'But, it was a proud moment for me when Akash Deep became emotional and spoke about it. He's performed so well despite his sister being in such a condition,' she added. Akhand Jyoti did ask him why he spoke about her illness publicly. Akash Deep told her that he could not hide it any more. 'The entire country is with us,' he said. Why UAE's new Golden Visa norms marks a significant shift for Indian investors? The recent overhaul of the UAE's Golden Visa marks a significant shift in the country's residency landscape, industry experts recently said. The new framework is more inclusive and strategically aligned with the UAE's long-term vision. The nomination-based Golden Visa programme will allow foreign citizens, including Indians, to have a lifetime residency by paying a fixed amount of AED 1,00,000 (approximately Rs 23.3 lakh). According to Akash Puri, Director International, India Sotheby's International Realty, this change brings a two-pronged impact for Indian real estate investors. 'For Indian investors, this is a cue to recalibrate: from residency-led transactions to value-led strategies. Over time, this evolution could establish a more stable, resilient real estate market — one that rewards strategic, long-term participation over short-term speculation,' Puri emphasised. China help to Iran exposed: Dragon provided 1000 tons of rocket fuel for Iran's Khyber Shaken missiles, reason is...
Chinese President Xi Jinping (File) Israel-Iran war: In a significant development impacting the ongoing Israel-Iran war, media reports state that China covertly sent about 1,000 tonnes of sodium perchlorate to Iran in early 2025. Reports also say that sodium perchlorate is used as a fuel for Iranian rockets and the amount is enough for Iran to produce roughly 260 Khaibar Shekan or 200 Haj Qasem medium-range ballistic missiles. As per a report by Aajtak, the Chinese shipment reached Iran's Bandar Abbas port via the vessels MV Golbon and Jeyran. Intended for the IRGC's missile program, the ships came from China's Taicang port to Iran's Bandar Abbas, bypassing the US sanctions. Critical role of Sodium perchlorate For those unversed, Sodium perchlorate is a very crucial element because once converted into ammonium perchlorate, it forms up to 70% of solid rocket propellant used in missiles and space vehicles. The large-scale transfer of Sodium perchlorate to Iran has significantly boosted Tehran's missile production capacity, raising fresh concerns about China's indirect role in regional missile proliferation. Readers should note that also exposed China's indirect support to Iran through military and oil and gas purchases.
