Blake Lively must turn over detailed business income records to Justin Baldoni

The judge in Blake Lively's ongoing lawsuit against "It Ends With Us" costar Justin Baldoni ordered her to turn over three years of business income records to his lawyers, but blocked his demand for her total net worth. Thursday's mixed decision — awarding Baldoni some, but not all, of the financial records he has demanded — is the latest development in Lively's December 2024 lawsuit. Lively alleges Baldoni sexually harassed her on the set and then tried to destroy her reputation through a "sophisticated" press and online attack campaign when she complained. She is seeking an unspecified cash judgment for lost wages and mental and emotional distress. In June, a judge dismissed Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against Lively. The judge's most recent decision requires Lively to turn over all of her business income and expense records from January 1, 2022 to present. She must do so by July 25, the judge ruled. These records are needed for "establishing whether such income and expenses have changed since the events described" in her lawsuit, the judge wrote. Lively has alleged in court papers that Baldoni's attacks on her reputation depressed the retail sales of her hair care line, Blake Brown, by "56% —78%." She also has a sparkling mixer brand, Betty Buzz. "Lively must have some basis for stating that she has suffered economic damages," the judge wrote in ordering her to turn over her income records. The judge spared Lively from having to turn over her last three years of net worth records. Lively's side had complained that this demand was overbroad and that the records, which could have included details of property values, savings, and investments, would be irrelevant to proving her businesses' lost income. The judge agreed, writing, "Lively cannot be compelled to produce documents regarding her personal assets and liabilities with no relationship to any alleged loss in income or opportunities resulting from defendants' actions." Barring some kind of settlement, the case is not scheduled to wrap anytime soon. Lawyers for both sides are due in court on October 21 for their next status conference, and a 2026 trial date has yet to be set.

All About Blake Lively And Ryan Reynolds' Kids, Names, Ages

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds love their four kids. Blake Lively is as multifaceted as they come. She's an actress who has starred in titles like Gossip Girl, A Simple Favor, and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (plus It Ends With Us). She's the founder of Betty Buzz, which has a variety of non-alcoholic mixers that taste just as good on their own as they do with liquor. And, she's also a mom. Lively has been outspoken about protecting her children from the paparazzi, making rare public appearances with them for events like her husband Ryan Reynolds' Hollywood Walk Of Fame Ceremony and cozy date nights. When Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds seemingly announced the birth of their fourth child in 2023, we melted. On July 26, Ryan Reynolds confirmed that he and Blake Lively's fourth baby, born in February 2023, is a boy in an Instagram video supporting mental health charity Walking 4 Hope. Speaking with founder John Bell, who struggled with suicidal ideation after the 2020 loss of his son Jake, Reynolds says, 'I want to share with you that I, too, have a John, if I love him one-tenth as much as you love Jake, I'll feel like I've done a pretty d—mn good job.' Considering how adorable James, Inez, and Betty are, I can only imagine how cute Blake Lively's son is! Blake Lively in 2023 showing what appears to be a post-baby body with the caption "Been busy." Lively confirmed her fourth pregnancy in September 2022 when she arrived at her Forbes event in NYC cradling a baby bump and by hoping that "the 11 guys waiting outside [her] home for a 🦄 sighting will leave [her] alone." Yes, Taylor Swift loves Blake Lively's kids! The family has shown up to the Eras Tour multiple times, and most recently supported the popstar at her concert in New Orleans, Louisiana. Blake and Ryan (who looked amazing in a Reputation-inspired 'fit), and I can't believe how much James and Blake look alike! She's truly her mini-me! At the Philadelphia show of the , which Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively attended, . One funny detail about Ryan Reynolds' kids that I love is when he mentioned the girls finally realized Taylor Swift was a popstar. "I think what's most exciting for them is that for the longest time they just thought Taylor's just like an aunt, like a friend of Mommy and Daddy that's very, very close, almost family," he tells . "And then they went to a concert one day and were like, 'Ohhhhh, this isn't a hobby.'" For