Carlos Alcaraz's net worth, Emma Raducanu rumours, tennis 'love triangle' claim

Tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz will take on Jannik Sinner in the final of the Wimbledon Championships as the pair prepare to renew their rivalry on the grandest stage of all The tennis spotlight is squarely on Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner as they prepare to contest the Wimbledon final in a thrilling Grand Slam decider. Not long after meeting in the French Open finale, where Alcaraz came out on top, the two prospects will be reunited at SW19 on Sunday. The emerging rivalry between these two tennis powerhouses marks the beginning of a new era in the sport. One seen as little more than Next-Gen prospects, the duo are stepping out of the shadows cast by retired legends Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, as well as major title record-holder Novak Djokovic (24). ‌ At 38, Djokovic is approaching the end of his illustrious career. Yet he's optimistic about the future of tennis thanks to talents like Alcaraz and Sinner. ‌ "They're definitely great for tennis, both of them," said the Serb earlier this summer (via Wales Online). "I think their rivalry is something that our sport needs, no doubt. The way they are playing and approaching tennis life, I think they are going to have very successful careers in the next years." This won't be Alcaraz's first appearance in the Wimbledon final, nor his first taste of Grand Slam victory. The 22-year-old sensation has clinched the last two titles at SW19, as well as a memorable win against Sinner at the French Open earlier this summer. As he prepares to face Sinner again, Alcaraz will draw upon that experience to secure a £3million prize. And despite already having five Grand Slam crowns to his credit, that figure would significantly boost his already substantial net worth. ‌ At a reported £35million, Alcaraz's wealth is built on both his on-court triumphs and lucrative sponsorship deals with renowned brands such as Nike, Babolat, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein and BMW. Off-court, Carlos Alcaraz's life is just as exciting as his tennis, with whispers of a romance with Emma Raducanu intensifying during Wimbledon. Tennis fans are buzzing about the prospect of the duo pairing up for doubles at the US Open. Raducanu herself has also been a regular at Alcaraz's matches this season. ‌ The current ATP No. 2 lit up when referencing Raducanu's presence at one of his matches, saying: "I saw on social media she came up to watch my match. I'm just glad. I mean, I was focused on the match. I didn't see her afterwards. I am just glad that she came to support me, to watch my match. Yeah, I think it was great having her in the stands." In June, both rising stars were spotted turning up for the Kensington tournament "within minutes of each other," fuelling gossip about their relationship status. And it could mark the beginning of the greatest power couple in tennis history if the pair ever became official. ‌ "Emma and Carlos' friendship was the talk of Queen's - people think there is something going on between them because they have such a spark," one source told The Sun in June. Reports suggested Alcaraz was seen at Raducanu's hotel and that their cars pulled into Queen's moments apart. "He was apparently seen at her hotel last week and on Thursday and Saturday, when Emma went to support him, Emma's car arrived just minutes after Carlos got to Queen's with his team. Inside they were seen laughing and joking with one another. They seem very happy and relaxed with each other." However, Raducanu put a pin in the rumours recently by insisting the two tennis superstars were just "good friends." Nevertheless they will play alongside each other in the US Open mixed doubles competition later this year. ‌ Adding a dash of drama to the situation, Aussie maverick Nick Kyrgios hinted at some potentially complex love dynamics, as he suggested both Alcaraz and Jack Draper could be involved in a "love triangle" with Raducanu. "I don't know, I think it's a love triangle," the notorious wind-up merchant told reporters earlier this year. "Draper, Alcaraz, Raducanu. They're fighting over Raducanu, I think. I'm not sure. I think [on] the outside [she looks happy], I don't know who's making her happy." Rumour has it Raducanu isn't the only star name linked with Alcaraz in their sport, however. He has also been connected with Spanish student Maria Gonzalez Gimenez from his own hometown in Murcia, though little about their relationship is public knowledge.

