An 18-year-old man has died while allegedly crossing the road at a traffic light stop, with a driver arrested and charged with major offences. A teen has died after being struck by a ute while crossing a road at a traffic stop, the police have said. The crash happened on Davies Rd in Padstow, western Sydney, last night, with emergency services rushing to the scene about 10.40pm. 'An 18-year-old man was critically injured when struck by a ute, which allegedly failed to stop at a red light,' the police said on Sunday. 'Passing motorists stopped and commenced CPR until the arrival of Ambulance paramedics. 'However, the man died at the scene.' The police have arrested a 26-year-old man. He was taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory testing before being taken to Bankstown Police Station, the police said. The police have charged the man with dangerous driving occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning death, not stopping at a stop line or red light and disobeying a right-turn-only sign. The man, from Illawong, will appear at Parramatta Local Court later today.

Deputies then arrested a 32-year-old Pontiac man within hours of the shooting. PONTIAC, Mich. (FOX 2) - An Auburn Hills man was shot and killed Friday after a drive-by shooting in Pontiac. What they're saying Oakland County Sheriff's officials say after 4 p.m. near Auburn and Russell in Pontiac where a witness told police that a man in a gray vehicle fired multiple shots before driving west towards Auburn. When medics arrived on the scene, they found a 26-year-old victim shot in the wrist, torso and back. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died. Their investigation identified the suspect's vehicle, which they located and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle at Middlebelt and Long Lake in West Bloomfield Township. Deputies then arrested a 32-year-old Pontiac man within hours of the shooting. One person was killed and four were taken to the hospital after Denver police say someone drove onto Interstate 25 at the Speer Boulevard exit the wrong way. The crash was reported just before 4 a.m. on Sunday on I-25 near 20th Street. Few details were immediately available, but police say a 26-year-old woman driving a gray Chrysler went south in the northbound lanes of I-25 and struck another car. The woman was killed at the scene, but a passenger in her car and three people in the other car were taken to the hospital -- three with serious injuries and one with minor injuries. The northbound lanes were being diverted onto the 23rd Street exit for hours, but that scene has since cleared and normal traffic has resumed.

A Guelph man has been arrested again, one week after the 26-year-old was charged for allegedly exposing himself and attempting to urinate on people. Just after 10 p.m. on May 16, Guelph Police said they got multiple calls about a man who was trying to urinate on pedestrians in the downtown core. He was also accused of grabbing women while touching himself. No one was physically hurt. Police said they arrested the 26-year-old and charged him with committing an indecent act and mischief. He was released on an undertaking, which said he was unable to go downtown between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. On May 24, just after midnight, a person who knew the man called police after seeing him sitting on a planter at Wyndham Street North and Macdonell Street. He was arrested again and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
