What did Andrew Tate do? Influencer accused of choking, sexual assault by alt-right YouTuber Lauren Southern

(Image via @cobratate & @Lauren_Southern/X) Andrew Tate is back in the headlines, this time, not for his usual controversies, but for a deeply serious accusation. Former alt-right figure and political commentator Lauren Southern has accused the internet personality of sexual assault in a newly released chapter from her upcoming book. The revelation has sent shockwaves through social media and reignited scrutiny around Tate's ongoing legal issues. Lauren Southern accuses Andrew Tate of sexual assault in latest book chapter On July 15, 2025, Lauren Southern shared an emotional and detailed account of her alleged experience with Andrew Tate. The disclosure came via her Substack post, where she published free chapters from her upcoming memoir This Is Not Real Life . In Chapter 11, titled Confessions , Southern recounted a disturbing night where, according to her, Tate carried her back to a hotel room while she was heavily intoxicated. — Awk20000 (@Awk20000) She alleged that what began as an unwanted kiss escalated into repeated instances of strangulation and sexual assault, despite her clearly saying 'no' multiple times. 'I tried to fight back. He repeatedly strangled me every time I regained enough consciousness to pull at his arms,' Southern wrote. 'You better not tell the press,' Southern claims Tate warned The chapter doesn't just recount what allegedly happened that night; it also describes the moments that followed. Southern claims that Tate warned her not to speak to the media. As she describes it, while hastily packing her bags to leave the hotel room, the former kickboxer allegedly said she 'better not tell the press' about what had occurred. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Never Put Eggs In The Refrigerator. Here's Why... Car Novels Undo Southern responded by reminding him of her public stance against feminism, a stance she now views as having helped suppress her own trauma for years. Southern says she was in denial until more evidence surfaced Though the incident described took place years ago, Southern says she kept silent for a long time. In her Substack post, she admits to having initially denied to herself that anything was wrong, in part, because of her ideological alignment and personal image at the time. Over time, however, that denial began to break. As more media coverage and court records surfaced about Tate's alleged involvement in grooming and sex trafficking, Southern says her "comfortable state of denial" became impossible to maintain. 'At least when I met him, I had no idea,' she wrote, referring to the multiple allegations and charges currently levied against Tate. Neither Andrew Tate nor his legal team has responded publicly to the allegations at the time of writing. Catch Rani Rampal's inspiring story on Game On, Episode 4. Watch Here!

Why ‘Royal Family' is trending after Prince Harry's interview after the legal battle

03:07 Whether one likes it or not – a royal family feud never goes out of the trend! The past few days have borne testament to that same old truth. As it's been (in)famously claimed, the relationship between the Royals and the media has always been a two-way street. The late People's Princess Diana, who was certainly a target of media scrutiny and exploitation, also allegedly and frequently used the media to her own advantage, particularly after her divorce. She recognized the power of media and sought to control its narrative, sometimes to her own benefit. The discussion over how much of the responsibility the media had in her story – in life and beyond so – has been part of her legacy now. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Jesus' Tomb Is Opened And Scientists Find Something Unbelievable Car Novels Undo Prince Harry, who quite boisterously is his 'mother's son', seems to be on the same path. Although the 'Spare' Prince of the royal family lost the legal battles a few days back, he hasn't withdrawn without making some noteworthy ripples post defeat. What happened? Prince Harry recently lost a legal challenge over the levels of security he and his family are entitled to while in the UK. The Duke of Sussex had been seeking to overturn a decision that had downgraded his security after he stopped being a working royal and moved to the US with the Duchess of Sussex. After the legal loss, the second son of the British royal family appeared for an interview with the BBC after losing his latest legal challenge against the government over his security - a decision which he says has left him vulnerable to threats on his life. From prospects of him returning to the UK with his kids to his relationship with his family and an ailing father, King Charles – the Duke of Sussex, as it seemed, bared his heart out in that explosive 'tell-all' interview. The keynotes: Prince Harry, along with his wife, Meghan Markle , stepped down as senior royals in January 2020 (Re: 'Megxit'), and relocated to Montecito, California. His relationship with the royal family has been strained ever since, and he confirmed in the interview that King Charles wasn't speaking to him because of the court battle. However, Harry had an emotional plea as well, where he pondered over the idea of 'reconciliation', and said, "I don't know how much longer my father has - he won't speak to me because of this security stuff but it would be nice to reconcile." He added, 'There's no point continuing to fight anymore, life is precious.' At the same breath, Harry mentioned, "Some members of my family will never forgive me" for writing his memoir Spare, and went on to say, "It would be nice to have that reconciliation part now. If they don't want that, that's entirely up to them," which adds fire the flame of the already ongoing rumor that Prince William might be considering stripping Prince Harry and Meghan of their HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) titles when he ascends the throne. Prince Harry also pointed out how the 'lack of security' affected him, saying, 'I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point,' adding a solemn lament, 'I love my country, I always have done… I miss the UK, I miss parts of the UK, of course I do - and I think that it's really quite sad that I won't be able to show my children my homeland." What did the palace say? Prince Harry did not hold much back in his latest BBC interview and went on to claim that some people involved 'want history to repeat itself.' He even reiterated his belief that the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures committee, known as Ravec, downgraded his security overnight in 2020, without due process, under the influence of members of the Royal Household. Although he refused to name names, he added, 'I know all the names of the people who were involved in this process.' Now, after Harry's shocking claims on camera, Buckingham Palace, in a surprising move, issued a statement, via a spokesperson, who said, 'All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion.' But Prince Harry didn't stop there. Citing national security, he even called on Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper to investigate Ravec and potentially make changes to how the committee operates. While he didn't call for any specific action, Prince Harry suggested that they look into why the Royal Household even has representatives on the committee to begin with. The 'resounding' aftermath: Once all this chatter was done with, the loudest reaction came from the expected place – from Meghan Markle. Just one day after the legal loss over reinstating their security, the Duchess of Sussex posted a photo on Instagram of Harry, with their son Prince Archie, 5, and their daughter Princess Lilibet, 3, in what seemed to be a statement of solidarity. The captionless black-and-white image showed Prince Harry with his back toward the camera as he walked hand-in-hand with Archie, while Lilibet is sitting on his shoulders in what appeared to be the garden of the family's Montecito home. Although the second son of the royal family has held nothing back while issuing a subtle warning, saying, 'if anything was to happen to me, my wife, or my father's grandchildren. If anything was to happen to them, look where the responsibility lies," the 'Suits' alum has not yet commented on any of the events. However, her post on social media has spoken volumes, feeding into the current internet frenzy. Buckingham Palace Breaks Silence After Prince Harry's Explosive Interview