Carlos Alcaraz's stunning net worth, Emma Raducanu hotel visit and 'love triangle' rumours World number two Carlos Alcaraz faces number one-ranked star Jannik Sinner at Wimbledon today Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu (Image: Max Cisotti/for evian ) Carlos Alcaraz is in yet another Grand Slam final today where he will take on the world's top-ranked tennis player Jannik Sinner. These two are really building up a rivalry for the ages, with a new era of the sport emerging from the shadows of retired greats Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal and veteran Novak Djokovic. ‌ At 38, the Serb is now very much in the twilight of his career but he sees a great future for the sport in Spaniard Alcaraz and Italian Sinner. ‌ "They're definitely great for tennis, both of them," he said earlier this summer. "I think their rivalry is something that our sport needs, no doubt. "The way they are playing and approaching tennis life, I think they are going to have very successful careers in the next years." Alcaraz has been in the Wimbledon showpiece final before, of course. Article continues below He is a two-time champion already at the age of 22, and he also scooped the French Open at Roland Garros earlier this summer against Sinner in a match which will go down in tennis folklore. Alcaraz fought back to stun his opponent in Paris and will hope to do the same this afternoon. There is £3million on the line for the winner, and should Alcaraz claim the trophy that sum would go some way to boost his considerable net worth. ‌ He is reportedly now worth a cool £35million from his exploits on and off the court, with sponsorship deals including with kit maker Nike contributing to that pot, alongside tie-ups with Babolat, Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein and BMW. Away from the baseline, his personal life continues to make headlines, with rumours of a relations with Emma Raducanu ramping up significantly during Wimbledon fortnight. The pair are set to be doubles partners at the US Open later this year and Brit Raducanu has been spotted taking in a number of Alcaraz's games this summer. ‌ Alcaraz beamed at Queen's when asked about her: "I saw on social media she came up to watch my match. I'm just glad. "I mean, I was focused on the match. I didn't see her afterwards. I am just glad that she came to support me, to watch my match. Yeah, I think it was great having her in the stands." In June, they were reportedly seen arriving at the Kensington tournament "within minutes of each other", sparking speculation around the nature of their relationship. ‌ "Emma and Carlos' friendship was the talk of Queen's - people think there is something going on between them because they have such a spark,' a source told The Sun. "He was apparently seen at her hotel last week and on Thursday and Saturday, when Emma went to support him, Emma's car arrived just minutes after Carlos got to Queen's with his team. Inside they were seen laughing and joking with one another. They seem very happy and relaxed with each other." Raducanu herself said recently: "We're just good friends." Article continues below Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios then stirred the pot further, claiming the pair could part of a love triangle involving fellow Brit Jack Draper. "I don't know, I think it's a love triangle," Kyrgios told the reporters recently. "Draper, Alcaraz, Raducanu. They're fighting over Raducanu I think, I'm not sure. I think (on) the outside (she looks happy), I don't know who's making her happy." Alcaraz has also been linked with Spanish student Maria Gonzalez Gimenez, who hails from his hometown in Spain.

