Head coach Eli Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers football program have added another playmaker for the Class of 2026. Advertisement Devyon Hill-Lomax, a three-star wide receiver from Edwardsville, Illinois, will be taking his talents to Columbia, Mo. next fall, according to a post from Hayes Fawcett. "Ready to be a part of the M I Z family." Hill-Lomax told Fawcett. Ranked as the 20th best player in the state of Illinois, the 6-foot-5, 200-pound wideout chose Mizzou over Cincinnati, Iowa State, Purdue, Kentucky, and Illinois. Hill-Lomax is the second player from Illinois to commit to the Tigers this week, joining three-star running back Maxwell Warner out of Chicago. As a junior last season, HIll-Lomax led Edwardsville H.S. with 18 receptions for 341 yards and four touchdowns, while averaging 18.9 yards per catch across nine games. He's also the seventh overall player to pledge to the Tigers, led by quarterback Gavin Sidwar out of Wyndmoor, PA, who was the first to commit. Advertisement Sidwar and Hill-Lomax were among 11 prospects on official visits to Mizzou the weekend of June 20-22. Among those, Sidwar, Hill-Lomax, and offensive lineman Khalief Canty have committed to the Tigers. Heralded four-star defensive lineman Danny Beale, who was among the visitors last weekend in Columbia, chose Oklahoma State over the Tigers on Wednesday. Per 247Sports, Mizzou's 2026 recruiting class currently ranks 15th in the SEC, ahead of only Auburn. Auburn flips 4-star QB Peyton Falzone from Penn State
June 26 - Auburn, a late entry into the recruitment of four-star quarterback Peyton Falzone, got the recruit to flip from Penn State to the Tigers on Thursday. Falzone announced on social media and told recruiting websites that he is committing to Auburn, after decommitting from Virginia Tech in November 2024 and then, in April, choosing Penn State in his home state. The Nazareth (Pa.) Academy High School rising senior had posted on June 2 on social media that he received an offer from Auburn. He has not made an official or unofficial visit to the campus. "Auburn is a place full of tradition," Falzone said in an interview with 247Sports. "My family and I have spent a lot of time discussing the school and its blend of elite football and high-level academics. It has it all. I'm blessed to be able to play at a school with a strong tradition of faith and family running throughout the university and the community. All of that is very important to us. I can't wait to be there. War Eagle." Falzone is ranked the No. 246 prospect in the nation, No. 18 quarterback and No. 6 player in Pennsylvania for the Class of 2026, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Listed at 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, Falzone threw for 2,135 yards, 23 touchdowns and four interceptions, and rushed 78 times for 697 yards and eight TDs in 2024. As a sophomore in the 2023 season, Falzone passed for 2,528 yards with 19 TDs and four interceptions and rushed for 440 yards and 11 TDs. 2026 four-star CB Hakim Satterwhite stays home, commits to Maryland
Nick Lucero/ Class of 2026 four-star cornerback Hakim Satterwhite will stay in the DMV area to play his college football, as he committed to Maryland on Sunday. He is coming off of an official visit with the Terrapins this weekend (June 20 through June 22). Satterwhite transferred to Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore for his senior season, after previously playing at St. John's College High School in Washington, D.C. Advertisement Back in February, Satterwhite released a top-10 of Maryland, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Michigan, Miami (FL.), Missouri, Notre Dame, Penn State, Syracuse and West Virginia. As his recruitment progressed, however, the Terps ultimately won out for Satterwhite. At Maryland, Satterwhite will play under head coach Mike Locksley, defensive/coordinator/outside linebackers coach Ted Monachino, co-defensive coordinator/associate head coach for defense/cornerbacks Aazaar Abdul-Rahim and the rest of the staff. The 6-foot-2, 183-pound Satterwhite ranks as the No. 7 prospect in the state of Maryland and the No. 34 cornerback in the 2026 cycle. Advertisement In addition to the schools mentioned above, Satterwhite received scholarships Auburn, Boston College, Connecticut, Duke, Florida State, Indiana, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCF, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin and others. He collected 30 scholarship offers in total. Traits that stand out in Satterwhite's game include his size, physicality, ball skills, ability to blitz from the corner and willingness to come up in run support. Satterwhite joins several of his Saint Frances teammates in Maryland's 2026 class, as five-star EDGE Zion Elee, three-star cornerback Khmari Bing and three-star tight end Damon Hall Jr. are all currently pledged to the Terrapins. 4-star WR Marquez Daniel commits to Florida on official visit
June 14 - Marquez Daniel, a four-star receiver who had offers from schools throughout the Southeastern Conference, committed to Florida's Class of 2026 on Saturday. Daniel plays at Booker T. Washington High School in Tuskegee, Ala. He took an official visit with the Gators on Friday, and officially visited Auburn last week. "What makes Florida stand out to me are the coaching staff," Daniel told On3. "Coach (Billy) Napier is really a great coach. Told me from day one that I will be a great student-athlete and he believed in me." Daniel is the No. 25 wide receiver in the nation, as ranked by the 247Sports composite. The 6-foot-5, 200-pound Daniel gives the Gators nine players committed to the 2026 class, with Daniel holding the highest ranking among them. 4-star WR Messiah Hampton commits to Oregon
June 14 - Four-star wide receiver Messiah Hampton committed to Oregon's Class of 2026. Hampton got to know the Ducks' receiver coach, Ross Douglas, when the coach worked at Syracuse. Douglas recruited Hampton, who plays at James Monroe High School in Rochester, N.Y., at the time. And when Douglas moved on to Oregon in February, so did his interest in Hampton, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound wideout. Hampton on Friday chose Oregon from among the list of finalists he announced in May, which also included Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia and Miami, as well as Syracuse. He took official visits to Syracuse and Miami over the past few weeks. Hampton told 247Sports recently that his choice of school would be based on where he could see the most development and where he envisioned himself best fitting into an offensive scheme. Hampton had 56 catches for 869 yards and eight touchdowns in the 2025 season.
