This is how Bill Gates' daughter is creating viral videos with ChatGPT, reveals hacks
Speaking onThe Burnouts podcast, the duo offered a behind-the-scenes look into how AI plays a central role in Phia's social media and brand-building efforts. Far from using it simply as a creative assistant, Gates and Kianni explained that they 'reverse engineer' top-performing social media videos to produce their own standout content, tailored to Phia's aesthetic and mission.
'We don't start from scratch,' said Kianni during the conversation. 'The internet exists for a reason.' She described how they curate a database of high-performing videos from platforms like TikTok and Instagram, then break down their elements using AI.
Gates elaborated on their method, 'We'll create a spreadsheet, these are the top videos, here's why each one worked, and then we reverse engineer how to recreate that success.' From lighting and structure to pacing and tone, every detail is dissected.
A key part of this approach involves transcribing selected viral videos using ChatGPT. The tool is then prompted to analyse what makes the videos resonate, be it storytelling techniques, timing, visuals, or emotional appeal. Once these insights are in place, the team feeds ChatGPT information about Phia's brand identity, asking it to draft scripts and content ideas that mirror successful formats while staying true to the company's voice.
The strategy goes beyond intuition, offering a data-driven way to tap into social media trends. Gates believes it is a game-changer for entrepreneurs. 'I use AI almost every single day, and it supercharges me,' she said. 'We're not just guessing what works, we are using tools to decode what already has.'

Air India flags fake X handles offering ‘help' to crash victims' kin
Air India is fighting two battles in the wake of the AI-171 crash: one with grief, and another with fraud. As it tries to help families of the 260 people who lost their lives lost in the June 12 tragedy, Air India reported a series of fake handles cropping up on X (formerly Twitter), masquerading as official support accounts offering "help" to the families of victims. "We have flagged multiple handles that pretended to offer assistance. We don't want anyone to fall prey to fraudsters at such a vulnerable time," said a source familiar with the matter. The deceit is not limited to social media. The airline's dedicated helplines, set up for grieving families and survivors, have received a staggering number of calls. While some heartbreaking, others bizarre. Another wanted reimbursement for "precious jewellery" allegedly in a relative's luggage. One even asked for free international tickets for their entire family this winter, claiming to be a distant relative of a victim. "Amid the massive outpouring of grief in the aftermath of India's worst air disaster in recent memory, a few individuals have been trying to use this situation to make a quick buck. It is painful to see some people, claiming to be related to the passengers, trying to take advantage of the situation," the source said. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 3 & 4 BHKs near ITPL from ₹2.7 Cr* Sumadhura Group Learn More Undo Air India had set up two 24/7 helpline numbers to handle inquiries and provide support. On Day 1 alone, the helplines received more than 10,000 calls, many from inconsolable family members. "The volume was overwhelming, but it wasn't just that. The emotional trauma of listening to the raw grief of callers broke down many of our call centre staff. Some fainted, others needed counselling or medical help," the source said. Air India did not respond to queries sent by TOI. In the days following the crash, Air India announced an interim compensation of Rs 25 lakh to the families of each of the deceased and to the lone survivor to address immediate financial needs. These payments began rolling out from June 20. Tata Sons, the airline's parent company, announced an additional compensation of Rs 1 crore for the next of kin of each victim. To ensure transparent and long-term support, a dedicated trust with a corpus of Rs 500 crore is being set up. Support on the ground has also come from a massive network of volunteers. More than 500 staff from Air India and 17 other Tata Group companies were deployed in Ahmedabad, each bereaved family was assigned a dedicated caregiver trained to assist with grief management, logistics, and support. Dismantle faulty AI traffic signal at Merces, PWD told
Panaji: The PWD has been directed to dismantle a wrongly positioned and defunct traffic signal near Merces junction by July 4, following sharp criticism at the North Goa District Road Safety Committee meeting held on Monday. The signal, part of a much-hyped AI-based traffic management system launched in March 2023 by Beltech AI Pvt Ltd, caused confusion among motorists due to its incorrect placement and months of non-functioning. Monday's action comes after the additional collector-I rejected the PWD's proposal to delay removal until fresh tender approvals were secured. Sources said the initial plan was to replace the signal under a new tender, but growing complaints forced the department's hand. 'Some motorists even threatened to file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for 'deficiency of service',' sources said. The district magistrate's office first flagged the issue this March, instructing the PWD to remove the non-functional signal that was out of order for over three months at the time, saying it 'will not serve any purpose'. Launched in March 2023, the AI traffic signal system was part of a pilot project to improve road safety through AI-enabled surveillance, automatic detection of traffic violations, challan generation, and traffic pattern analysis. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo The initiative showed early signs of success — speeding violations dropped sharply from 5,265 in June 2023 to 1,891 by May 2024. Between June 1 and Dec 31, 2023, the system helped the traffic cell and transport department collect around Rs 2.2 crore in fines. From Jan to May 31, 2024, an additional Rs 48.6 lakh was collected, taking the total revenue generated to about Rs 2.7 crore. Despite its promising start, the system faced operational hiccups. A technical glitch in Feb and March 2024 halted its functioning, while the defunct signal near Merces emerged as a prominent irritant for motorists navigating the busy junction.
