Disney fans can have a fairytale wedding ceremony at one of these three new venues — before the park even opens

A wedding dream is a wish your heart makes.
Disneyland in Anaheim, California, just unveiled three new dreamy venues for Disney fans to say their 'I Do's' at.
In honor of Disneyland's 70th celebration — which kicked off with festivities back in May and is continuing through next summer — the happiest place on earth just added three new wedding venues for Disney fans to choose from to tie the knot.
There are reportedly 100 different wedding venues across Disney properties — and 13 of them are in Disneyland.
The new additions include Magnolia Park Gazebo, which is in New Orleans Square right in front of the French restaurant, Tiana's Palace. This space can accommodate up to 30 guests

The second newest wedding venue is the Magnolia Park Terrace, which is near the very popular amusement ride, the Haunted Mansion. Up to 30 guests can also fit in this magical space.

The third option — the most intimate of the three — is the Fantasy Faire Garden, which is steps away from the famous Sleeping Beauty Castle. This space can only fit up to 10 guests

And after a couple makes it official at any of these three venues, guests can join the newlyweds on a Disneyland Railroad ride to Main Street, U.S.A., following the ceremony, according to Disney Parks blog.
All of these locations — which are now open for ceremonies during pre-park hours — sound fit for a prince and princess.
For those eyeing the Magnolia Park Terrace space — keep in mind that the Haunted Mansion ride will be closing August 11 and will reportedly reopen on August 22.
Before you fret, the beloved attraction is only temporarily closing to undergo a Halloween makeover.
While these wedding venues and Halloween-decorated attractions are bound to bring a smile to Disney fans' faces — something parkgoers aren't too keen on is a new Main Street exhibit.
'Walt Disney – A Magical Life' is Disneyland's latest exhibit created to celebrate the life and legacy of Walt Disney — with what some are describing as a creepy 16-minute-long life-size show.
Disney fans seem to appreciate paying homage to the franchise's founder — however, they aren't too fond of his appearance.

When the news of the exhibit was announced on July 14 on the Disney Parks Instagram page — people ran to the comment section to share their opinions.
'I was SOOO EXCITED for this and now I'm low-key scared.'
'You really had a chance to do something here, and instead you insulted the reason you all have jobs.'
'Once again, this has been the Disney motto as of recent — how much money can we get out of it, and how quickly can we get it done to pump it out. Seems like no effort was put into this to make sure it looked like Walt. Just shameful and embarrassing.'

Marvel returns to form as ‘Fantastic Four' soars to $118 million at the box office

It was clobberin' time this weekend, as Marvel's 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps' nabbed the top spot at the box office with a performance that returned the Walt Disney Co.-owned superhero franchise to form. The movie hauled in $118 million in the U.S. and Canada and grossed $218 globally in its opening weekend. The film, which stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn, is just the latest remake of the comic book property, though the first under Walt Disney Co.'s ownership. Formerly owned by 21st Century Fox, 'The Fantastic Four' is one of several key intellectual properties now under the umbrella of the House of Mouse after its $71.3 billion acquisition of that studio's entertainment assets in 2019. Disney has already capitalized on its ownership of the 'Deadpool' and 'X-Men' properties — its 2024 film, 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' garnered more than $1 billion in global box office revenue. Fox produced and released three 'Fantastic Four' movies, none of which were well-received by audiences or critics. A 2015 reboot was particularly reviled. Quality was not an issue this time. The movie notched a 88% approval rating on aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and an 'A-' grade from audience polling firm CinemaScore. The movie exceeded pre-release estimates. 'First Steps' was expected to gross $100 million to $110 million in its debut weekend, on a reported budget of about $200 million. The theatrical reception for 'The Fantastic Four' is a relief for Disney and Marvel, which has struggled in recent years to reap the box office earnings it once did with its superhero films. The Anthony Mackie-led 'Captain America: Brave New World' received middling reviews from critics and brought in about $415 million in global box office revenue. Ensemble movie 'Thunderbolts*' received strong reviews, but made only $382 million worldwide. Disney Chief Executive Bob Iger said earlier this year that the company 'lost a little focus' in its zeal to produce more shows and movies for the Disney+ streaming platform, acknowledging that 'quantity does not necessarily beget quality.' 'By consolidating a bit and having Marvel focus much more on their films, we believe it will result in better quality,' he said during an earnings call with analysts in May. Anticipation was high for 'The Fantastic Four,' and Disney went all out with the marketing. The company hired a skywriter to craft encircled 4's in the sky near downtown Los Angeles on the day of the premiere and featured a drone show outside the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion after the showing. 'While Marvel films have settled into a fairly predictable core audience after multiple under-cooked films and streaming series in the post-'Avengers: Endgame' era, the brand remains sturdy when the right film comes along,' Shawn Robbins, director of movie analytics at Fandango and founder of site Box Office Theory, wrote in a weekend theatrical forecast published Wednesday. Warner Bros.' DC Studios' 'Superman' came in second at the box office this weekend with a domestic total of $24.9 million for a worldwide gross so far of $503 million.

