Ziebart Celebrates Two Remarkable Dads as Winners of "Detail for Dad" Father's Day Contest
TROY, Mich., June 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- This Father's Day, Ziebart, the brand fondly known as the "dad of the automotive industry," is putting the spotlight on two incredible fathers: Michael Gray of Magnolia, Illinois, and Bob P. of the Rochester, New York area. These two men were selected as winners of Ziebart's first-ever "Detail for Dad" contest, receiving a full Interior and Exterior Detailing package complete with Inner-Guard® Plus – a deluxe service designed to keep vehicles looking showroom-new, inside and out
About the ContestLaunched in May to recognize dads who go above and beyond, Ziebart's first-ever "Detail for Dad" contest invited participants to submit short essays explaining why their dad or father-figure deserved the ultimate car makeover. More than 200 dads were submitted for consideration, with entries celebrating fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and even fathers nominating their own sons. Entries were evaluated on creativity, sincerity, and heart.
"Dads are often the unsung heroes who quietly give their all to their families, including their vehicles, which usually take the brunt of everyday life," said Thomas A. Wolfe, President & Chief Executive Officer of Ziebart. "We created this contest as a way to give back and show appreciation for the love, effort, and sacrifice these men demonstrate every day. Michael and Bob exemplify everything this contest was meant to celebrate."
Meet the WinnersNominated by his daughter Rachel, Michael Gray is a single father who stepped into both parenting roles when Rachel was just 3 years old. She describes her dad as someone who always puts his family first even if that means his own needs, and his truck, come last.
Rachel writes: "He is always putting his kids' needs first before his own. Unfortunately, that puts him last on his own list. I wanted to nominate the best Dad ever because his truck is an all-around family truck. Therefore, it is literally used for everything."
From chauffeuring their four pets to the vet, to taking kids bargain hunting, and of course, sharing life lessons wrapped in humor, Rachel says her dad has done it all from the seat of that truck, which is now set for an overdue makeover.
Bob P., nominated by his daughter Paige, is a nearly 80-year-old disabled Vietnam combat veteran and a retired longtime educator with an inspiring do-it-yourself spirit, particularly when it comes to anything related to construction or car maintenance.
Paige writes: "I think my dad Bob deserves a clean car due to his ability to still do amazing things at an advanced age! ... He is currently building a house for my mom and his truck is a disaster of Lowe's debris."
The winners each receive a complimentary Ziebart Interior and Exterior Detailing, complete with Inner-Guard® Plus a prize valued at $629.97, that aims to bring even the messiest "dad mobile" back to life. Both Michael and Bob will be receiving their automotive makeovers in the coming weeks, with appointments currently being scheduled at their nearest Ziebart locations.

Antengene Announces Poster Presentation of ATG-022 (Claudin 18.2 ADC) at ESMO 2025
SHANGHAI and HONG KONG, July 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Antengene Corporation Limited ("Antengene", SEHK: a leading innovative, commercial-stage global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing and commercialising first-in-class and/or best-in-class medicines for cancer, today announced that an abstract featuring the latest data from a Phase I/II study of the Claudin 18.2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), ATG-022, has been accepted for poster presentation at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology Annual Congress (ESMO 2025), taking place from October 17th to October 21st at the Messe Berlin in Berlin, Germany. Details of the Poster Presentation: ATG-022 (Claudin 18.2 antibody-drug conjugate)Title: Phase I/II study of Claudin 18.2 ADC ATG-022 in patients with advanced gastric/ gastroesophageal junction cancer (CLINCH)Abstract Number: 2907Presentation Number: 2113PDate: October 19, 2025 About ATG-022 ATG-022 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed to target CLDN18.2, a member of the Claudin family of cell adhesion molecules. Under normal conditions, Claudins are located within tight junctions between cells, forming a barrier to regulate cell permeability. However, in cancer, Claudins are aberrantly expressed on the cell surface due to changes in cell polarity. CLDN18.2 is frequently overexpressed in a range of primary malignant tumors, including gastric, esophageal, cholangiocarcinoma, and pancreatic cancers. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has awarded Orphan Drug Designations to ATG-022, for gastric and pancreatic cancers. Data from the ongoing CLINCH study demonstrated that ATG-022 delivers robust efficacy across all levels of CLDN18.2 expression in gastric cancer patients, including those with high, low, and ultra-low expression. This broad activity positions ATG-022 as a potential market leader, capable of addressing the largest patient population with CLDN18.2-positive tumors. Furthermore, the strong efficacy observed in patients with low CLDN18.2 expression suggests promise for treating other tumor types with similar expression profiles. About Antengene Antengene Corporation Limited ("Antengene", SEHK: is a leading commercial-stage R&D-driven global biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative first-in-class/best-in-class therapeutics for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, in realizing its vision of "Treating Patients Beyond Borders". China proposes global cooperation body on AI
