CTV News26-05-2025
A Guelph man has been arrested again, one week after the 26-year-old was charged for allegedly exposing himself and attempting to urinate on people.
Just after 10 p.m. on May 16, Guelph Police said they got multiple calls about a man who was trying to urinate on pedestrians in the downtown core. He was also accused of grabbing women while touching himself.
No one was physically hurt.
Police said they arrested the 26-year-old and charged him with committing an indecent act and mischief. He was released on an undertaking, which said he was unable to go downtown between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
On May 24, just after midnight, a person who knew the man called police after seeing him sitting on a planter at Wyndham Street North and Macdonell Street.
He was arrested again and charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.
