PC John Harrison, who was involved in the case review, told the inquest: "Officers initially went to the home address and that's where officers found both of the children. "Veronique John contacted police, stating she was at her home and had killed the children. "This was a highly unusual outcome. Officers will see a high number of domestic abuse cases, but case like these are extremely rare." Sergeant Steven Marriott was responsible for booking John into custody. He added: "There was nothing that made me feel she needed to see a healthcare professional at the time. "I did not believe there was any reason to delay the interview with Mrs John." PC Megan Maddox, who attended the home on the Saturday, said that John seemed "apologetic" about the assault on her husband. She added: "While I was speaking to Mr John on the Saturday evening I asked if the children were safe at home with mum and he said yes. "I believed there was no physical threat to the children. "He had somewhere else to go and we didn't believe that she did. "She was the main carer for the children while he worked and I thought the physical risk was focused on Mr John, not the children." An investigation into Staffordshire Police found the force's service level had been "inadequate". The inquest, opened by coroner Emma Serrano, heard that John could have been prevented from returning to her address if a domestic violence protection notice had been issued. At the trial of facts last year, Nottingham Crown Court heard John had told officers: "If you have a gun shoot me." What is a trial of facts? A trial of facts takes place when a court determines that a person is unfit to stand trial under usual criminal proceedings. It cannot result in a conviction but a jury will instead determine whether an accused committed the alleged acts. Prosecutors will put their evidence against the defendant before a judge and jury, in a courtroom, in a similar way to a normal criminal trial. But the accused will not play a role in proceedings and do not even have to attend court. Unlike a criminal trial, the jury do not find the defendant guilty or not guilty and are instead asked to decide if the defendant committed the offence with which they are charged. They will also focus solely on what the accused has allegedly done, rather than if they had the mental capacity at the time to be found guilty. The defendant can still be acquitted as per a normal trial if the panel is not satisfied they carried out the crime. Sentencing options include treatment orders, hospital orders and supervision or guardianship orders. In some cases, a judge will grant an absolute discharge - meaning the defendant is free to go. She later claimed her husband had been cheating on her, adding: "I did it because I love my children - to protect the children. "It's something I was thinking about for a long time - just kill myself and the kids. "I am not a monster - he was going to take them from me. "If there's any possible way I could be put to death, I would like that. I mean it 100 per cent." Prosecutor Peter Grieves-Smith said her "rage was boiling just under the surface". Mr Grieves-Smith said: "What happened on June 11 didn't come out of the blue. Tension grew in the days before. "That day she just erupted, killed her children and attacked Nathan." The inquest continues. 4
