Unsuspecting tourists 'ruin' couple's perfect moment in hilarious blunder

A beautiful setting of blue skies and white Mediterranean houses, a gorgeous couple, and the perfect moment to propose. That's where one romantic young man decided to propose to his Greek girlfriend Natali, in the paradise setting of Santorini in Greece. Kev Arrieta, who is Colombian American, picked the perfect spot, a cobble-stoned pathway overlooking the ocean, the blue sky above, the azure sea below, and the blue and white houses of Santorini all around. Pic: Instagram/Natali Melani He set the camera up discreetly, his girlfriend oblivious to what was about to happen, and then got down on one knee, and holding a beautiful diamond ring aloft, asks his girlfriend Natali to be his wife. Suddenly a middle aged couple ramble into view, completely blocking the recording, the woman musing and pointing to the distance while her travelling companion, perhaps her husband, rambles into shot, with what looks like a snickers #chocolate bar in his hand, and they stand smack bang right in the middle of the shot, while our Romeo is completing his proposal in the background. The video has since gone viral, clocking up over 2.7 million views on Instagram. The young romantic couple who travel the world together and document their journeys under the heading Travel, Chaos, Comedy and Love as @twobeamsonelight seem to have taken it all in their stride while the comments keep coming in to their social media pages. We hope the chocolate-munching couple in the video also enjoy their unplanned notoriety, having been made famous by the unsuspecting romantic couple in Santorini.

Terrifying moment tourists scream as fighter jet performs nail-biting low passes and aerobatics over Spanish beach

THIS is the terrifying moment tourists screamed in horror as a fighter jet skimmed frighteningly close to a packed Spanish beach. Shocking footage shows a Spanish Air Force EF-18 Hornet roaring over San Lorenzo Beach, its nose diving towards the sea before pulling up just metres from sunbathers. Holidaymakers lounging on the beach can be seen grabbing their phones to film the heart-stopping stunt, with several screaming in shock as the jet thundered overhead. In another clip, groups of spectators watching from a nearby hill can be heard raising their voices in alarm as the supersonic beast tore through the air. The hair-raising display took place during the nineteenth edition of the Gijón Air Festival, held on Sunday over San Lorenzo Bay in Asturias. After its perilous near-miss, the fighter jet continued its flight away from the crowded shoreline, leaving shaken tourists staring in disbelief. But online, viewers were divided over whether the death-defying maneuver was intentional — or a risky slip-up. 'Very risky maneuver... is that allowed?' one user asked on TikTok. 'Could be the perspective, too.' Shock moment beachgoers surrounded by smoke as raging wildfires in Italian hols hotspot Others, however, were left awestruck. One thrilled festival-goer declared: 'I witnessed that live and it was one of the best things I've seen in a long time.' More than 100 people had to be rescued by sea after escape routes were cut off, while firefighters battled the inferno with Canadair water bombers, helicopters and even an Italian Air Force aircraft. Cars parked by the shore were left reduced to twisted metal after the blaze ripped through a beach parking area, torching around 200 vehicles and a kiosk. The Sardinia fire is the latest in a series of Mediterranean infernos, with Greece has also been ravaged, with A blaze even tore through a northern suburb of Athens at the weekend, forcing panicked residents to flee their homes.
