EXCLUSIVE Taylor Swift's restraining order against alleged stalker extended as HUNDREDS of emails sent to singer are revealed
Taylor Swift has been granted an extension of her restraining order against the ex-con alleged stalker who falsely claimed she is the mother to his child. The temporary restraining order, which was issued on June 9 by a Los Angeles judge, has been extended until July 21, can exclusively reveal. A hearing was scheduled for June 30, but was then rescheduled to July 21, hence why the temporary restraining order has been extended. On June 25, Swift filed a request to reschedule the court hearing from Monday to a new date since the docs stated that she needed 'more time to have the restrained party personally served.' The TRO was issued against alleged stalker Brian Jason Wagner, 45, from Henderson, Colorado. Swift alleged that the ex-convict keeps showing up to her house uninvited and claiming that she is the mother to his child. She also said, per past court docs, that he changed his address on his driver's license to her residence in Los Angeles. She also claimed he has allegedly harassed her for years beginning when he was incarcerated. On June 27, a massive supplemental document was filed in Los Angeles - a supplemental declaration of Alex Welch, a staff member on Swift's security team, who initially provided a declaration to help the court grant the TRO. In the document, there are hundreds of pages of emails, scenic photos and text messages to 'Taylor Swift Fan Club' from 2023 to present that were compiled by Swift's staff and personnel to be included in the supplemental material. Although the majority is redacted, Welch wrote, 'If the Court requires an unredacted version of any document in order to rule on the permanent restraining order, Ms. Swift's counsel will provide the documents for in camera review.' In one email from March 30, 2025, Wagner begged to talk to Taylor about his job. He emailed: 'I really need to talk to Taylor regarding my job. Please have her contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for everything. God Bless, Jason B Wagner.' One very long email from Wagner sent on February 26, 2025 starts off with: 'Good morning again this email is strictly for my wife Taylor Alison Swift either reproduction or use of this email is not legal it is solely for her to read only and for those who need to know.' Wagner continues: 'I don't want anybody having credit for my story I wrote them but I gave Taylor Alison Swift exclusive permission to do whatever if she's my Wifey but I don't think it's a good idea to keep me broken out on the street right now guys so I need you to step up to the plate here in My Wifey.' In another email from February 2, 2025, Wagner says that he couldn't make it to the Grammys and requested that her team pass along his email. In the supplemental document filed June 27, there are hundreds of pages of emails and scenic photos from 2023 to present from Jason Brian Wagner to Taylor's team 'Please let Taylor know that I'm proud of her and I'm watching even if it's only on television I really wanted to go I still don't give up and I realize she owes me nothing she's just been the only person that's ever been there for me throughout all of this and again I'm sorry that my phone was hacked. '...I just wanted to make sure that Taylor knows that I didn't do anything to hurt her and I'm sorry and I stand beside her I love her and I respect her and she's my hero and so are you.' Another email back in January was sent around the Golden Globes, with Wagner asking if he can go with her to the award ceremony because, 'I've been really worried about her... I'm her left hand man.' A day later, he wrote, 'So yeah been trying to save my life my son's future and my relationship in any capacity with Taylor. Also you all. So please know my phones and identity were stolen and used by them for years I've told her this. You guys are all I have and trust especially hear. So I'm at the golden globes can you all get me please or tell her I came to support her. Jason Brian Wagner number one fan.' Another email, which had the date redacted, read: 'Hi Beautiful so as you all know this all started going bad before I was held hostage as a slave and it was because my foster family found something in the is a hard copy of my story that I hand wrote and then I have the other on Facebook that's original as well as a email saved one that's original which was also sent to Vatican City...I work for the church I'm ordained I love you.' On page 396 of the supplemental document, there are photos that were sent by Wagner - one of a purple heart sticker in his hand and another of a bouquet of different colored flowers. The hundreds of emails are only a glimpse of the alleged stalking and harassing that has been going on behind the scenes. In documents filed last month, Taylor explained to the court that she was told that Wagner had been sending her lengthy communications from his time in prison as she claims that they were full of mostly fabricated stories about his involvement in her personal life. Wagner's emails included long-winded messages to Taylor and her team where he praised her for being his 'wifey' and wrote stories about his past troubles Perhaps the most alarming bit is that Taylor alleged that Wagner had used concerning and threatening language in the communications and even attempted to divert mail away from her LA residence. According to TMZ, who initially reported the restraining order filing, she claimed he 'even lied to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to somehow change the address on his driver's license to my Los Angeles home.' The megastar also claimed that Wagner had previously gone to her home at least three times in July 2024, including one supposed visit where he allegedly carried a glass bottle 'that could have been used as a weapon.' Taylor claimed that she had never met or communicated with Wagner and asked via the court order for Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her workplace, and car. The A-lister has dealt with numerous stalkers in the past including one who sent twisted letters threatening to kill her.