Cooked: Celebrated Chef exits new venture after allegedly balking at free food for influencer because she wasn't famous enough

A prominent San Francisco chef threw in the apron at his newly opened cafe after allegedly belittling a TikTok influencer during a tense exchange over her follower count aired out in a viral video. The incident unfolded Wednesday at Kis Cafe in Hayes Valley, when 'micro-influencer' @itskarlabb described how she had pre-arranged a collab with the restaurant's team and showed up early to film content, according to a video she posted to her platform. 3 Influencer @itskarlabb was allegedly belittled by top chef Luke Sung over her supposedly low follower count, leaving her running from his new California restaurant in tears. itskarlabb/tiktok The influencer, known as Karla, claimed that a man — later identified as celebrated James Beard Award-nominated chef and co-owner Luke Sung — questioned her 15,000-follower count and told staff it was a 'mistake' to invite an influencer so small. 'I know they're talking about me, because I can hear them saying 'TikTok, views, followers' ,' she said in a later video, which has racked up more than 20 million views. The influencer said that when she introduced herself, Sung grilled her over whether she had researched the restaurant, a wine bar serving small bites. She insisted she knew the menu and the vibe, but Sung disagreed and began scrolling through her TikTok feed at full volume within earshot, the influencer said. 'After scrolling like, two times, he says to me that he doesn't think my videos are at the level which he wants his restaurant represented,' she recalled. 'It seemed like he was insinuating that my followers would not be able to afford to eat at this restaurant.' 3 Sung couldn't take the heat after the pair's alleged exchange went viral and left his new venture. San Francisco Chronicle via Getty Images Sung then reportedly asked, 'Do you know who I am?' and told Karla he was a two-time James Beard Award finalist and that his daughter is Big Apple vlogger, Isa Sung, who has 600,000 TikTok followers. He also dismissed the influencer's cooking videos she posted to her platform, dissing them as 'homey,' Karla said. The belittling exchange left her in tears, she said. 'I told him I felt disrespected and didn't want to collaborate anymore,' the influencer said. Karla's follower count has since skyrocketed to more than 350,000 since she shared the story on TikTok. The influencer said she wants to 'be an advocate for micro influencers' who don't receive as many handouts. 'You don't need to have a million followers to be respected or feel like you're making a difference,' she said. 3 Kis Cafe, which opened in May, announced that Sung had left as chef and co-owner. FOX By Friday, Kis Cafe's was getting cooked on Yelp, where its rating plunged from four to five stars to just over two stars, and reviews for 'Isa '– a 'pioneering' Cal-French restaurant that Sung previously opened and named after his influencer daughter — grew with haters lambasting the chef for his behavior. Kis Cafe, which opened in May, soon announced that Sung had left as a chef and co-owner, later clarifying he had done so of his 'own accord' and was not technically fired. 'Our chef's behavior was unacceptable, and he is no longer a part of the team,' Kis Cafe wrote in an Instagram post Thursday. The restaurant said it has now temporarily closed to 'restructure.' 'We want to create a space that's welcoming and respectful to everyone. In this instance, we failed to do so,' Kis Cafe said in a statement.

The Dark Truth Behind Disney's Fairy Tale Endings — GeekTyrant

Disney gave us the happily-ever-afters we all grew up loving, but the original stories they were based on are far from magical. Many of these classic fairy tales, rooted in the works of the Brothers Grimm and other folklore, have endings that are haunting, violent, and downright depressing. From tragic deaths to brutal punishments, these tales weren't written for kids, they were cautionary stories with dark lessons. An infographic titled The True Endings of Disney's Tales reveals just how crazy these original conclusions really are. Check out the infographic and see just how twisted these stories were before Disney sprinkled on the pixie dust.
