Roma interested in Claudio Echeverri
Roma have reportedly added a new name to their transfer shortlist. The Giallorossi are on the look-out for a new winger to add to Gian Piero Gasperini's disposal. According to La Repubblica, Claudio Echeverri of Manchester City is the latest player linked with the club. Despite growing interest, no concrete offers have yet been made for the youngster, but Roma appear to want to monitor the situation closely.

In something of a surprise, the winners of this match will take on Brazilian side Fluminense in the last eight in Orlando. Fluminense upset Inter Milan earlier on Monday evening in Charlotte, beating the Italians 2-0. City are tied with Juventus on six points but sit second in the group. The runner-up plays the winner of Group H in the round of 16, which is currently Real Madrid.
