— Celtic FC Foundation (@FoundationCFC) June 30, 2025
'It was such an honour to finish my career with the club and, although it's only been just over a year since I left Glasgow, I really can't wait to come back and play in front of the fans again.
'It'll be brilliant to see some familiar faces and it promises to be a great occasion.
'I was always so impressed by the work of the foundation during my time at Celtic and it's going to be fantastic to play a part in hopefully raising plenty of money through this match.'
Rogic, 32 and now retired from playing, said: 'It's really exciting to be coming back for the Legends match against Manchester United.
'My time with Celtic was such a huge part of my career and there were so many amazing memories, so to come back and pull on the Hoops again will be a very special moment.
'There was always such a big focus from the club on helping others and the work that the foundation do is phenomenal, so it's a privilege to be involved and I'm sure the supporters will come out in their numbers as they always do.'

The Cesc Fabregas promise that sold Kuhn on Celtic exit as 'several phone calls' sealed Como transfer for German
Kuhn is set to join Como in the latest glowing testament to Celtic's transfer policy Cesc Fabregas reportedly made several phone calls to Nicolas Kuhn to convince him Como was for him – leading to the winger rejecting RB Leipzig today to seal a move to Italy. Kuhn is on the brink of a £17.2m move to Serie A with Celtic set to bank a major profit on a man they paid £3m for a year ago. He's the latest glowing testament to the Hoops' formidable transfer policy, coming and going within 18 months and leaving behind a tidy eight-figure jackpot. The German will miss the their friendly with Queen's Park tomorrow night as he turns his attention to getting a move to Italy over the line, and Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg has a bit more on how the transfer came about. It's claimed the winger took 'several phone calls' from Como boss Cesc Fabregas today where they discussed exactly how the wide man would be used. And after Fabregas told him he had plans to make him his primary right-winger, Kuhn is said to have rejected Leipzig in favour of the four-year deal on offer in Northern Italy. The 25-year-old is expected to take the weekend before flying to Europe next week to undergo a medical on Monday or Tuesday. A deal could be announced shortly after with Celtic poised to turn a £14.2m profit on Kuhn within 18 months of signing him. Brendan Rodgers has already moved to sign Benjamin Nygren in a £1.7m deal and he may be viewed as the replacement for Kuhn. But given how short things are in the attacking positions, with Jota expected to be sidelined until the new year, the Kuhn windfall is likely to send Celtic back into the market for another winger. That's on top of their existing plans to add another striker and midfielder to Rodgers' squad. Interest in longstanding target Michel-Ange Balikwisha, who appears set to leave Antwerp whatever happens this month, could then be intensified once the Kuhn cash is in the bank. Nicolas Kuhn set for rapid Celtic reunion after Como transfer is confirmed as exact fee revealed for Serie A switch
Kuhn could face Celtic in friendly action just three weeks after sealing his move to Serie A Nicolas Kuhn will miss Celtic 's friendly with Queen's Park as he looks to dot the i's and cross the t's on a move to Como. But it might not be the last Celtic fans have seen of him this summer, as he could run out against them in this month's Como Cup. The German winger, 25, is on the verge of a move to Serie A after a £17.2m deal was struck with Celtic. He had been heavily linked with Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig this summer, but Cesc Fabregas has stolen a march by shelling out big money to lure Kuhn to Italy. It's believed Kuhn has already agreed a lucrative long-term deal with the Serie A side, who are now ironing out the final details. Kuhn is understood to be gearing up for a medical with Fabregas' team. The winger sparkled last season for the Hoops, scoring 21 goals and supplying 15 assists across all competitions. The wide man delivered in big moments too, scoring against Leipzig and Bayern Munich in the Champions League, as well as Rangers in the Premier Sports Cup Final. However, he was criticised towards the end of the campaign for a drop-off in form, sparking speculation that his future could lie elsewhere. Now, less than 18 months after arriving from Rapid Vienna for a bargain £3m, Celts stand to make a huge profit. The attacker won't be involved in tonight's friendly with Queen's Park but could be set for a quick-fire reunion with Brendan Rodgers and co later this month in the Como Cup. Como face Al-Ahli in the tournament on July 23 before Celtic face Ajax on July 24. Should both Como and Celtic win then Kuhn could run out against his former side in Italy on July 27 – around three weeks after sealing the move. They would also meet in the third place playoff on July 26 if both sides were to lose.
