Holly Willoughby and husband seen at Glastonbury as she helps out festivalgoer

Glastonbury Festival attendees are in the company of former This Morning host Holly Willoughby and her husband Dan Baldwin this year, with the couple at Worthy Farm together Festivalgoers at Glastonbury are in the company of Holly Willoughby this year. The presenter and her husband Dan Baldwin have been spotted among the crowds at the festival today ahead of the first headliner performing tonight. Holly, 44, and TV producer Dan, 50, arrived at Worthy Farm in Somerset earlier. The couple, who have three children together, have joined the thousands of fans in attendance for the five day festival, which opened on Wednesday. ‌ Former This Morning host Holly was seen queuing for refreshments at Workers Charter Bar, which is located by the Pyramid Stage. One photo shows her later reaching the front of the queue for the bar alongside one of her pals. ‌ Holly, who was seen chatting to friends, appeared to be in good spirits and relaxed on site. Helping out a festivalgoer, she gave directions to someone at one point and was seen beside her husband Dan, whom she married in 2007, whilst standing by the bar in one photo taken earlier. She opted to wear a white dress and coordinated jacket for the festival today. Holly matched her brown boots with a matching hat and bag as part of her outfit. Her husband Dan instead sported a black t-shirt and dark shorts. Holly teased on Instagram this afternoon that she was at the festival. She shared a photo of herself sat at a table beside an iced bucket of wine. The post had been uploaded by rosé brand Lady A with the caption: "Glasto incoming." The former Dancing On Ice host's arrival comes ahead of the first headline act performing tonight. The 1975 will take to the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury later this evening as the debut headliner for this year's festival weekend. ‌ It was revealed by the Mirror earlier that the band - which consists of Matty Healy, Adam Hann, Ross MacDonald and George Daniel - have "pulled out all the stops". A source told us: "Everyone was so blown away that Matty, Ross, George and Adam were headlining, but it's no surprise given how loved they are universally." The source added: "They've played Glastonbury before, but this is the boys at their very best and then some. They're one of the biggest bands in the world, and their tours sell out almost instantly, but to see them on the Pyramid Stage in the headline slot, nobody could have expected this." ‌ They went on to tease that fans should "expect a few surprises" when they take to the main stage. The source said: "Everyone behind the scenes has worked so hard to pull out all the stops - fans should expect a few surprises." The 1975 - known for songs like Chocolate - are the first of this year's three Pyramid Stage headline acts. Their set on Friday night will be followed by performances by Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Dan Osborne's lavish anniversary gift for Jac Jossa after flirty texts row

Former TOWIE star, Dan Osborne, has reportedly shelled out £1,000 on an anniversary gift for his wife, Jac Jossa, after he was accused of sending flirty texts to Christine McGuinness Dan Osborne is said to have splashed out a cool £1,000 on an anniversary gift for wife, Jacqueline Jossa, after rumours of a flirty text exchange with Christine McGuinness. The dad-of-three, 32, was accused of sending saucy messages to the former Miss Liverpool during her breakup with Paddy McGuinness, but denied anything untoward went on as his pal insisted the pair were 'just friends'. Following the rumours - which are among many to have rocked Dan and Jac's relationship over the years - the former TOWIE star pulled out all the stops for the couple's eight-year anniversary this week, which the beaming EastEnders star, 32, documented on Instagram. ‌ ‌ Sharing a snap of herself in front of an enormous bouquet of flowers, while Dan reportedly spent more than £1,000-a-night on the plush Bishopsgate Suite at London 's swanky Pan Pacific Hotel - according to The Sun - Jac looked delighted. In the photo taken at the couple's home, a sign can be seen, which reads: "Daniel and Jacqueline: Teddy, Ella and Mia. When we have each other, we have everything." Jac and Dan were later spotted enjoying a slap-up tasting menu at celebrity eatery, Ivy Asia, after the Celebrity Big Brother star had a surprise bouquet delivered to their home before the night even began. Insiders say Dan's grand gestures were warmly received by Jac, who took to Instagram, sharing a slew of snaps from the happy day. A source reportedly close to the couple told The Sun: 'Dan's really trying to make it work — and Jacqueline's clearly touched by the effort. It's early days, but this could be a fresh start." ‌ In a carousel of snaps from their romantic escape, the EastEnders star showed off their swanky hotel suite, complete with views of St Paul's Cathedral. She later posted a snap of her husband, looking out onto the London skyline as the sun set as she wrote: "Happy eighth wedding anniversary," adding an eyes welling up emoji. There was also a bouquet of pink flowers with a bottle of bubbles among the snaps, on which Dan had written a note, which read: "Cheers to you beauty!" ‌ It comes after the couple, who share daughters, Mia and Ella, were hit with a number of allegations about their marriage after announcing in March they were spending time apart before giving things another go on a "make or break" holiday to Mexico with their kids. After announcing they had decided to spend time apart earlier this year, Jac and Dan seemed like they were not ready to give each up just yet as they jetted off to central America. Speaking to the Mirror, a source said the pair were "trying to fall back in love with each other again." However, Dan was then accused of sending flirty texts to Christine, however his pal claimed the dad-of-three would "hate for there to be any suggestion of impropriety", adding '"a man and woman can be mates".

