Beyoncé 'giving away free tickets' to Cowboy Carter tour after defying critics
Beyoncé is reportedly giving away tickets to her star-studded gigs in London as critics claim the singer's Cowboy Carter tour is 'flawless' and 'show-stopping' Cowboy Carter star, Beyoncé, is giving away free tickets for her tour to those who are struggling financially, according to reports. The Destiny's Child star has silenced the critics claiming she had 'hundreds of unsold seats' in the the capital as she wowed crowds with her shows last week, which fans have branded 'flawless' and 'show-stopping'. Tickets for the shows, which take place in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, are not cheap, with many of the BeyHive shelling out more than £100 to catch a glimpse of the Dangerously In Love star. However, Beyoncé, 43 is now reportedly giving away free tickets to several low-income families in the capital, who have been offered the chance to see the show by food banks. The Sun reports that the community services, which provide free food and essential items to individuals and families in need, could be offering families a surprise chance to see the star in action after the ticket cost outpriced many from being able to attend the glittering gigs. Beyoncés fans were shocked at the cost when tickets went on sale in February. The tour had the highest top-priced ticket of any artist performing in the UK this year, at £950. Promoters then slashed prices in the build-up, leaving thousands angry over the fortune they spent. In the fan presale, certain tickets were priced at £620, but have since been available for £141.60. However, according to critics, the shows are well worth seeing as they hailed the singer's performance as 'exceptional'. Beyoncé took London by storm with the launch of her Cowboy Carter tour last week. The seasoned star kicked off the series of six electrifying performances at the north of the city - and the reviews are in. Following her first show on Thursday (June 5), critics have showered the superstar with praise, with The Mirror awarding the Single Ladies singer a dazzling five stars, hailing her as being in 'top form.' Our reviewer wrote: 'From flawless vocals and choreography and a seamless blend of bold stunts and spectacular visuals. In one section, the Texas native climbs on top of a gold-plated bucking mechanical bull as she gyrates and gets thrown from side to side without missing a note." Meanwhile, Wales Online lauded the show for its 'intense dance routines, emotional moments, nine quick changes and a flying car,' adding: 'Beyonce's Cowboy Carter is likely the most complete performance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this season." However, not all feedback was glowing as some suggested Beyoncé leaned too heavily on her stage production. One ticketholder said: "Ultimately it's left to a few show-stopping stadium gimmicks to make the evening: Bey flying over the crowd on a neon horseshoe on a thumping Jolene, or in a classic American car for 16 Carriages." Beyoncé is performing in London for four more shows, including tonight, 12, 14, and 16 June.

Beyoncé Recreates Her Famous "Crazy in Love" Outfit on Tour
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. On Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour, every show is like fashion week for the Beyhive. With each new performance, the pop star debuts a series of fresh concert 'fits all in-line with the album's Americana themes. Thus far, Queen Bey has embraced traditional Western motifs. Her tour wardrobe has consisted of bandana prints, star spangled banners, assless chaps, and blue jeans in varying degrees of spice. The Chicago leg of her global tour stayed true to this aesthetic. Beyoncé performed in a range of outfits incorporating gold lamé, XL rodeo buckles, leather chaps, and a bejeweled varsity jacket, before changing into a sparkly tank top and denim short-shorts from Sami Miró. Styled by Shiona Turini, the look featured a crystal-encrusted bodice with dual-layered Daisy Dukes (or, as they'll henceforth be known, Beyoncés) embellished with royal blue jewels. Finishing touches included slouchy over-the-knee denim boots and a pair of dazzling pavé David Koma earrings that could undoubtedly be seen all the way in the nosebleed section. View Deal The cheeky 'fit was the least theatrical of the bunch, to be sure. But for members of the Bey Hive, it was certainly the most meaningful. Beyoncé's look paid tribute to one of her most famous songs to date, the 2003 hit "Crazy in Love." In the accompanying music video, a straight-haired Beyoncè can be seen sporting a very similar look to the one she wore just this week. Then, she wore a silvery tank top and low-rise denim shorts styled with a delicate gold body chain. The modern-day version was nearly identical, albeit yassified. Beyoncé's tour looks thus far have been designed by a range of luxury designers, from Burberry and Loewe to Roberto Cavalli. But it's her down-to-earth look from 2003 that was a momentous piece of history worth repeating.
