Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd's Relationship Timeline
The WNBA stars are the true embodiment of the best friends-to-lovers trope we all know and love. They met as teens when they were both trying out for point guard on the USA Basketball U16 team, and over the years, their chemistry has gone from courtside to heart-eyes.
Can't get enough of these two? Same. That's why we've put together Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd's full relationship timeline for your scrolling pleasure.
According to The UConn Blog, Paige and Azzi first met when they were teenagers trying out for a USA Basketball team at summer camp. At the time, Azzi described Paige as 'this skinny little white girl' on the court. 'I watched her play and I was like, 'Oh, I have nothing to worry about this girl,'' Azzi said. 'Like, 'I have a better chance of making it than her.''
After some friendly competition at USA Basketball, the pair formed a bond, and Paige reportedly started visiting Azzi in Washington D.C. to work out together.
While Paige had already secured a spot on the UConn women's basketball team, she supported Azzi and started a social campaign to get her on the team, too. Okay, P.B., we see you.
All of Paige's work recruiting Azzi worked, because she committed to UConn in November 2020.
Shortly after, rumors that they lived together during the COVID-19 pandemic surfaced, thanks to a TikTok of the pair bickering about getting sick.
Azzi and Paige are officially teammates! Paige shared a sweet sentiment about their dynamic on and off the court with The UConn Blog in 2021.
'I think we both hate losing but I think we both hate losing to each other more than anything. So we both want to win, we both want to make each other better,' Paige said. 'I think that works on and off the court as well. I think we're just here to make each other better and give each other opportunities and it'll be fun to go at it in practice but once we get on the same court together and go against other teams, I think that'll be good.'
Consider this Azzi and Paige's social-active era. The pair is constantly posting content with each other across their Instagram and TikTok accounts, including that time they met Steph Curry:
That summer, Azzi shared a Paige appreciation post, too:
The pair pulled up to New York Fashion Week, sitting front row for the WhoDecidesWar fashion show.
They also posed for some adorable snaps during a UConn press day. We leave you with this cuteness...
Paige graced the cover of GQ Hype, and Azzi reflected on when they first met and how Paige supported her committing to UConn.
'This is so on brand for Paige, but she made a little highlight video of herself from her high school games, passing to her teammates and giving them wide-open shots,' Azzi said. 'She presented it to my family and was like, 'You see all these open shots I'm giving to my teammates? That's going to be Azzi [if] she comes to UConn and plays with me.' '
During March Madness—and some of their final moments together as UConn Huskies—Paige and Azzi played a hilarious game of the whisper challenge, which was posted on their socials.
On April 14, Paige was selected as the first overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Of course, her fellow UConn Husky Azzi was there to support her along the way:
Two days later, Paige spoke to Robin Roberts at Good Morning America about the draft and her uber-impressive basketball career so far. Azzi pulled up to the NYC-based studio with her, where they were photographed outside.
On June 18, Paige dropped 35 points and secured a win during a basketball game—which just so happens to be Azzi's UConn jersey number—hours after wearing a tee with her face on it.
A few days later on June 21, Azzi sneakily soft-launched her relationship with Paige when she posted a mirror selfie with a phone case that read 'Paige Bueckers' Girlfriend.' She also wore her jersey during the Dallas Wings game that day, and they allegedly wore rings featuring each other's birthstones. Cute!
A fan caught footage of the duo holding hands after Paige competed in a Dallas Wings vs. Phoenix Mercury game...
...while another asked the athlete for an autograph on a sign that read 'Azzi Fudd's girlfriend, sign here.' Spoiler alert: Paige fully dropped her signature, subtly confirming her relationship status.
Then, ahead of WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, Paige correctly answered a series of questions about her 'D1 Girlfriend' in a game with Wag Talk, including the name of the high school she went to, the year she was named Gatorade Player of the Year, her ranking in the class of 2021, and the basketball player she was named after.
Paige was also cheekily asked what Azzi's phone case says, and when she was later asked to reveal the name of her 'D1 Girlfriend,' she confirmed the romance rumors by simply saying, 'Azzi Fudd.' Help, we can't stop smiling!
