
‘Avoid distractions and work hard to excel in life'
Addressing the newcomers, CIMP's director Rana Singh elaborated on the evolution and inspiring journey of the institution, a dream child of chief minister Nitish Kumar. He exhorted the students to work hard to develop themselves as good managers and serve the country in the best possible manner.
The director advised the students to remain focused on their studies for the next two years and avoid distractions of all sorts.
"The institution will provide you with all the necessary resources required for your academic activities," he said.
CIMP's senior faculty Ankit Sharma acquainted the newcomers with all the facilities available at the institute and advised them to use all these resources in their interest. He asked them to develop the spirit of teamwork for achieving 100% success in their ventures. He also briefed students about the institute's academic and industrial collaborations and the placement opportunities available for them.
Faculty member Sunil Kumar gave students some important tips for becoming professionally competent and serving as excellent managers. He asked them to develop a professional network and manage their screen time mindfully.
Global head of Alliances (Tiger Analytics) Badrish Prakash encouraged students not only to witness but also to lead the digital transformation, where AI plays a central role. He advised students to use AI strategically and ethically. Santosh Kumar proposed a vote of thanks.

CM asks officials to expedite work on Bakhtiyarpur-Tajpur bridge
Patna: CM Nitish Kumar on Sunday inspected the site of Bakhtiyarpur-Tajpur bridge over the Ganga river and reviewed the progress of the ongoing construction work. He instructed officials concerned to complete the work at the earliest. During the inspection, road construction department secretary Sandeep Kumar R Pudakalkatti informed the CM through the site plan that approximately 60% of the construction work on the greenfield bridge, which is 5.5 km-long, has been completed. Earlier, accompanied by the senior officials, Nitish reached the bridge's construction site, travelling from Karjan (on the Bakhtiyarpur-Mokama four-lane bypass) in Athmalgola block through Kalyanpur to the banks of the Ganga river. The CM inquired in details from the officials regarding the progress and the current status of the bridge construction. Nitish asked the officials to expedite the construction work of the bridge and complete it soon. "This bridge will be crucial in facilitating connectivity between north and south Bihar, easing the movement of the general public. Nitish Kumar plans to provide jobs to one crore youth in Bihar by 2030
Ahead of the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday announced an ambitious plan to provide government jobs and employment opportunities to one crore youth in the state over the next five years. He said that to achieve this new target, employment opportunities will be created in the private sector with special emphasis on industrial areas. A high-level committee will also be constituted. "I am delighted to share that, so far, 10 lakh youth in the state have been provided with government jobs, and approximately 39 lakh people have been given employment, and the target of providing government jobs/employment to over 50 lakh youth will certainly be achieved," CM Nitish Kumar wrote in a post on X. "In this context, for the next five years (2025 to 2030), we are setting a target to double the 2020-25 goal by providing government jobs and employment to one crore youth. To achieve this, new job and employment opportunities will also be created in the private sector, particularly in industrial areas. For this purpose, a high-level committee is being constituted," he added. Bihar CM further highlighted that the state government provided over 8 lakh government jobs to youths between 2005 to 2025. In the coming time, a skill university will be established for skill development, which will be named Jananayak Karpoori Thakur Skill University in honour of Bihar's pride, Bharat Ratna Jananayak Karpuri Thakur ji, so that the youth of the state can find a new direction in skill development," he said. The Bihar elections are expected to be held later this year, tentatively in October or November. The Election Commission of India (ECI) has not yet announced the exact dates.