With a line-up of international stars hitting the courts, the competition remains a hit among both locals and tennis enthusiasts worldwide. While soaking up the atmosphere at Wimbledon isn't cheap – with Centre Court ticket prices kicking off at £70 and potentially rocketing to a steep £240 for finals seats – thrifty tennis fans can opt for Ground Passes. Luckily, there's a way to grab lots of goodies for free if you know where to look. ‌ One savvy woman named Kaya took to TikTok to share how she managed to get herself a list of freebies at the event, including the iconic strawberries, exclusive merch and a branded Wimbledon tennis ball – all without splashing any cash. "Here's everything I got for free at Wimbledon 2025," Kaya said in her video, which showed her indulging in some juicy strawberries before diving into her haul of complimentary goodies. Free Spin the Wheel try with prizes Kaya's first tip for those feeling lucky is to swing by Champion's Corner where all Barclays cardholders have a chance to win big by spinning the wheel. ‌ "At the Champion's Corner, as a Barclay's card member, you can play Spin the Wheel," she explained. "And, if you're lucky, you can win one of the many prizes, which actually includes Babolat rackets - how cool." Holding up a keychain with evident delight, she shared: "I managed to get this keychain, which I was actually super happy about as I was genuinely going to buy it. So thank you Barclays." Free postcard ‌ For fans wandering the grounds awaiting the next match, Kaya revealed that free postcards are available, which is perfect for collecting players' autographs. "You can also pick up a postcard and stand at the viewing platform, where you can watch the players train for their matches. And, if you're lucky, you may get to meet them and get stuff signed," she said. "I was incredibly lucky to meet who I met," she continued. "However, nothing is guaranteed, and please be respectful to the players and their time. They are not obligated to stop." ‌ Free strawberries and cream A quintessential Wimbledon experience, strawberries and cream is famously linked with the tournament, something the club itself celebrates as "a true icon of The Championships." A tasty treat awaits those with a Barclay's account at Wimbledon, as Kaya shared how to bag free strawberries and cream. "You can also get free strawberries and cream if you have a Barclays account," she shared, detailing the process: "So you just have to go to your app and get a QR code to scan - there you go." As she got her own free strawberries, she shared: "I went for the plant based [cream], obviously. They were so good. Although it's literally just strawberries and cream. But it was really nice and free." ‌ Free ice cream and keychain Adding more sweet deals to the experience, Kaya highlighted how American Express members are in for an cool treat during the hot final days of Wimbledon. To grab a free ice cream, simply follow her tip. She shared: "From the Champion's Corner, if you head towards the hill and up the stairs to the Amex experience, as an American Card Express member, you can get a free ice cream. This was vegan and it was really nice." There's also a bit of fun to be had, courtesy of American Express, where games played may reward you with an exclusive keychain. Free Wimbledon tennis ball And for tennis-themed memento, Kaya showed off her Wimbledon 2025 tennis ball, revealing she got it for free just by being an Amex member. "And also, down in the Southern Village, you can actually pick up a free Wimbledon tennis ball. American Express themed, obiviously," she said as she showed the green tennis ball with "Wimbledon 2025" written on it, along with American Express being written underneath. And, since the last few days of Wimbledon coincided with the summer's third heatwave, Kaya was chuffed to bits after snagging a free, and very handy, paper fan outside Southfields station - not to mention grabbing a copy of the Esquire newspaper too.

Wimbledon superfans fork out £600 on giant tennis racquet – even though it would fall apart if they used it

WIMBLEDON'S gift stores have flogged two giant tennis racquets for £600 each — after shops got into a race to sell them first. The four-and-a-half-foot bit of sports gear has drawn the attention of thousands of punters since the start of last week. 2 Selling the prop, which is more than three-and-a-half foot tall, has become one of the toughest challenges for temporary workers in SW19's merchandise stores. It even sparked a race between three of the gift shops, in the club's museum, Centre Court and Court No1, to be the first to get rid of one this year. It is understood that a Canadian couple bought one of the mega-racquets last week and are in the process of trying to get it back across the pond. Another was sold over the weekend at full price. The racquets, a replica of Babolat's official tournament model, are very fragile and can't be used on court. They have a light metal frame and use actual string instead of carbon fibre or nylon, making it impossible to hit with. One worker told The Sun: 'We have some very good salespeople, but this has proven difficult to shift so far. 'Every year, we have a race to see who can get rid of it first. It's a decoration, and for the right person, it is probably worth the money. 'A lot of people are interested and walk by and say, 'That's amazing'. 'But then they see it's £600 and that kills it pretty quickly. Novak Djokovic brutally faceplants ground and left writhing in agony as worried wife Jelena watches on at Wimbledon 'If you tried to play with it, it would just fall apart.' Even for staff who pull off the Wolf of Wall Street-style sales pitch, do not get a bounty or any commission for any items they personally flog. Another employee said: 'We've spent lots of time trying to find the best spot for it. 'Nobody could really believe we had actually sold one. 'I suppose, if you have the money, and you love tennis, maybe it's a worthwhile investment for a big house, but I wouldn't want it in a tiny flat.' For fans who can't quite stretch to the £600 price tag, a tiny desk version, which is just seven inches tall, is also on sale for £20. 2