Taylor Swift Files Restraining Order Against a Man After Fearing For Safety
Taylor Swift took legal action against an alleged stalker, getting a restraining order after living in 'fear' of possible danger. On June 6, the pop singer filed for a temporary restraining order against a man who repeatedly visited her home over the year and insisted they share a personal connection. The Los Angeles Superior Court granted Swift the protective order on Monday. USA Today reviewed the court documents, which revealed the individual to be Brian Jason Wagner from Colorado. In the filings, she also raised concerns about her safety. USA Today shared key details from Taylor Swift's restraining order filing against her alleged stalker. Reportedly, the individual in question, Brian Jason Wagner, visited her house several times over a year, with the first instance dating back to July 9, 2024. He then returned twice that same month. More recently, Wagner made two consecutive appearances on May 21 and May 22, and asked to see Swift 'personally' after 'stating that he was there checking on a friend (again, this is entirely untrue).' In her petition to the court, the Grammy winner revealed that she had been living in 'a fear of imminent harm.' She alleged that Wagner repeatedly visited her house and engaged in 'concerning and threatening' conversations with her staff, prompting her to file for the protective order. Swift further mentioned that she has never 'publicly' revealed the location of her Los Angeles home or address. Therefore, Wagner's repeated visits, refusal to leave, and claims of needing access make her 'fear for my safety and the safety of my family.' Taylor Swift's alleged stalker also made false claims about sharing a personal relationship and a son with her. Moreover, the restraining order filings stated that Wagner made disturbing statements during his visits. These falsified comments included claims about 'living' at her LA property, sharing a 'relationship' with her, and 'believing' she was his son's mother. Swift called these 'untrue and disconnected from reality.' Her claims also mentioned the staff receiving hundreds of emails from him. Swift's restraining order ensures her safety and prohibits Wagner from 'harassing, stalking, assaulting, or disturbing' her. Additionally, it prevents him from communicating or coming within 100 yards of the pop star, her home, her vehicle, and her workplace. The order will remain effective through the court hearing on June 30. Originally reported by Nikita Mahato on Reality Tea. Taylor Swift granted restraining order against alleged stalker
Taylor Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker who reportedly visited her home and claimed he shared a child with her. Brian Jason Wagner, 45, from Colorado, allegedly travelled to Swift's home in Los Angeles numerous times, beginning in July 2024 and continuing to May. Swift said in a court filing that during each of these visits, 'I am informed that Mr Wagner made various statements about living at my property (not true), being in a relationship with me (not true), believing I am the mother of his son (not true), and needing to see me in person, all of which are untrue and disconnected from reality'. On one occasion he is alleged to have held a glass bottle which, Swift said, 'could have been used as a weapon'. Swift said the visits made her 'fear for my safety and the safety of my family'. Wagner must stay at least 100 yards away from Swift. A more permanent order will potentially be put in place after a hearing on 30 June. Swift has faced numerous stalkers over the years. In 2017, 29-year-old Mohammed Jaffar was sent to a psychiatric facility in New York after he made dozens of calls to Swift's management company and then entered her Tribeca apartment building. In 2018, Roger Alvarado broke into Swift's home, used her shower and slept in her bed – he was jailed for nine months, then sentenced to a longer term after another break-in. The same year Julius Sandrock was arrested after travelling more than 1,000 miles to Swift's home with ammunition, a knife, rope and gloves found in his car. Six other people were convicted of stalking Swift in the following years, including an incident in 2020 in which a man crashed his car into her apartment building and attempted to gain entry. Last week, Swift announced that she had bought back the master recordings of her first six albums. In 2019, those masters had been sold by her first record label Big Machine to music manager Scooter Braun, who had in turn sold them to a private equity firm. Swift retaliated with a project to re-record the albums, generating huge sales with each release. Terms of the new deal are undisclosed. Announcing it, Swift said: 'All I've ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard enough to be able to one day purchase my music outright with no strings attached, no partnership, with full autonomy.'
