Health fans praise 'fantastic' kitchen gadget that uses little to no oil or butter
Health kicks are praising Drew & Cole's 5-Minute Cleverchef Deluxe for helping them to stay on track at mealtimes. The hot plate-style gadget can cook everything from fluffy omelettes to juicy burgers and golden toasties.
Drew & Cole's 5-Minute Cleverchef Deluxe is £49.99 on Yimbly (a marketplace owned by The Mirror's parent company, Reach Plc). Throughout July, consumers can drive the price down further using the discount code SUMMERDAYS10.
The offer reduces the price to £44.99. The 5-Minute Cleverchef Deluxe can also be purchased on Littlewoods for £46.99, where prospective buyers can find upwards of 1,000 ratings and reviews.
The gadget is built with three easy-to-change plates, including an omelette plate, a grill plate for paninis and meats, and a waffle plate. The plates are non-stick, so owners can reduce the amount of oil or butter they use when cooking.
Yimbly also sells a cheaper version of the CleverChef for £29.99 (£26.99 with the discount code SUMMERDAYS10 applied); however, this version does not come with interchangeable plates. It is cheaper to buy on Amazon, where it is priced at £24.
Alternatively, Currys offers the famous George Foreman Flexe Grill for £59.99. It requires little to no oil and has a built-in drip tray to collect any extra fat.
One Littlewoods reviewer left a detailed review for Drew & Cole's 5-Minute Cleverchef Deluxe, saying: "This little monster is so good I have bought a second one. I absolutely love it. Omlettes are a breeze and those toasties. Just so crispy.
"It helped me out so much when my mum was in the late stages of her life. She wouldn't eat, but if I asked if she wanted a baby omlette, she knew what it was and always said yes, it was the one thing she always ate. Thanks for making a little machine that did so much good in the end. Highly recommend this little machine."
An additional shopper was underwhelmed with the device, writing: "It's okay, but not quite what I expected. It's a bit small, and it doesn't cook well."
A third added: "I bought this grill for portion control as I'm on a diet. This is absolutely perfect. It makes a fantastic omelette and cooks a cheese toastie to perfection (all I've tried so far, as I'm addicted to the omelette).
"It's so easy to use and clean. I'm really pleased."
Another alternative to Drew & Cole's Cleverchef Deluxe is Ninja's Sizzle Pro XL Grill & Flat Plate, which costs £179.99. The wide grill surface fits up to ten burgers, chicken (breast, thigh or leg) or salmon fillets. It is intended for outdoor cooking only.

Amazon knocks £50 off 'strong and powerful' pressure washer 'great on garden tiles'
The handy cleaning tool has had its price slashed in a limited-time Amazon deal With the summer months here, many shoppers will be wanting to spruce up their outdoor spaces and give them a clean for parties, BBQs or even just relaxing outdoors. Getting a high quality pressure washer is a great investment to keep areas tidy, but finding one that is strong, powerful and affordable can take some time. Shoppers may be in luck, as they can grab the ETOOLAB Pressure Washer for £139.99 down from £189.99 on Amazon. This washer is said to offer a professional clean, reaching up to 160Bar pressure with 450 litres per hour of water flow, making it easy to remove moss from patios or even oil stains on driveways. Plus, it's also able to clean concrete, pavements, cars and swimming pools. With 1800W of pressure, this washer offers up to 30% water savings in comparison to ordinary models and also meets the British water saving standards - saving shoppers even more money over the longer team. Long gone are the days of dragging along a heavy washer, too, as this one is light and easy to move and comes with an external foam gun which produces foam quickly when needed. It comes with a seven metre high pressure hose, two rollers and an anti-tipping design, which means shoppers can have stability while cleaning. With four spray modes and nozzles - cracks and hard surface, concrete and brick, fences and wood decks, and windows and vehicles - shoppers have the choice to adapt the hose to whichever option is needed. If this isn't the one for everyone, there are a number of alternatives to choose from such as the Garden Force Jet Hawk Cordless Portable Pressure Washer for £35.50 from Yimbly. This has a 45-70 minute run time, is five times more powerful than a standard garden hose and can clean a range of things like cars, bikes, boots, windows and doors. Another is the Jml Starlyf Power Washer for £49.99 from Robert Dyas which is cordless, rechargeable and powerful. This washer is said to be a fast, fun and easy way to wash cars, bikes, houses, paths, gutters and driveways. The ETOOLAB Pressure Washer has a respectable 4.4 out of 5 star rating from over 100 reviews on Amazon. One person said: "Strong and powerful. Last week was very hot and it was the perfect time to get this electric power washer. It was very easy to set up and very light