Ofc, Azzi supported Paige as she helped guide Team Napheesa Collier to a 151–131 win over Team Caitlin Clark in Indianapolis...and according to this cute clip from ESPN, the pair looked fab as ever.
Finally, on July 17, Paige dropped this gem in an IG dump, clearing up any remaining doubt about her relationship status.
That's all for now on these two! We'll dribble some more details in here as soon as they come.

TikTok pulls video of Huda Kattan after beauty mogul spreads anti-Israel conspiracy theories
Fighting disinformation The Middle East TikTok Israel-Hamas warFacebookTweetLink Follow TikTok this week removed an inflammatory anti-Israel video posted by celebrity beauty mogul and influencer Huda Kattan. Kattan, the founder and face of the billion-dollar brand Huda Beauty, shared a video to her more than 11 million followers on TikTok, accusing Israel of orchestrating World War I, World War II, the September 11 terrorist attacks and Hamas' attack on Israel on October 7. World War I (1914-1918) and World War II (1939-1945) both occurred before the State of Israel was established in 1948. 'All of the conspiracy theories coming out and a lot of evidence behind them — that Israel has been behind World War I, World War II, September 11, October 7 — they allowed all of this stuff to happen. Is this crazy?' Kattan said on camera in her since-removed TikTok post, which included other unfounded claims about Israel. 'Like, I had a feeling — I was like, 'Are they behind every world war?' Yes.' A representative for TikTok confirmed to CNN that it removed Kattan's video for violating its community guidelines. 'In a global community, it is natural for people to have different opinions, but we seek to operate on a shared set of facts and reality,' TikTok's community guidelines state. 'We do not allow misinformation that may cause significant harm to individuals or society, regardless of intent.' Kattan's agency did not respond to CNN's request for comment. A manager listed on public databases as a representative for Kattan was contacted by CNN and said in an email that they no longer represent her. Kattan's video has spurred calls across social media and among Jewish groups for retailers like Sephora to cut ties with her popular beauty brand, Huda Beauty, which was valued at $1.2 billion in 2017 and brings in roughly $200 million in annual sales, according to Forbes. A representative for Sephora has not responded to CNN's request for comment. This is not the first time the beauty influencer has faced calls for boycotts due to her public commentary after October 7. Kattan, whose company has over 57 million followers on Instagram, has been an outspoken critic of Israel and a staunch supporter of Palestinians in Gaza. Within a week of Hamas attacking Israel on October 7, 2023, an Israeli Instagram user threatened to boycott her products, to which Kattan replied: 'I don't want blood money.' In response to that comment, a petition was launched and received over 30,000 signatures, calling on Sephora to remove Huda Beauty products from its stores. Kattan's most recent TikTok video drew swift backlash from Jewish groups. 'Huda Kattan built a brand around beauty — but these antisemitic conspiracy theories are nothing short of ugly hate,' said Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the Anti-Defamation League. 'Spreading vile myths about Jews to millions of followers isn't just reckless — it's dangerous.' The American Jewish Committee posted Kattan's since-removed TikTok video on social media, writing, 'Huda Kattan, founder of Huda Beauty, is using her massive platform to spread vile antisemitic conspiracy theories — accusing Jews of harvesting the organs of Palestinians, causing 9/11, and running global pedophile rings. This isn't 'criticism of Israel.' It's centuries-old hate, repackaged and broadcast to millions.' 'Retailers have a choice,' said Ari Hoffnung, managing director of the Jewish nonprofit, JLens. 'They can continue to platform a brand whose founder promotes hate-fueled conspiracy theories, or they can take a stand against antisemitism.' Forbes included Kattan on their 2023 list of America's Richest Self-Made Women and on their list of Most Powerful Women in Business in 2024.

