Chloe Radford issues 'painful' update as 22 Kids and Counting star shares her 'reality'

22 Kids and Counting star Chloe Radford has issued a 'painful' update to her fans just six days after welcoming her second child as she decided to share her 'reality'
Chloe Radford has opened up to her fans as she gave a "painful" update. The 22 Kids and Counting star welcomed her second child last week as she introduced her followers to newborn baby Bodhi Reign.
She was already a proud mum to daughter Mila as she said: "Here's to life as a family of 4!!! My heart is so full." However, Chloe, the daughter of Sue and Noel Radford, has since admitted "everything seems to be all over the place".

The reality TV star, 29, candidly opened up on her life as a family of four just days after giving birth to her child with security guard boyfriend Jacob Wallace. She filmed herself in pyjamas while making breakfast as she filled her fans in on the whirlwind few days.

Chloe said: "I feel like we're still just trying to find our rhythm a little bit with everything and get a little routine going because everything just seems to be a bit all over the place.'
She pointed to piles of dirty dishes, and added: 'Here's a bit of reality.' Chloe continued: "Bodhi is doing great, I had a health visitor round yesterday and he's only lost 5 ounces - he was 6 lb 1 oz.
"Breastfeeding is going really, really well. He's taken to it really well, I'm really proud of us." Despite the good news, Chloe admitted she has been feeling pain.
The TV star shared: "I've got one really sore boob. I put one of these on last night [a cooling pad], because I was really struggling to feed him on this side because it was just so painful.
'I had this on last night and it feels so much better, so I did actually manage to feed him again on that side.' Chloe then asked daughter Mila what she thinks of her baby brother, as she simply quipped: 'Cute.'

The bakery manager of the family's Radford Pie Company told the camera: 'She's been amazing with him, she just wants to cuddle him all the time. But yeah, I feel like we're just trying to find our rhythm and a new routine. I look knackered. But yeah that's the update.'
Chloe had kept fans updated throughout her pregnancy as she admitted it was "scary" and "nerve-wracking". Taking to TikTok to update her 100,000 followers on her health, Chloe assured fans her baby was "absolutely fine".

Yet, revealed she had been suffering with high blood pressure and had an induction date booked in as a result. She said: "Hey, guys, so update on where we're at with pregnancy and everything like that.
"I went to the day assessment unit today and they were monitoring my blood pressure again and I was on the monitor as well. Baby boy is very happy in there - he's absolutely fine."
Explaining she didn't know why her blood pressure was high, she continued: "My blood pressure - so they do it four times over the space of an hour - and it was ok the first two times and then the other two times it was high again.
"I don't know why, because I was literally just sat relaxing, so I have no idea why." She added: "And exciting news is that we have an induction date which is not far away.
"It's really, really exciting, but it's also really scary and nerve-racking. I know that we've really not got long now until we meet him and have him in our arms, so that's exciting. That is obviously only if he doesn't come beforehand, which I don't think he will, to be honest."

Passenger discovers mobile phone flight hack but people spot one major problem

A Tiktokker revealed 'old school' travel item can be your solution for a quick flight hack; which saves you from cramps but Tiktok viewers seem to have their own thoughts on the hack We've all been there - you're on a flight, you want to watch something on your phone, but there's nowhere to put it without either cramping your neck or holding it for hours. But one Tiktokker @Chlowfaraway has revealed a simple travel hack, which solves the issue. ‌ While the hack drew many views in, viewers were quick to point out a glaring issue. In the viral clip a passenger is seen slipping their printed boarding pass into the latch of the seat-back tray table. This creates a makeshift holder where you can rest your phone for hands-free viewing and the hack racked up over a half a million likes and plenty of praise for the awkward mid-air juggle. ‌ ‌ But while the idea was clever, many in the comments section weren't impressed and not because of the hack itself. Instead, people were surprised that the passenger even had a printed boarding pass to begin with. One viewer said: "Who prints their boarding passes? Jesus." Another chimed in: "Travel hack: you can get your ticket on your phone since like 10 years ago." ‌ But not everyone had this mindset and defended the old-school approach, with one saying: "I love the physical ticket! Y'all are so weird acting like it's so outdated bc it's just a different option lol." And some simply pointed out that flying in certain countries or on international trips often still requires a paper pass, whether we like it or not. Either way, the trick sparked debate about whether printed tickets are a thing of the past - but if you do still carry one, it looks like it can come in handy for more than just getting on the plane.