SHANGHAI, July 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A news report from The Chinese government has proposed the establishment of a world AI cooperation organization as part of its efforts to bolster open, inclusive and equitable artificial intelligence development and governance globally. Premier Li Qiang announced the initiative when addressing the opening ceremony of the 2025 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance in Shanghai. Li emphasized the need for collaborative approaches to global AI governance to ensure that intelligent technologies are developed for the good of all. More than 1,000 high-level representatives from upwards of 40 countries and international organizations attended the opening ceremony of the three-day event, themed 'Global Solidarity in the AI Era'. Li said that the risks and challenges brought by AI development, such as machine hallucinations, deep fakes and AI proliferation, have aroused widespread attention. There is an urgent need to further consolidate a societal consensus on how to achieve a balance between development and security in the AI sector, he said. Li said greater emphasis should be placed on collective governance to ensure that AI ultimately benefits humanity. Given that global AI governance appears fragmented, it is essential to enhance coordination and alignment among countries around the world to establish a framework and rules for global AI governance with a broad consensus, he added. Noting that China places great importance on global AI governance and actively participates in promoting multilateral and bilateral cooperation in this regard, the premier said the nation is willing to offer more Chinese solutions to the international community and contribute more Chinese wisdom to global AI governance. In 2023, China proposed the Global AI Governance Initiative to promote an open, inclusive and fair approach to the development and governance of AI technologies. Last year, China proposed the AI Capacity-Building Action Plan for Good and for All to bridge the AI and digital divides, and to ensure the Global South benefits equitably from AI development. China actively promotes open source development, and is willing to collaborate with countries around the world to promote progress in software and hardware technologies, intensify open source initiatives, and collectively propel AI development to higher levels, Li said. Also on July 26, the conference adopted the Global AI Governance Action Plan, which calls on all parties to work in solidarity to advance AI development and governance. Dave Ramsey Caller Was Overpaid $48,000 By Her Employer. Now They Want It Back—'This Conversation Was Worse Than A Tooth Extraction'
A recent episode of 'The Ramsey Show' sparked frustration and sympathy after a caller revealed she was accidentally overpaid $48,000 by her employer—and now, nearly a year later, the company wants the full amount returned. Rachel from Nashville said she and her husband had taken Dave Ramsey's course last fall and were making major progress paying down debt. But in October, her large corporate employer made a huge payroll error, mistakenly paying her $48,000 in gross income she wasn't owed. Don't Miss: 7,000+ investors have joined Timeplast's mission to eliminate microplastics—now it's your turn to $100k+ in investable assets? – no cost, no obligation. The conversation that followed was somewhat confusing for both the hosts and the caller, as they tried to sort through the tangled details. One YouTube viewer summed up the chaotic conversation with a comment that captured the mood: 'This conversation was worse than a tooth extraction.' Tax Confusion And Delays Made It Worse 'I told them before it hit my bank account,' she explained. 'Unfortunately, it was too far gone at that point.' She said the net amount she received was $28,000 after taxes. Only about $3,300 of that was her actual paycheck. And even though she flagged the mistake immediately, it took the company 10 months to send her a repayment letter. Trending: Accredited Investors: Grab Pre-IPO Shares of the AI Company Powering Hasbro, Sephora & MGM— Because the issue crossed into a new tax year, the employer is now asking her to repay the full gross amount, including $23,000 in taxes that were already sent to the IRS. 'It was taxed in my 2024 tax return,' she said, adding that the tax hit came out of pocket. To make things more confusing, the employer is offering to deduct 15% of her future paychecks until the debt is repaid. Ramsey broke it down directly: 'You don't pay more than what you actually owe.' He explained that she should only repay what she physically received – about $24,000, after accounting for her real paycheck – and the rest should come back from the IRS once her taxes are corrected. 'You paid $23,000 more in taxes than you should have,' Ramsey said. 'You should get all of that back.'The IRS Will Likely Have To Return The Tax Overpayment Ramsey told her to have the company file an amended W-2 and to make sure her tax preparer files an amended return, so she can recover the $23,000 she never should have paid. 'If your CPA doesn't know how to do that, get a new CPA,' he said. 'This is not rocket science.' Co-host Ken Coleman criticized the company for taking so long to fix its mistake: 'A big company that has all the resources in the world to fix this, and they didn't fix it quickly. Hate that for her, but it is fixable.' Ramsey said that in his own business, if they accidentally overpay someone a few thousand dollars, they often just let it go. 'You know what we do? Eat it. Just keep the money. We're so stupid. We did this. We're going to pay the stupid tax and we're going to fix it.