for a washer with such power. "It is strong and works very well for garden, driveway and for washing my car. Specially with four different nozzles that can be attached to the water gun for different cleaning makes the job so easy. The long hose make it easy to reach around easily without moving the washer." Another wrote: " Great little pressure washer, nice power behind it my patio slabs have never looked so good. I have literally been using this all weekend on various things. Has a nice long lead on it which is very handy. There's four various nozzles I'm trying to get used to best one for each job. "This certainly made my life so much easier especially on the patio tiles it works amazing. The pressure washing is nice and light but extremely powerful. There is also a foam feature I haven't used yet on the car .The nozzles are easy to change and sit in main handle so easily available to change." There were also some three and four star reviews from shoppers who weren't quite as pleased. One wrote: "I have tried different connections but the connection between the hose and unit still sprays water and leaks. The handle doesn't sit tight (even after tightening the screws as far as they will go) and have to use caution when moving the unit from place to place. The hose on the unit is not very flexible and can not be coiled properly." However, another glowing review reads: "I couldn't be happier with the ETOOLAB Pressure Washer. It delivers a strong 160Bar pressure and 450L/H flow rate that makes cleaning cars, patios, fences, and even my driveway a breeze. The four different nozzles are super handy for adjusting pressure based on the task, and the foam cannon works great for applying soap quickly and evenly. "The 15-meter hose gives me plenty of reach without constantly moving the unit around, which is a big time-saver. Setup was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid and durable. I've used it several times now, and it performs flawlessly every time. If you're looking for a powerful electric pressure washer that gets the job done with ease, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend."

'Lightweight and easy to use' grass trimmer has £50 discount
The cordless Thompson & Morgan 20v Grass Trimmer can tackle weeds, brambles, grass and features a 90 degree adjustable head If you're in the market for a handy tool to keep your garden looking trim, a grass trimmer might be just the ticket. Yimbly, the shopping marketplace owned by Daily Mirror's parent company Reach Plc, has a discount on the 'easy to use' Thompson & Morgan 20v Grass Trimmer. Originally retailing at £99.99, this means you can snap up this gardening essential for £49.50. The cordless trimmer is capable of tackling weeds, brambles and grass, and features a 90-degree adjustable head. Combined with its extendable length from 95cm to 115cm, this gadget can easily reach most areas. The Thompson & Morgan 20v Grass Trimmer comes equipped with an edge guide, a safety guard and a stabilising handle for 'comfortable and safe usage'. It includes a charger, charging base and a battery, providing 30 minutes of runtime from a three to five-hour charge, reports the Express. Amazon is currently offering a similar Flymo Contour 500E Electric Grass Trimmer and Edger with a 10 per cent discount. Now priced at £45.49, this alternative features an adjustable, steady handle with a soft grip for enhanced control and comfortable use. Bargain hunters looking for a wallet-friendly option might be interested in the Bosch EasyGrassCut 23 Grass Strimmer, currently discounted at Robert Dyas. This handy tool has been slashed from £39.99 down to £31.99. It's important to mention that both this and other similar alternatives are not cordless models. The Thompson & Morgan 20v Grass Trimmer hasn't garnered any reviews on the Yimbly website as of yet. However, it's receiving accolades on the Thompson & Morgan official site, with every reviewer giving it at least four stars. A particularly pleased customer gave it a full five-star rating, saying: "Great little strimmer. Lightweight and easy to use." Another happy user remarked: "Does the job brilliantly," adding: "Easy to use. Wonderful that it's cordless." A third chimed in with praise, noting: "Does exactly as it says. Very good operation and light to carry." An additional review highlighted the trimmer's convenience: "This trimmer is a Godsend. It is light and easy to use. The batteries which power it take only about 30 minutes to recharge, but buying an extra one to use while the other is recharging would be well worth it." They also recommended: "It is also worth buying some spare blades. The trimmer is good for cutting grass, including trimming lawn edges, and will soon pay for itself in saved gardener's bills in keeping the garden tidy." Yet, they did point out a limitation: "One has to be aware of its limitations, though. Trying to use it where a heavier petrol strimmer is needed to cut thick brambles or tough weeds will dislodge or break its little plastic blade."