Super Bowl Sunday in 2024, Blake Lively joined Taylor Swift to support beau (and KC Chiefs tight end) Travis Kelce. "Last week I left my kids for the first time ever," she says on . "I took pictures upside down and had no clue. I treated a friendship bracelet like a Flat Stanley for my husband like I didn't realize it wasn't '07. I borrowed more jewelry than the skeleton in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. And I went clubbing. Now I know what my episode of The Twilight Zone would look like." At the end of September, Ryan Reynolds revealed how different parenting seems to be now than when he was a kid. "Parents today are so different. We're so soft," he said at HubSpot's INBOUND tech conference (via ). "I don't yell. I grew up with like — it was nuts, it was an improvised militia.' 'Now it's like, I can go look at all my resources for parenting and remind myself how to be perfectly compassionate,' he continued. "Something I love about [conflict resolution], and I know this is not very fancy, but what I love about it is that you can meet somebody where they are, and you don't have to be right or can disagree and still connect." Blake Lively recently joined an episode of her ' costar Amber Tamblyn's and revealed the one unbreakable rule she made with Ryan Reynolds. 'When Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time,' she says. 'So that we could always prioritize our personal takes working really hard when we're not. Just like financial planning and sustaining that; it takes balance.' I love that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are serious about their family life, and that they have identified what works for them and are sticking with it. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' fourth baby is named Olin, which he revealed during the July 22 premiere of ! Before Ryan chose to reveal the name, he appeared on the show and made a cheeky joke about it after the hosts urged him to spill the beans. He said, "We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child's name will be. We'll say this: we're still waiting." Blake Lively's kids are all under 10. James is 9 (turning 10 on December 16), Inez is 7 (turning 8 on September 30), Betty is 4 (turning 5 on October 4), and Olin turned 1 in February. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have four kids. They welcomed their third daughter in 2019, making this new addition to the family their fourth child. If you're wondering "Why did Ryan Reynolds name his daughter James?" you're not alone. The couple decided to name their daughter James after . While the name connects both James and Reynolds to his father, it also gives Lively the chance to bond with her daughter over having historically male names. "I liked having a boy's name," Lively said on in 2015. "I thought I'd pass it on." Their third daughter Betty's name is . We didn't know the name of the couple's third baby until Taylor Swift used all three names in her 2020 album folklore. Swift at the beginning of her 2017 track "Gorgeous"! Does that mean we'll hear one of Ryan Reynolds' children in ? I hope so! Blake Lively was 27 when she gave birth to her first daughter, James, in December of 2014. In a conversation with Hugh Jackman ahead of Deadpool & Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds opened up about how his family has helped his anxiety. "I think it makes it better because your focus is less on yourself and more on your kids," he says (via ). "I love that I've had anxiety because when I see my kids experiencing some of that, which is probably genetic, I know how to address it in a way that is compassionate, that actually allows them to feel seen. I know that I can't just fix it. And I can communicate all that stuff to them and with them. I'm always grateful for it." Per , Ryan Reynolds has also made it clear he and Blake are wholly invested in the kids' daily lives. The doting husband and father enjoys the moments of "walking them to school and walking them back" as it deepens their bond. More than anything, Ryan and Blake's main goal is to make sure they teach their kids how to be introspective with Ryan saying "the thing we sort of hang our hat on the most is self-awareness with our kids." However, that doesn't mean Blake and Ryan don't absolutely love being parents. "We're very excited [and] we wouldn't do this four times if we didn't love it," he says in an interview with CNBC's Power Lunch. "Everybody's doing great. Everybody's actually doing fantastic. I think if we hadn't figured it out by now, I think we'd be in deep, deep trouble." "It's a zoo over here," he jokes. "This is my office here, this is where I'll probably — to be honest, I'll probably spend the rest of my life in here." We love how much energy Ryan and Blake are pouring into their kids. It's always beautiful when parents are able to be present with their kids and teach them how to be present with themselves. Ryan Reynolds has also mentioned how having daughters "has been such a ride." Since he comes from a family of all boys, having daughters is something that was beyond his wildest dreams! 