
Day6 to celebrate 10th debut anniversary with fan meetups
Day6 is set to hold fan meetings in Seoul next month to celebrate its decadelong music career.
The four members will greet fans in person on July 18-20 and 25-27 at the event dubbed 'Pier 10: All My Days,' label JYP Entertainment announced Friday.
The live shows from the last day of each week will be broadcast online as well, allowing more fans to join the celebration.
In August, a documentary film following the bandmates' travels around the US will come to cinemas. As the film title '6Days' suggests, it covers six days with the group after wrapping up their world tour in May. The band visited 23 cities across the world for 45 shows before the final concert in Seoul that lasted for six days.

Twice floats teaser for 4th LP
Twice gave fans another teaser for its fourth full album 'This Is For' releasing a number of photographs and a video Tuesday via label JYP Entertainment. The pjhotos each show one of the members posing like a miniature, doing everyday things against a featureless gray background. The upcoming LP will have 14 songs including the titular track and will be dropped on July 11, about seven months after its previous endeavor, 14th EP 'Strategy.' The mini album ranked No. 4 on Billboard 200. On July 19-20, the group will kick off its sixth international tour with a live show at Inspire Arena in Incheon, Korea. Known destinations for the upcoming tour so far are four cities in Japan, six more across Asia and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.

JYP Publishing seeks new talent
JYP Publishing, an affiliate of JYP Entertainment, launched a campaign to discover songwriters, the company announced Monday. It will host auditions for top liners, producers and trackmakers until July 23. Individuals or teams with up to three members can apply and will need to have credits on at least one published K-pop song. The company is headed by the label founder and producer Park Jinyoung alongside a slew of hit makers whose works include 'Time of Our Life' and 'Melt Down' from Day6, 'Talk That Talk' from Twice and 'Sorry Not Sorry' from Itzy. The music publishing subsidiary was established in 2008 and will be merged by the label in July as announced in April.
