More men should try Pilates, says this Sydney CEO

Dorry Kordahi is chief executive at Swanky Socks, the promotional products supplier DKM and the drink bottle brand Zip+Sip. He lives in Sydney. How did you get into Pilates and how long have you been practising it? I got into Pilates after years of weight training because I wanted a change in my workout method. I'd always known Pilates was a great workout, but when a friend suggested I try it, I brushed it off at first (like most guys do). Eventually, I gave it a go, and was hooked from the first class. That was about two years ago, and I've never looked back.