Skip the doctor: Kangana Ranaut's natural summer cold remedy is a game-changer

Blasting the air conditioner during sweltering summer afternoons might feel like the only way to survive the heat, but constant transitions between cool, controlled indoor air and outdoor warmth often end up triggering a troublesome cold. #Pahalgam Terrorist Attack India strikes hard! New Delhi bans all imports from Pakistan How Pakistan is preparing for the worst as India weighs response If India attacks Pakistan, China & B'desh should seize 7 NE states, says Yunus' aide This cycle of sudden temperature shifts can easily lead to sniffles and congestion that linger for days. However, actress and Member of Parliament Kangana Ranaut recently shared a natural remedy that she believes helps stop a cold before it takes hold. During a candid chat with Mamaraazzi, the Fashion star opened up about a traditional drink she personally relies on to ward off early symptoms of a cold. Her go-to recipe involves combining Indian gooseberry (amla), turmeric (haldi), fresh ginger, and a pinch of black pepper in water. The mixture is then brought to a gentle boil. Once strained, it's ready to be sipped. 'If you feel like a cold is on its way, this preparation can completely stop it in its tracks,' Kangana remarked confidently. Here's Why... Car Novels Undo Speaking to The Indian Express, holistic health practitioner Anadi Sharma backed her claims by highlighting the immunity-boosting qualities of this blend. According to Sharma, amla is loaded with vitamin C, a key nutrient for strengthening the body's natural defense system. Turmeric, known for its healing properties, fights internal inflammation. He explained that black pepper enhances the body's ability to absorb curcumin—the active compound in turmeric—and also helps relieve nasal congestion while supporting gut health and digestion. Sharma also noted that adding a pinch of salt to the mixture helps maintain the body's electrolyte levels, especially important during summer. Beyond its illness-fighting potential, he said this tonic gently detoxifies the body, promotes internal cooling, and even contributes to clearer skin and stronger hair over consistent use. Supporting these views, Dr. Prashant Saxena, senior director and Head of Pulmonology at Fortis Hospital in Delhi, told Indian Express that the ingredients used in Kangana's blend are rooted in ancient Indian healing practices and are now drawing scientific interest. In his view, inflammation is a major contributor to colds, and both turmeric and black pepper possess properties that help minimize such inflammation, especially in the respiratory system. He emphasized that these herbs are rich in antioxidants, which fight oxidative damage and support overall immunity. Wondering how to make this remedy a part of your routine? Sharma recommends consuming the drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or mid-morning when you're not too full. For added taste and benefit, you can include a few holy basil (tulsi) leaves while boiling or stir in some honey once the liquid cools down a bit. Preparing a batch for a couple of days and storing it in the refrigerator is convenient—just reheat gently when needed. However, he advises against consuming it directly before or after tea, coffee, or milk. Wait at least half an hour to ensure optimal absorption. Ideally, this drink can be taken three to four times a week, but if it suits your system, it can easily become part of your daily wellness routine.
