Dibba Al Hisn Club is set to launch 'Our Holiday is different'
The meeting, chaired by Ahmed Abdullah Al Qasib Al Naqbi, was attended by several heads and members of committees, as well as the club's administrative and technical staff. The meeting aimed to finalise the programme plan and ensure its launch meets aspirations and meets the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence. The programme will officially launch on June 30, 2025, and will continue until July 31, 2025. During this period, the club will transform into a vibrant and creative summer incubator, providing participants with the opportunity to discover their potential and harness it in meaningful ways. Investing in human capital The programme is part of SSC efforts to empower clubs to fulfil their educational and societal roles alongside their sporting role. It also embodies the Emirate of Sharjah's vision of investing in human capital and creating a confident, creative generation that participates in the nation's progress. The meeting was attended by Mohammed Ali Mohammed Ali Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee; Abdullah Saeed Al Watari Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Individual Games Committee; and Mohammed Rashid Rushoud, a member of the Cultural Committee, along with several members of the club's executive, administrative, and technical committees. The meeting saw in-depth discussions on the comprehensive preparations for the summer programme, starting with organisational aspects, moving on to operational plans and task allocation, and ending with the various programs and activities that will be implemented during the program. This meeting confirms the club's management's commitment to advance planning and integration across various work units, enhancing the quality of outcomes. It also reflects the club's commitment to the strategic vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah to build human capital, develop society, and maximise the benefits of the summer vacation for the region's residents. A set of activities During the meeting, the general programme for "Our Holiday is Different" was reviewed. It includes a balanced mix of sports, cultural, and social activities, along with specialised workshops, field trips, and field visits. These activities aim to enhance community interaction and develop national values and individual skills among participants. Weekly evaluation mechanisms and performance indicators were also discussed, ensuring the programme's educational objectives are met. The Dibba Al Hisn Club management indicated that this year's edition of the summer programme will be distinguished by its diverse activities and inclusiveness for various age groups. Activities will be dedicated to children and youth, along with programmes for girls and young adults. This will focus on creating a safe and stimulating environment under the supervision of qualified personnel, contributing to skill development, character building, and fostering a sense of initiative and belonging.

The "Sharjah Sports Summer" programme is one of the most prominent summer initiatives implemented by the Emirate of Sharjah clubs, with the support and sponsorship of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC). It targets age groups of children and youth through integrated recreational, training, and educational activities, contributing to enhancing quality of life and reflecting the emirate's vision of human development. 5-Week Programme The club is preparing to organise a distinctive summer programme spanning five consecutive weeks, starting in early July. Each week will include a different theme that reflects the club's comprehensive vision for youth development, according to a carefully considered sequence. The programme begins with the first week under the theme "I am Creative," followed by the second week, "Here is Sharjah," the third week, "I am the Community," the fourth week, "I am an Athlete," and the fifth week, "I am the Future." Sustainable Community Development During the meeting, Ahmed Abdullah Al Ghasib Al Naqbi emphasised the importance of developing a summer programme that combines sports, cultural, and community aspects, stimulating participants' energies in a safe and inspiring educational environment. He pointed out that through this initiative, the club seeks to consolidate its position as a national incubator that contributes to honing the talents of future generations and supports sustainable community development. Members of the various committees expressed their full readiness to implement the programme according to the highest standards, translating the slogan "Our Holiday is Different" into a tangible reality, enriching participants' experiences and strengthening their connection to their national identity and the values of their community.

Dibba Al Hisn Club and Football Company organise a group Iftar
The event was attended by a distinguished number of attendees, led by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Motawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club; His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al Hisn Football Club; Mr. Mohammed Ali Mohammed Ali Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee; and Mr. Mohammed Khalifa Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of the Club. Emphasising the noble values of the holy month This initiative aims to strengthen the spirit of unity and communication among members of the club family and to emphasise the noble values of the holy month of Ramadan, which are represented by harmony, tolerance, and appreciation. The banquet was widely welcomed by attendees, who expressed their happiness with this generous gesture from the two boards of directors, appreciating the family-friendly atmosphere that characterises the club's work environment. Strengthening social relations In his speech on this occasion, Dr. Mohammed Al Motawa emphasised that organising such events contributes to strengthening social relations and the family spirit among employees, workers, and trainers. They also represent an opportunity to strengthen bonds of cooperation and brotherhood, and create a positive atmosphere within the workplace, which enhances interaction among colleagues and supports teamwork. He added that this gathering allows everyone to exchange friendly conversations outside of an official setting, helping to break down barriers and increase interpersonal bonds. Strengthening ties among club employees For his part, His Excellency Mohammed Al Tarban emphasised the importance of these meetings in strengthening ties among all club employees, noting that the club's role is not limited to sporting activities, but extends to instilling human and social values among its members. He explained that providing a positive and stimulating work environment is one of the club's priorities through these events, given their significant impact on improving performance and increasing institutional belonging. The iftar banquet concluded in an atmosphere of joy and positivity, with attendees eager to exchange Ramadan greetings and stressing the importance of continuing such initiatives that strengthen cohesion and cooperation within the Dibba Al Hisn Club family.