'I love being a girl dad,' Ryan tells Access in 2020. 'I have three daughters, which I never in a million years would imagine.' He mentioned his newest child in June of 2023, when he announced his new series Bedtime Stories. "The idea for a show made to help everyone fall asleep was born the same day as my fourth child," he says on Instagram. The actor also offered some parenting advice on Amanda Hirsch's hit podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat. "Embrace the chaos,' he tells Hirsch. "[Blake] always says, 'They're all under our roof right now. The whole family's under our roof right now. We have them all.' And that is a fleeting thing. Not an infinite resource, you know?' While Reynolds understands firsthand how overwhelming parenting can feel, he also doesn't wish away this time with four young kids: 'Just say, 'Think about what you would give in 40 years or 30 years to come back and enjoy this one moment.'" Besides this, Ryan knows their kids' childhoods don't mirror his or Blake's. However, he's not trying to place a huge emphasis on that because he wants them to have "as normal a life as possible" (via ). "I try not to impose upon them the difference in their childhood to my childhood or my wife's childhood," he said (via ). "We both grew up very working class, and I remember when they were very young, I used to say or think, like, 'Oh God, I would never have had a gift like this when I was a kid,' or, 'I never would've had this luxury of getting takeout,' or whatever." In his eyes, he doesn't feel like it's the kids' responsibility or "bag of rocks to carry" because they're full of "gratitude" and "have a strong sense of empathy." That's how he knows he and Blake are "doing an OK job" as parents. Blake Lively opened up about how Ryan Reynolds and she monitor screen safety for their kids, which is definitely something top-of-mind in 2024. 'This is not an ad. I get nothing out of this. I just love @tappityapp,' she said of the STEM-focused educational app. 'It's engaging, informative, fun and they care about safety." She also jokes that she's learning new things right along with her kids! But, no matter how educational or fun an app is, Blake Lively also emphasizes the importance of engaging with her kids' devices: "I'm always triple checking any kids app constantly for safety because that's my responsibility not an app's, but I do LOVE this one.' Despite its fun and funny moments, the actress has admitted being a mom is hard, but she did it with her signature dry sense of humor. 'BettyBooze at your service," she wrote in announcing the new brand. "These are recipes I've been making for loved ones for years. But I have 4 kids now. And I'm tired. So here they are. In a can." However, Blake Lively absolutely loves motherhood, and says in a 2022 interview with that having children has made her feel more comfortable in her own skin. "Once I had children, that just became even more profound because my time was even more precious, but also I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin," she says. "I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident — not to say that there aren't a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled." Speaking with in 2021, Lively also explains how important it is that her children see her accomplish things outside the home. "I want to be as present of a mother as humanly possible and I want them to feel my presence, but I also think the best way to be the best mother is to show them that you can have a life and have a passion and have an identity outside of just being a mother," Lively says. While she acknowledges that motherhood is all-encompassing, and it looks different for everyone, she knows that having your own identity is very important. "Teaching them that they can maintain themselves and that everything is possible [is crucial]," she adds. Blake Lively's children were all born in the last 10 years. Blake Lively's daughters are James, Inez, Betty, and her fourth child is named Olin! Their fourth baby's name was announced during the premiere of . Blake gave birth to James in 2014, while Inez was born in 2016. Lively gave birth to Betty in 2019 and Olin in February of 2023. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' children don't have a nanny. "I feel like I could sometimes have a bit of a short fuse, but there's just been this weirdly endless supply of patience," Ryan told in 2015. "I have no problem waking up five times in the middle of the night and changing diapers, and as exhausted as you get, I have this stupid grin on my face all the time." Blake Lively shifts her focus to new product launch... after 'losing friend Taylor Swift over Justin Baldoni lawsuit'

