Danish comes back refreshed and ready at Sachsenring
AFTER FIM JuniorGP World Championship at the Magny-Cours Circuit in France where the race took place in wet conditions and Hakim Danish crashed out while running in 6th position, he now returns with renewed motivation and valuable experience gained from last week. 'Last weekend, I had just completed my JuniorGP race and I'm staying positive for this week. It's my first time racing at the Sachsenring Circuit, but I've prepared by studying videos and watching past races here. I hope to give my best and I appreciate your support and prayers as I take on this new circuit,' said Danish. Round 5 of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup takes place this weekend at Sachsenring, Germany. This short but technical track is famously known as The Sachsenring Rollercoaster due to its unique, undulating layout. Stretching 3.67 kilometres, the circuit features 3 right-hand corners and 10 left-handers, with the final uphill turn expected to provide an intense challenge and close racing this weekend. Danish remains at the top of the overall standings with 148 points, holding a 32-point lead over second-placed rider Brian Uriarte of Spain. SIC Racing Team Manager, Zulfahmi Khairuddin, is also on-site at Sachsenring to oversee all preparations, setup, and strategy to ensure a smooth race week.

Race two fightback keeps Hakim Danish on top
KUALA LUMPUR: Despite mixed results over the weekend, Hakim Danish Ramli remains in the driver's seat in the Red Bull Rookies (RBR) Cup title race. Hakim finished race one at Mugello a disappointing 13th on Saturday (June 21) but bounced back strong to finish second in race two yesterday (June 22). "My strategy for race one did not work out but Alhamdullilah, everything went well for me in race two," said Hakim today. "It (race two) was another tough race as there was plenty of overtaking both on the straights and in the corners. "As usual, the plan was to stay with the front group and work my way up the field. I was able to execute my strategy. "I am looking forward to my next races at Magny-Cours (July 6) for the FIM JuniorGP World Championship and Sachsenring (July 12-13)." Hakim who won his first RBR race this season at Aragon (race two) earlier this month, leads the championships on 148 points. Spaniard Brian Uriarte is second on 116 points while Indonesia's Veda Pratama is third in the championship race on 92 points. Hakim is currently fourth overall in the FIM Junior GP series on 38 points after three races. Uriarte leads the FIM Junior GP title race with 75 points. Hakim is expected to make the step up to the Moto3 World Championship next year.
