The Miami Dolphins pulled off one of the biggest trades in recent memory when they swapped Jalen Ramsey for Minkah Fitzpatrick. Both players are near the top of their respective positions, but there was a lot of chatter regarding Fitzpatrick. More news: Rams' Young Defender Predicted to be Impact Player in 2025 Fans, pundits, and more were concerned with the idea that the Pittsburgh Steelers were willing to let Fitzpatrick walk, and the narrative began to form that he had lost a step with his big-playmaking abilities. That is clearly not the case, and Fitzpatrick has been named a three-time First-team All-Pro and five-time Pro Bowler for a reason. The star safety might have also silenced critics with a recent training video, which is drawing plenty of fan responses. With Minkah, you're getting one of the hardest workers in the game. — J Zone (@colmenajuan) July 3, 2025 all pro szn incoming — fins up (@chvrlesss) July 3, 2025 Fitzpatrick has been one of the best safeties in the league, and the idea that he is not at a high level any longer is quite far-fetched. He ended the season with 96 total tackles, one forced fumble, one interception, and four passes defended. Fitzpatrick's performance in 2024 led to his fourth straight Pro Bowl nod. Clearly, he is still playing at a high level, and he now returns to the team that drafted him. Mark Brown/Getty More news: Steelers May Have Found Perfect DK Metcalf Partner in Surprise Minicamp Playmaker The Dolphins initially drafted Fitzpatrick in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Alabama. He made an immediate impact in his rookie season, securing 80 total tackles, two interceptions, and nine passes defended. While the Dolphins believed they found a cornerstone of their new defense, Fitzpatrick became very unhappy with his role in Brian Flores' defensive scheme. He played four different positions, leading to his seeking a trade. The Dolphins granted the trade request, and Fitzpatrick was sent to the Steelers in exchange for players and draft capital. Fitzpatrick would go on to impress with the Steelers, becoming one of the best safeties in the league. He is now returning to Miami, where he can take over the role that was left behind by Jevon Holland, who joined the New York Giants. Miami had one of the best defenses in 2024, despite the team finishing with a less-than-stellar record. With Anthony Weaver returning as defensive coordinator, Fitzpatrick could have another breakout year. All Eyes Are on Prince Harry Ahead of Trooping the Color
All Eyes Are on Prince Harry Ahead of Trooping the Color originally appeared on Parade. Trooping the Color, one of the most prominent events in the royal calendar, is set for Saturday, June 14. The annual birthday parade honors the monarch featuring senior members of the royal family. But this year, all eyes are on as speculation grows over whether he'll break his three-year absence and make a surprise appearance. Per Express, the senior royals confirmed to appear on the balcony of London's Buckingham Palace are King Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles, along with Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Additionally, Charles' brother Prince Edward, his wife Duchess Sophie, Princess Anne, and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence will wave to crowds. As Trooping the Color is one of the most high-profile royal events of the season, speculation abounds regarding Prince Harry's appearance. Charles' second son last stood alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, on the Buckingham Palace balcony in 2022. However, due to continued strained relations between Harry, Meghan Markle, and senior royals, the prince is not expected to attend Saturday's event. A royal expert believes the family is at the point of no return when it comes to reconciliation. Parade Daily🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬 "There is no turning back," British royals expert Hilary Fordwich claimed to Fox News Digital. "King Charles remains tender towards his son but can't risk communication." Fordwich continued, "Prince William now has absolutely no interest in mending fences. Those close to the king say he [shouldn 't] make peace with Harry in a way that would burden Prince William's future reign. The animosity is so deep that William has shut the door on Harry. Charles is not willing to go against his heir's wishes." "It's Harry's criticisms of Queen Camilla [in Spare], as well as his broader attacks on the family and institution, which have seriously crossed a line for the king and those closest to him," the expert concluded. Harry recently expressed concern for Charles' health to the BBC. In an interview, he stated, that his father "won't speak to me because of this security stuff." He added, he did "not know how much longer my father has" referring to the monarch's ongoing cancer battle. In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, officially stepped down from their roles as senior royals, citing media intrusion and insufficient support from the royal institution. Shortly after, the couple relocated to California to begin a new chapter outside the royal spotlight.
