Telangana EdCET 2025 Results Announced

The results for the Telangana EdCET 2025, conducted for admission to the Bachelor of Education ( programme, were released on Saturday. Chairman Balakishta Reddy, along with K. Pratap Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of Kakatiya University, and other officials, unveiled the results at the State Higher Education Council office. Out of 32,106 candidates who sat the EdCET examination, 30,944 students successfully passed, resulting in a pass rate of 96.38 per cent. The top performers in the examination included Ganapathi Shastri from Hyderabad, who secured the first rank with 126 marks, followed closely by Sarachandra, also from Hyderabad, who achieved the second rank with 121 marks. Nagaraju from Warangal shared the third rank, also with a score of 121 marks.

Telangana ECET 2025 Counselling Schedule Announced

The Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) 2025 counselling schedule has been officially released, allowing students who have completed their polytechnic studies to gain direct entry into the second year of and courses, starting from tomorrow, June 14. The announcement was made by Professor Balakishta Reddy, Chairman of the State Council of Higher Education and Chair of the Admissions Committee. According to the schedule issued by Sridevasena, State Commissioner of Technical Education and Convener of Admissions, the counselling process will occur in two phases. The first phase will commence with slot booking, which will be available from June 14 to 18. Certificate verification is set to take place from June 17 to 19, followed by the opportunity for students to register their web options from June 17 to 21. Seat allocation is scheduled for June 25, with successful candidates required to report online by June 29. The second phase of counselling will begin on July 11, with applications accepted from July 11 to 13. Certificate verification will occur on July 14, and students can submit their web options until July 15. Seat allocation is planned for July 18, with online reporting due by July 20. Students are required to join their assigned colleges by July 23. Additionally, spot admission guidelines will be issued on July 22, with the completion of spot admissions set for July 29, following the established timetable.

Telangana ECET Results Announced, records High Pass Rate

The results for the Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) were published on Sunday, May 25, at 1 PM, following the examination held on May 12. A total of 18,998 candidates participated in the exam, which facilitates direct admissions to the second year of BE, BTech, and BPharmacy courses through the lateral entry system for the academic year 2025-2026 across the state. The Chairman of the Council of Higher Education, Professor Balakishta Reddy, announced the results on the premises of Osmania University. The overall pass rate for this year stood at an impressive 93.87%. Notably, every student who took the Metallurgical Engineering, BSc Mathematics, and Pharmacy exams achieved a passing mark. In a continuation of a longstanding trend, female students outperformed their male counterparts across all departments. Candidates can now verify their results and download their rank cards by entering their details on the official website.