'I'm a social media guru - here are my top tips to avoid doom scrolling all day'

Eknoor Soni and his brother Arsh have millions of followers on the likes of YouTube, Snapchat and other apps, but the siblings, from London, recognise the pitfalls of technology A social media expert who helps manage influencers who get over 100 million views a month has shared his top five tips to stop wasting hours of your day doom scrolling. Eknoor Soni, 21, has been obsessed with social media since he was 16 and has gained millions of views with his older brother Arsh, 28. The University of London business graduate has since set up an agency that manages the Snapchat accounts of creators including YouTubers Jake Sweet (12.9 million subscribers) and Jamie Nyland (15.6m subscribers). And while creating and helping others create content is his passion, he also believes that people can spend too much time on it. He said: "Social media has been designed to keep you hooked and trapped on your phone. 'The rise of short form content from platforms like TikTok has kept people, including many from younger generations, glued to their phone watching an infinite amount of videos without realising hours have passed. 'While there's nothing wrong with watching some videos, if it's sapping your productivity so much that you're not getting things done you should address that sooner rather than later. 'I wouldn't recommend going cold turkey and completely cutting yourself off, but if you think your social media usage is too much I'd recommend following some of the following tips to reduce it to more manageable levels.' ‌ ‌ Here are Eknoor's top five tips: Use social media for a purpose: One of the first ways to avoid wasting time on social media is to use it with intention. For example, if you are focusing on the gym and have a goal to build bigger muscles, then use platforms like TikTok to tailor your algorithm to only provide you with gym content. You can simply tailor your algorithm by liking, commenting, sharing and engaging with gym content which results in TikTok showing you similar content. Suddenly, the for you page becomes a free personal trainer instead of a distraction allowing you to reach your goals and benefit from social media. ‌ Clean up your social media feed: A simple way to do this is when you see content you don't like or want to see then you can press on the video and an option will pop up saying 'Don't recommend me this content'. This will let the platform know not to show you this content allowing you to focus on only watching valuable content that doesn't drain your energy or waste your time. Create content: One of the best ways to stop wasting time on social media is to flip the script, so instead of just consuming content, start creating instead. Rather than doom-scrolling, use that time to make content. So many people have built careers simply by documenting their lives, sharing their favourite food spots, or showing their personality online. Short-form content has levelled the playing field allowing people to get millions of views on the first video they have posted. If you're already spending hours on these apps, why not use that time to build something, make money and provide value. Turn off notifications: Social media apps are constantly pining you with likes, tags, stories and random updates to get you back on the app to consume content. By turning off everything except the essentials, you'll reduce distractions and be able to focus on the things you are actively doing. The less you are interrupted by valueless notifications the more you can focus on things that actually matter. Set time limits: This is one of the most effective ways to stop wasting hours on social media as most phones allow you to set daily screen time caps. This means if you cap yourself to one hour of social media scrolling a day it can help you become aware of how much time you are spending and how fast it goes. Once you hit the time limit, treat it as a signal to log off and do something productive. This way you can create healthy boundaries so social media works for you, not the other way round

What really happened to the Desperate Housewives: From an explosive photoshoot row to 'racism' claims and the 'difficult' star left dating her cat... ANTONIA HOYLE reveals fallout after the show - and who wants a reunion

Affairs, murders, a faked pregnancy and a freak tornado that left Gabrielle's husband impaled on a flying fence post. For eight seasons, from 2004 to 2012, who wasn't glued to their TV screen watching the ever-weirder goings-on among the Desperate Housewives of Wisteria Lane? The female stars became household names. Their larger-than-life characters skewered our own aspirations and foibles, whether we liked to admit it or not, yet the show never took itself too seriously. Which is perhaps why the series, now streaming on Disney, has become an unexpected hit with Gen Z, with over two billion views of the #desperatehousewives hashtag on TikTok.
