He's back -- Tyson Fury confirms comeback after 'retiring' from boxing
Tyson Fury has confirmed his sensational return to boxing after announcing his retirement earlier this year.
The Gypsy King announced his second retirement back in January after losing his second fight to Oleksandr Usyk via unanimous decision. A trilogy bout was expected before Tyson sensationally announced that he was hanging up the gloves.
However, it has now been confirmed that he'll return to the ring after Saudi boxing promoter Turki Al-Sheikh posted on Instagram that Fury will be back — and hinted that Fury-Usyk 3 will be on the cards. View this post on Instagram

'The 'Gypsy King' will be back!!!' Mr Al-Sheikh wrote on Instagram. 'I talked with him, and I have his word to have him in Riyadh Season in 2026… We have a rabbit to hunt!'
Despite Mr Al-Sheikh saying that the trilogy fight will take place in Saudi Arabia, Fury himself has said that it will occur in Wembley Stadium in April 2026.

The first fight saw Fury lose his first ever professional boxing bout via split decision against Usyk, whom he has referred to as a 'rabbit,' in May 2024, and losing again seven months later with Usyk winning by unanimous decision.
Despite fans' hopes that the Gypsy King would return to the ring to finally fight Anthony Joshua in a bout that would be the most anticipated in British boxing history, he announced his retirement in January.
'Hi everybody, I'm going to make this short and sweet,' he said in a video on Instagram. Fury announced his retirement back in January, but confirmed his comeback for next year on Thursday morning. God bless everybody, see you on the other side.'