Fitness coach shares 7 smart eating hacks that prevent overeating and help support weight loss

When it comes to weight loss, watching what you eat is just as important as your workouts, if not more. It's not just about eating less, but eating smart. Progress often stalls when you don't eat smart. One of the key impediments to healthy eating is overeating. But it can be overcome with the right strategies that help you. From cutting back on reckless habits like drinking alcohol to reducing late-night cravings with simple strategies, it's all about making small, sustainable changes. Clean eating for weight loss is not about eating less but eating right.(Shutterstock) Fitness coach Dan Go, who regularly shares fitness tricks and hacks on his Instagram, posted a video on June 18, breaking down 7 simple eating hacks that can help facilitate fat loss, reduce cravings, and make healthy eating feel a lot more doable. Here are the seven eating hacks he shared: 1. Say no to alcohol Even if the post-dinner alcoholic drink may feel tempting, it's seriously sabotaging your fitness goals. From throwing metabolism off balance to poor sleep, alcohol puts your health at risk. Dan said, 'Avoid drinking alcohol, it is literally negative calories. It ruins your sleep and makes you hungrier while lowering your energy and focus for the next day. Trying to lose fat while drinking alcohol is like trying to play a video game on extreme hard mode.' Moreover, with alcohol, junk food is often paired, causing you to overeat. 2. Hara hachi bu The fitness coach shared a Japanese secret that is rooted in the concept of mindful eating. The practice involves eating only till 80% instead of completely aiming to feel full. He explained, 'There is a Japanese secret of getting lean, which is called 'hara hachi bu', which is eating only eight out of ten. So this means you are not going to be eating till you are stuffed. You are going to be checking in with yourself and making sure you are only eating to about 80% fullness. This helps to digest your food better, also helps for better energy, and it also helps you to unconsciously reduce the amount of calories going into your body.' 3. Brush immediately after dinner If the temptation of late-night cravings is strong enough to make you forget your fitness goals and stick your head inside the fridge after dinner, it turns out brushing your teeth is one of the best defences against mindless snacking. Dan said, 'If you have a problem with overeating at night, make sure you are brushing and flossing your teeth after dinner. This is one of the best ways to signal to your body and brain that you are done eating, and also, you are going to make it harder for yourself to put food in your mouth.' 4. Start the day with high high-protein meal to avoid late-night snacking Another hack for avoiding late-night snacking may lie in how you start your day. As the saying goes, what starts well ends well, and the same applies here. A good breakfast can help curb those late-night cravings. He elaborated, 'If you have a problem with snacking at night, it is probably because you didn't get enough nutrition during the day. This is why one of my best recommendations is to start your day off with a high-protein, single-ingredient, nutrient-dense meal. This will regulate satiety and also your hunger at the end of the day.' 5. Have potatoes when craving carbs While carbs are often cut back when you're on a diet, potato is one kind that has earned a pass. The fitness coach added, 'When you're trying to lean out, use potatoes as your carb source. Potatoes are high on the glycemic index, and they are one of the best cutting foods, especially if you are craving carbs.' 6. Be a high-volume eater It is presumed that when on a diet for weight loss, you eat less, but no, it's all about eating right. Dan added, 'This means volumising your foods with vegetables and fibre as much as possible. This is going to help you feel fuller after each and every meal.' 7. Drink soup or broth before meals This hack is for managing the portions, and turns out soup or broth helps in achieving portion control. Dan said, 'It's low-key to drink a soup or a broth before your meals. Research actually shows that drinking a low-calorie, nutrient-dense soup at the beginning of a meal can reduce calorie intake by as much as 20%.' Dad 'numb and helpless' as search for missing teen son continues near river