Blake Lively is focusing on her booze line this week. On Wednesday, the 37-year-old blonde Hollywood pinup announced that Betty Booze is coming out with two vodka iced teas in time for the hot months. The flavors are Meyer Lemonade and Passion Fruit. 'I come from a Southern family, so iced tea, especially in the summertime is a staple,' the actress told People. 'Sweet tea, passionfruit tea, tea with fresh lemonade … it all feels like relaxation and peaceful times. Enjoying an iced tea is a feeling as much as an experience to me.' The wife of Ryan Reynolds kicked off her Betty Buzz brand in 2021 with sparkling mixers. In 2023 came Betty Booze with tequila and bourbon. This comes after news that Blake has lost her friendship with Taylor Swift over her Justin Baldoni lawsuit. 'Vodka felt like the perfect next addition to our 'bar' lineup because of its subtle and popular flavor,' she added, calling the spirit 'an ideal backdrop to both of our yummy new teas.' And she suggested how fans should drink the beverages. 'I usually think of a barbecue or summer hang outside, even if it's just with one family member,' she said. 'Any time you'd have iced tea or an Arnold Palmer with alcohol is the time you'd have this,' she continued. 'At a party, dinner at home, at a restaurant, wherever is natural to you. I like seeing friends try both and swapping with each other back and forth as they drink. That's how you know they're close.' Lively then mentioned her Emily Nelson character from the Simple Favor movies. 'Emily had a fabulous wedding in Capri, which is all things lemon,' she said. 'Lemons have a sweet spot for all us Capri superfans. Though I think Emily would spike our [ready-to-drink teas] with much more vodka because ours are nice and subtle, and she is neither nice or subtle. Well sometimes she's nice. But never subtle.' 'These are the recipes I've been making for loved ones for years. But I have 4 kids now. And I'm tired. So here they are in a can. Enjoy. Responsibly…ish,' she said. Lively allegedly asked Taylor Swift to delete their text messages as part of her ongoing legal battle with actor and director Baldoni. The actress has been locked in a legal battle for months with 41-year-old filmmaker Justin after accusing him of harassment on the set of their film 'It Ends With Us', and her and Taylor's relationship became entangled in the lawsuit earlier this year. According to newly filed court documents revealed by Page Six, lawyers representing Justin and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, cite an anonymous source 'who is highly likely to have reliable information', alleging that Blake made the text deletion request to Taylor, 35 – though the exact timing of the apparent conversation was not disclosed. According to the filing, Justin's legal team further alleged Blake's lead attorney, Michael Gottlieb, had approached Taylor's law firm, Venable, to request a 'statement of support' from the pop star. The court document claims the request carried an implied threat: 'If Ms. Swift refused to do so, private text messages of a personal nature in Ms Lively's possession would be released.' Justin's lawyers said a representative for Taylor responded to the alleged threat in a written communication sent directly to Michael. 'It is those communications that the Wayfarer parties seek to obtain by way of subpoena,' the filing reads, referencing an ongoing legal battle over access to Venable's internal correspondence. The documents allege the communications 'would evidence an attempt to intimidate and coerce a percipient witness in this litigation.' Taylor has not been accused of any wrongdoing, but she has been subpoenaed as a potential witness in the case. Michael responded to the allegations by calling them 'categorically false' and 'completely untethered from reality' in a statement to Page Six, adding he 'unequivocally' denied them. Taylor's publicist also stated the Grammy winner 'was not involved' in the production of the film at the centre of the dispute between Justin and Blake, and had been 'traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history.' Blake and Taylor have been close friends since 2015. In January, Justin filed a countersuit against Blake, accusing her of defamation and extortion. In the countersuit, he alleged Blake had invoked Taylor and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, as protectors in creative disputes. 'The message could not have been clearer,' Justin's lawyers wrote in the filing. They added: 'Baldoni was not just dealing with Lively. He was also facing Lively's 'dragons,' two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him.'

