(Image via Mojang Studios) Mojang has just launched Chase the Skies , one of Minecraft's most exciting updates in recent memory. With vibrant visuals, mob upgrades, and some quirky game tweaks, this patch is already turning heads. But that's not all. To mark the moment, Mojang has rolled out two global Community Challenges , pushing players to work together, and the stakes come with some sweet exclusive loot. What's New in Chase the Skies? While Chase the Skies brings several gameplay enhancements like better graphics for Bedrock, a craftable saddle, and tweaks to leashes the real buzz is around three brand-new ghast variants. Happy Ghast Ghastling Dried Ghast Each one brings a unique personality to the Nether's airspace. They're floaty, fiery, and now a central part of this update's limited-time community quest. Every snowball counts toward the total. What's in it for you? Bedrock Edition : Happy Ghast Pilot Gear Java Edition : Happy Ghast Pilot Set Once the milestones are hit, players can unlock these goodies directly from the in-game Dressing Room.