Mylo Capilla, 13, disappeared after playing with a friend - his black Carrera bike, black jacket and iPhone were found in an area where he was last spotted. The dad of missing schoolboy Mylo Capilla has said he feels "numb" and "helpless" as a large-scale hunt for his son continues. Dan Capilla was alerted to the youngster's disappearance shortly after 9pm on Thursday, June 26, after Mylo's mum raised the alarm. The 13-year-old was last seen after playing out with a friend, and his black Carrera bike, black jacket and iPhone were found in an area of the grassland where he was last spotted. ‌ Dan, 43, told Teesside Live: "I feel numb, I feel helpess," he told Teesside Live. "I've just been walking around again there searching - I just don't know what to do." ‌ The design engineer, who grew up in Stockton and attended Grangefield School, said he last saw Mylo at 4pm on Thursday when he called into his dad's Ingleby home with his pal just to say hello. Dan said: "He just called in to say hi with his friend while they were playing out. He gave me a big hug and said 'love you' and was playing with the dog. Then he left." It was five hours later that Dan got the call that Mylo, who has lived in Ingleby all of this life, was missing. He said: "I was completely shocked. I just kept, and keep, tearing up." All Saints Academy pupil Mylo had last been seen in an area known locally as The Muddies - which is in between Ramsey Gardens, in Ingleby Barwick, and the River Tees. A full-scale emergency services operation descended on Ramsey Gardens, in Ingleby Barwick, with teams from Cleveland Police, Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team, Cleveland Fire Brigade and the Water Rescue Unit. ‌ North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) paramedics also swarmed the street. Police dogs were also released onto the Muddies, the police helicopter and drones were flying above and Dan says even the RAF were called out. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Dan, who lives in Buckland Close with his finance manager partner Kat Urban, 39, said: "I didn't sleep at all last night and we were just out searching, driving around in the car, taking turns because we wanted someone in the house in case he came back. ‌ "The emergency services have been amazing, and the response from members of the public, with the amount of people searching is unbelieveable. The streets were full of people. We thank you, and appreciate you so much." Dan has been told by police that the search continued into the early hours of the morning, with a refreshed focus from 7am in daylight. "They said they'll contact me and family when there's any news," he said. Dan urged people who may have seen Mylo to get in touch with the force. He said: "Mylo is just a really loving, caring boy. He's always happy and wants to make people laugh. He would never just go missing or hide - this is completely out of character."

Pen y Fan trek in honour of speedway champion Dan Wright

Mum, dad and eleven friends, including the bearers at his funeral, walked up to the peak, which is the highest point in Wales and the whole of southern Britain. The trek raised money for Wales Air Ambulance Charity, a service close to the hearts of family members. The Air Ambulance Service gave the family a few precious hours to say their goodbyes to Dan, before he passed away in April 2023, the family explained. The walk to the summit of Pen y Fan commemorated what would have been Dan's birthday. Mum Becky said: 'Dan always wanted to walk up to the peak but never got the chance. We can't celebrate with him, so we can do this on his birthday to remember him.' Dan Wright died in April (Image: Family handout) Dad, Chris said: 'I'm happy to say we all made the hike and survived, despite the crazy weather conditions. It was 38mph winds and absolutely chucking it down with rain, but all 13 of us battled through.' The family have kept the Go Fund Me page open, which has, so far, raised nearly £1000 for the Air Ambulance Charity. You can contribute to the fund at:
