The DXB-based airline resumed all routes to Iran including Bandar Abbas, Mashhad and Tehran on Friday July 4. flydubai had recommenced travel to St. Petersburg in Russia as of Wednesday July 2. Flights to Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria are also operating. The airline will, however, continue to monitor the situation in these countries and amend its schedule where necessary. The DXB-based airline had encouraged customers affected by the cancellations to get in touch with the flydubai contact centre in Dubai at (+971) 600 54 44 45, visit the flydubai travel shop or reach out to respective travel agents for rebooking or refund options. flydubai passengers are still advised to update their contact details by visiting the manage your booking section of the airline's website and to check the status of their flights online before travelling to the airport. Speaking on Wednesday June 25, Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai, said: 'We continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our flight schedule accordingly. Emirates to upgrade flights to 7 top destinations
Emirates has announced a range of upgrades to services travelling to seven of the world's top holiday destinations. The DXB-based airline will expand its schedules in Argentina, Brazil and Italy later this year while also layering on more retrofitted aircraft throughout its network. The world's biggest international airline will add a third daily flight to Italy's fashion capital of Milan, which will be served by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