Blake Lively reveals what her future plans are... after juggling Baldoni lawsuit while promoting new film

Blake Lively has another project she is talking up and it's not a movie. The blonde beauty - who is making headlines for her ugly lawsuit with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni - is promoting her hair care line this week. On Monday she talked with People about why it is so special as she avoided any comments on her scandal. The Gossip Girl alum launched her haircare brand, Blake Brown, in July 2024 to create 'clean formulas with incredible performance at a mass price point with a fragrance that I would spray on my body.' The line sells at Target. And Lively also shared what her plans are now that she has had a busy spring. 'Just some time off sounds so nice with my babies and my husband,' she said. Blake is married to Ryan Reynolds and they have four children together: daughters James, Inez and Betty, and son Olin. 'I mean it's always busy, but when the kids are in school, I miss them,' said the looker. 'I'm that parent who just genuinely really loves spending time with my kids. My husband too, we're like, "I wonder if they can miss school today so we can spend time with them." 'We just really like them. Which is important. If you have so many kids, you have to like them. Because they will drive you insane if you don't [laughs],' she said. Blake also addressed how she keeps an eye on her haircare line, her beverage lines, - Betty Buzz and Betty Booze - and her acting projects all at once. 'It's just about being really passionate. I think you have to really love them,' she shared. 'You have to be possessed by them. If you're just putting your name on something, I guess that's probably easy, but it wouldn't feel good to me. 'That's just not the person I am. Maybe if I was a different star sign that that would work, but Virgos, we can't. No, no, no. We love the details. We love the experience. 'So I think that the things that I'm involved in are things that I'm truly passionate about. I used to have a bracelet when I was a kid that said, "Do what you love, love what you do." And I think that's it, do what you love and love what you do.' She talked to People about her three new hair and body mists and how this launch was not initially in her plans. The Gossip Girl alum launched her haircare brand, Blake Brown, in July 2024 to create 'clean formulas with incredible performance at a mass price point with a fragrance that I would spray on my body' 'It was actually not something we intended to do. This was a response to our community going, "Please make fragrance." I was like, 'It's there, it's already in the product.' They were like, 'No, I want to be able to refresh after the gym or throughout the day,"' she said. 'People don't bring their leave-in with them or their dry shampoo, so they just wanted to have that hair and body mist, which I understand. I mean, I'm the person that will just spray dry shampoo in the air and walk through it just because it smells so good. You're probably not supposed to do that, but I just love the smell. And she talked the scent. 'What was important to me is that our hair fragrances layer well. I always, always, always layer my fragrance. Every single day, when I put on perfume, I layer different fragrances so that even if it's a familiar fragrance, it still has a twist on it. It's like what they call umami in food. 'I also wanted our hair products to double as also your fragrance. While different hair lines have beautiful notes and scents, they were never something that lined up with what I would buy if I went to go buy perfume. It was always two very different experiences to smell. 'I also wanted to make sure that they look special and beautiful. I wanted them to look like a retro perfume bottle. So to have an elegance to them and sort of a glamour, but also be easy to throw in your bag.' Lively shared that likes to use a lot of her product. 'I like products that are user-friendly that you can build and you can get your hands on. And I think that getting people comfortable with being able to really use a higher quantity of product, because I think that when it's something that people aren't as familiar with, people don't use mousse as much anymore. They don't use masks as much anymore,' she shared. Blake also said the secret to her full hair is mousse. 'How I get volume is mousse. I mean, it's everything to me. And I use so much mousse, I use absurd amounts. It quadruples my hair and then some,' she noted. 'So I think the biggest thing is just, yeah, I wish I could be in people's showers and in their homes because I like that we have products that aren't everything that you see on the shelf because why create a company just to create another company? If they exist out there and someone else is doing well, I have no reason to do it. 