In a 3-round bantamweight bout on the main card, Petr Yan and Marcus McGhee meet Saturday at UFC on ABC 9 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Yan is much more accurate on those strikes at 60.30%, while McGhee checks in at just 49.41%, per Yan has a 1.61 takedown average, to just 0.46 for McGhee. In fact, Yan's past 6 fights have gone the distance, albeit against much, much stronger competition. McGhee could be in above his head against the former champ as he faces a major step up in competition. If you were to toss this into a multi-leg parlay, that would be the only way to justify playing such a heavy favorite line. Again, Yan is good at wowing the judges and scoring points based on certain technical aspects. Run line/Against the spread BET METS -1.5 (+115). There are plenty of reasons to back the Mets on Tuesday night. They've been dominant at Citi Field this season, boasting a 35-16 home record—second only to the Blue Jays (36 wins). That success is driven by elite pitching; the Mets hold a 3.59 ERA at home, fourth-best in MLB, and opponents are batting just .237 at Citi. SS Francisco Lindor thrives in front of the home crowd, batting .295 with 12 of his 19 home runs coming there. On the mound, Montas makes just his fifth start of the season, but he knows this Angels lineup well from his years with the A's. He looked sharp in his last outing, a road win in Kansas City. On the flip side, there's little to fear with Hendricks. He's a serviceable veteran, but his stuff isn't overpowering, and he's been inconsistent all season. This sets up perfectly for New York to take care of business. Expect the Mets to roll again Tuesday night. Over/Under BET OVER 9 (-120). The Over is a strong play Tuesday with the Angels involved. They've gone Over in 10 of their last 11 games, thanks to poor pitching—especially on the road, where they carry a 4.73 ERA.
