Gwyneth Paltrow's latest cooking video leaves fans horrified after spotting something 'unacceptable'
The Goop founder, 52, recently posted a video whipping up an intricate, gourmet breakfast for husband Brad Falchuk over the weekend - but it wasn't what she was making that had people talking.
In the Instagram post she shared on Saturday, the actress made a lobster benedict for her husband of seven years but it was her disposal of the egg whites that infuriated her followers.
In the clip, Gwyneth was seen cracking eggs into a strainer before then appearing to tip the whites directly onto the floor and nonchalantly carrying on with poaching.
In her caption for the divisive video, she wrote that she was making a 'paleo lobster benedict for a Hamptons-inspired #boyfriendbreakfast this morning' and accompanied her post to the tune of Phoenix's song Girlfriend.
Fans were shocked by the star's apparent mess making - taking to the comment section to share their thoughts.
'Did I just see Gwyneth empty the remnants of the egg whites onto the floor? Tell me I didn't just see that,' an appalled user wrote.
'Where did the whites go? It looked like she threw them on the floor,' added another confused fan.
'Totally pour my egg whites on the floor too,' joked another.
'She may have a servant on standby for cleanup,' chimed in another.
But others came to her defense, guessing there must be a bin underneath the counter.
'It must be the under-the-counter bin, nevertheless I was entertained,' laughed one user.
The Goop founder has been married to Brad, a television writer known for co-creating massive hits like Glee and American Horror Story, since 2018.
The couple do not share any children together but are stepparents to each other's kids. Brad is stepfather to two kids Paltrow shares with her ex-husband Chris Martin — daughter Apple and son Moses.
The actress is also stepmother to Isabella and Brody, whom Brad shares with his ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik.
Last month, Gwyneth also shared several 'boyfriend breakfast' posts.
In one, she revealed what makes her cry and even shed a few tears while cooking, because she had to cut up some onions as part of her meal prep.
In her caption for the divisive video, she wrote that she was making a 'paleo lobster benedict for a Hamptons-inspired #boyfriendbreakfast this morning' and accompanied her post to the tune of Phoenix's song Girlfriend

In another, she was standing at the stove while topless, with her 21-year-old daughter Apple sassily responding to the social media post.
'Did I steal your shirt by accident or....' Apple commented, to which an amused Gwyneth replied directly to her daughter with a laughing-crying emoji.
The Hollywood star recently opened up about how she achieves her enviable physique back in April on her Goop podcast.
At the time, she confessed that while she had been sticking to the Paleo diet for years, she had now become 'sick' of it and had decided to start feasting on more carbs as of late.
She added she was 'getting back into eating sourdough bread, cheese — there, I said it — [and] a little pasta.'
'Gwyneth doesn't take herself as seriously anymore and has let go of chasing perfection,' a source told DailyMail.com at the time.
'She's confident in who she is and is enjoying the success she's worked hard for.'

The Open 2025 LIVE RESULTS: Round 1 on NOW, leaderboard updates as McIlroy, Scheffler and DeChambeau eye fast start
The grass is always greener Rory McIlroy fell to his knees and later broke down in tears after he FINALLY WON the Masters and got his hands on the prestigious Green Jacket. After what has been more than a decade of heartbreak at Augusta, Rory won the Masters title to complete the Grand Slam and cement himself as one of the elites. He had to do it the hard way after going to a play-off with Ryder Cup team-mate Justin Rose, as McIlroy had missed a five footer for par on the 72nd green. But the golfing great held his nerve to win that elusive Masters crown before later breaking down in tears during a TV interview. And I'm sure he won't mind shedding more tears if it means he picks up The Open title once the weekend has concluded.

Steve Miller Band abruptly CANCELS entire 2025 tour and blame acts of God
Legendary classic rock group the Steve Miller Band have cancelled their entire 2025 tour. The band's official social media accounts released a statement on Wednesday, blaming acts of God for the decision, much to the dismay of their fans. 'Dear Steve Miller Band fans, You make music with your instincts, You live your life by your instincts. Always trust your instincts,' the statement from the band — comprised of Steve Miller, Kenny Lee Lewis, Joseph Wooten, Jacob Petersen, and Ron Wikso — began. 'The Steve Miller Band has cancelled all of our upcoming tour dates,' the announcement from the 'Fly Like An Eagle' group went on to say. 'The combination of extreme heat, unpredictable flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes and massive forest fires make these risks for you our audience, the band and the crew unacceptable. So… You can blame it on the tour is cancelled.' They wrapped up the post writing, 'Don't know where, don't know when… We hope to see you all again. Wishing you all Peace, Love and Happiness, Please take care of each other. Steve, The Band and the Crew.' 'The combination of extreme heat, unpredictable flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes and massive forest fires make these risks for you our audience, the band and the crew unacceptable. So… You can blame it on the tour is cancelled,' they shared in a statement The statement was also shared to the Steve Miller Band's website, and the 2025 touring dates have been removed. The group had 31 dates scheduled for their American tour, which was supposed to kick off on August 15 in Bethel, N.Y. before coming to an end in Anaheim, California on November 8, according to Variety. Many fans were confused and disappointed by the reasoning behind the cancellation. 'Are you serious? I'm a big fan and got tickets for this tour, but next time please find a bette excuse,' one irate fan wrote on X. 'This really doesn't make sense. There is no imminent danger. Play indoors?' 'All these things have always existed. To blame it on the weather sounds a little suspect.' 'Better stay in bed everyday, something bad might happen otherwise…too risky,' another joked. 'You're canceling all tours... because of nature? That is matter-of-fact dumb.' 'I'm surprised you have the courage to simply exist another day with so much weather happening.' 'Just say u didnt sell enough tickets,' yet another fan chimed in. The rock band, known for hits like 'Rock 'N Me' and 'Take the Money and Run', formed in San Francisco in 1966. Lead singer Miller is the founder and only consistent original member of the band. Miller was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. He was also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2022. After it was revealed that Miller would be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist, without the band, he told Rolling Stone, 'It wasn't my decision, and I didn't have any input into any of it.' 'If they had asked me what do, I think I would have said, "Here's a list of everyone that was ever in my band. They all ought to be here."' Notable past members include Boz Scaggs, Lonnie Turner, Gary Mallaber, Norton Buffalo, and Billy Peterson.