Love Island spoilers: Former contestants return to the villa to dump couple hours before final
We're just one day away from the finale of Love Island 2025 (*cry*), but one couple won't be making it to the end of the series, which airs on 4 August. In a brutal twist, a string of former Love Island contestants from this season have returned to the villa, and who they choose to dump has been described as "savage". "Familiar faces make a savage choice," Love Island's First Look on Instagram reads, with a clip showing the likes of Harrison, Alima, Emily and Tommy returning to the villa. The preview has prompted plenty of fans to speculate how the former Islanders will make their decision, with lots of viewers concerned that their favourites will be given the boot. "Worst ever decision to let a group of biased and bitter people back to vote," one person commented on the post, as someone else said: "You better not let us down Islanders... do the right thing." The Islanders' decision won't come totally out of the blue, though, as they'll pick who to dump based on the public's previous compatibility vote – which already sent Conor and Megan packing last week. "As you know, last night Megan and Conor were dumped as a result of receiving the least amount of votes for most compatible couple," Maya tells the Islanders on tonight's episode. "I'm now going to reveal the two other couples who received the fewest votes and are at risk of being dumped from the Island." Going on, Maya reveals that "one more couple" will be dumped from the villa there and then. "And that decision will be made by some very familiar faces." "Welcome back guys," she says, addressing this season's former contestants. "You must now individually decide which couple is the least compatible. The couple with the most votes will be dumped from the Island immediately." As for who is dumped in tonight's episode, we'll have to wait and see. Although, according to a source who spoke to the Mail Online, the pair that's sent packing have been a "big part" of the series, resulting in a "shocking" moment when their departure is announced. We! Can't! Wait!

How to Style a Spider in 2025 and Where to Buy Yours
You are seeing it everywhere. From Instagram scrolls to late-night pop-ups downtown, Spider clothing is crawling its way into closets across the States. But how do you wear it? More importantly, where do you even buy it without falling into fake traps? This guide breaks it all down. From fit checks to colour drops, we are showing you how Spider fits into the USA streetwear game in 2025. Streetwear changes every few years, but now and then, a brand hits different. Spider is not about loud hype. It is about showing up bold, owning space, and blending streetwear with design that tells a story. In American fashion history, we have seen this before, like when Supreme came through in the early 2000s or when A Bathing Ape made camo mainstream. Spider is the new wave. And this time, it is homegrown and heat-packed. The Spider logo is not just a visual, is a vibe. That stretched spider emblem feels risky and raw. It often drops in reflective ink, glow-in-the-dark prints, or puff details on cotton fleece. From front-chest designs to full-back spins, it keeps things sharp. People instantly know when you walk by: that is Spider. Most collections keep the logo clean but big. Think hoodie centre chest or oversized on the back. Some come stitched; others are printed. Either way, it hits hard. The biggest flex in 2025? Colour combos. Spider keeps you guessing every season with fresh palettes. This year, the talk is all about: Grey and green Spider tracksuit (earthy tones, perfect for fall) (earthy tones, perfect for fall) Red Spider tracksuit (power play, city runner vibes) (power play, city runner vibes) Brown Spider tracksuit (minimalist street style) (minimalist street style) Spider pink tracksuit (bold, not soft—Miami-core) (bold, not soft—Miami-core) Spider hoodie grey (goes with everything, wear daily) (goes with everything, wear daily) Camo Spider pants (urban jungle energy) (urban jungle energy) Spider camo sweatpants (a streetwear essential) Colour choice is not just a look. It is the mood. One piece, and you are in the style lane. Spider usually runs true to size, but that depends on your style goal. Want it snug? Stick to your regular size. Want that oversized, runway-feel? Go one up. Hoodies and jackets? Thicker than average. Expect drop shoulders, kangaroo pockets, and length that hits below the waist. For tracksuits like the Atlanta Sp5der tracksuit, expect a wider leg and elastic ankles—easy to pair with high-top kicks or even slides. Hoodies : Oversized with front-and-back prints. There have been whispers—and some drops—about Spider teaming with Atlanta creatives and underground rappers. One collection even dropped under the label Spider Atlanta tracksuit, pushing bold graphics with city codes. A rumoured mix with graffiti artists also sparked during the early spring line. The colours? Straight from street murals. Designs? Limited release. The message was clear: Spider is not just fashion. It is a movement.