'I'm in a few different professions, and even within my professions, there's different facets of my profession. There's the creative department, there's the business part. But always listening to your community and responding is the most important thing, because it takes you on paths that you didn't always expect to go down, like this.' And she added that she does well because of the people around her. 'I have a great team of people. So the people who work with Blake Brown or people who work with Betty Buzz and Betty Booze, love it. And everybody has a feeling of pride and ownership and passion. So I think that when you find your community or you find your people who believe in a common goal or a common pursuit, that's everything,' said the movie icon. 'There's so many entrepreneurs out there across so many spaces that I look to as role models and inspiration.' Lively said there's an authenticity to all of them. 'I think that's where there's something consistent across them, it's different brands and different ages and different types, there's an authenticity, there's a passion, there's a fire,' said the New Yorker. 'And then I look at people who are just doing a lot and that's a different thing, and they're doing that really well. And sometimes I wish I was just that person who could just say, "I'm just going to put my name on it and then if it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't." And a lot of people have success that way. 'And then a lot of people have success the way where they're just living and breathing it every day. And those are the people that I tend to relate to most.'

‘Brotherly Respect' Between Chris Pratt and Ryan Reynolds Lending Support to Blake Lively's Battle

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, once the toast of Hollywood and one of the town's most influential and social couples, have found themselves iced out of most of their A-list circles and been noticeably absent from hangouts, including with Taylor Swift's squad, but a source exclusively tells Life & Style the pair are still tight with fellow power couple Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger and are spending more and more time with them as they continue their toxic battle with Justin Baldoni in court. "As humble as Chris and Kat tend to be publicly, Chris loves being part of a power couple and an extended member of American royalty as a member of the Kennedy clan," an insider that has known the couple for years says. "They gravitate toward other couples who are similarly connected. Ryan and Blake are temperamentally a great match for the Pratts, and Ryan and Chris have a genuine friendship that goes back about ten years now." Both Ryan, 48, and Chris, 45, found their starts as mega-famous superhero actors playing action-comedy roles earlier in their careers and made their names on the gravitas of their on-screen charisma. Their wives are finding common ground, too. Katherine, 35, has made a name for herself as an author and lifestyle guru, recently releasing a line of "mommy and me" styles, Cleobella x Katherine Schwarzenegger, while Blake, 36, runs her own beverage company, Betty Buzz, and has long prioritized raising her four children out of the public eye. Like Chris and Kat, Ryan and Blake tend to keep their home life as private and drama-free as possible, which has become even more important as the legal drama surrounding Blake's film It Ends With Uscontinues to make headlines. "Yes, it's a very strange time for Ryan and Blake right now as their It Ends With Us legal drama drags on and on," the insider admits, referring to the ongoing legal battle between the Gossip Girl alum and the film's director, Justin, 41. After fans noticed obvious tension between Justin and Blake while on press tour for It Ends With Us, rumors began to surface of some sort of a rift between them that hurt production and promotion for the film. She accused the director of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her, with her lawyers claiming Justin "embarked on a sophisticated press and digital plan in retaliation" after she brought up concerns that she and other cast and crew had "experienced invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional and sexually inappropriate behavior." Justin denied the allegations and hit back with his own $400 million countersuit in response to what he insists are false accusations by the Gossip Girl alum, but the source notes Chris and Katherine are standing by Blake and her Deadpool star hubby 100 percent. "Chris and Kat are confident Blake and Ryan will make it through that okay." With all four stars juggling their demanding schedules, impressive brand empires and upcoming projects, the new friendship seems to be rooted more in stability, support and shared life experiences than partying. "Chris sees how much Ryan has sacrificed to get where he is," the source explains. "And Chris has already had to make a lot of those same sacrifices himself. That's where their brotherly respect comes from." Copyright 2025 A360 Media. All rights reserved.
