Exploring HWH Studio at Delano: A luxury boutique for yoga, pilates & wellness
Inhale calm, exhale the rest… They say movement is medicine – but not all movement is created equal, and not just for the body, but for the mind, too. If you've ever started your morning with a deep inhale, a slow exhale, and the intention to let it all go, you know exactly what I mean. Today, I experienced this in its purest form with a 1:1 Vinyasa Yoga session at HWH Studio, a luxury boutique for yoga and wellness space at Delano, Bluewaters. With its flagship in Burj Al Arab, this second luxury boutique for yoga offers something special – stillness. No distractions, no city noise. Just an open, sunlit studio by the beach, surrounded by greenery. It's the kind of place that slows you down before you even step on the mat. The experience Then, there was Adrienne – the heart of the session. Down-to-earth and passionate, she understood exactly what my body needed. Some workouts push you; others ground you. But the best ones? They do both. That's exactly how this session felt. And the real magic? That was Adrienne. She wasn't just leading a session; she was reading the body, understanding where tension lived, and guiding me to release it. Every movement was intuitive, every breath intentional. That's the thing about Yoga – it's not just about poses, flexibility, or strength. It's about connection. To your body, to your breath, to the moment, and to the person guiding you through it. And in this session, that connection was everything. Adrienne's approach is thoughtful and transformative. She tailors each session to you, blending different Vinyasa flows to awaken parts of the body we often ignore. But there's something even more unique to her style – the Adrienne Method. It's a signature blend of Vinyasa moves, crafted to open up every corner of your body. It's something you'll have to try for yourself to truly get the full experience. When I asked her why Yoga, she put it simply: Mental stillness. Physical flow. Blood circulation. Longevity. Mobility. Beyond the mat At HWH Studio, you have options to suit your needs: outdoor Pilates, private sessions, group yoga, or even a gym workout. With two studios to choose from – Delano or Burj Al Arab – there's something for everyone. And if you want to take it a step further, there's also beach yoga, because sometimes, movement feels different when you're under the sky, with the ocean in front of you. The studio A space that feels like a deep breath. Minimalist yet warm, it's designed to help you focus inward. You move, you breathe, you realign – not just physically but mentally. And then, the best part? Stepping outside to the ocean breeze, carrying that post-flow calm with you. If you want movement that resets you, breathwork that grounds you, and a space that feels like an escape – HWH Studio is where you need to be. Whether you want to stretch, strengthen, or simply breathe a little deeper, you'll walk out feeling better than when you walked in. Book a session, let go, and maybe spend some time by the beach afterward. Call it a perfect day. Your body (and mind) will thank you. HWH Studio, Bluewaters, Bluewaters Island. Adrienne Everett shares AM to PM beauty routine
Beauty by Sarah Joseph 9 seconds ago Founder of HWH Studio in Dubai, Adrienne Everett shares her morning to evening beauty routine. Talk us through your morning routine. Mornings are my little slice of zen before the world gets busy. I start with warm water and lemon—like giving my insides a refreshing wake-up call. Then, it's movement time: yoga, Pilates, or sometimes just freestyle dancing in my kitchen. My skincare is non-negotiable: a gentle cleanse with ALO's Enzyme Facial Cleanser, a few drops of 100 percent carrot oil for that natural glow, and Augustinus Bader's The Serum to feel like I'm prepping for a photoshoot. I finish with Valmont's hydrating moisturiser and sunscreen. A matcha latte is the cherry on top, and then I'm ready to conquer the day. How does your evening routine differ? Evenings are for unwinding in full luxury mode. I start with a double cleanse (because the day deserves to be properly wiped away), then go all in with Augustinus Bader's The Rich Cream for the ultimate pampering. I dab on some retinol, seal it with a little carrot oil, and if I'm feeling fancy, I'll pop on a hydrating sheet mask while sipping chamomile tea. A little Instagram scrolling or journaling rounds out my perfect wind-down. What are your go-to skincare products? Oh, it's a lineup of glow-getters! I'm obsessed with Augustinus Bader's full range—it's like skincare meets science fiction. 100 percent carrot oil is my hydration hero, and I can't go without a solid sunscreen to keep my skin happy and healthy. Are you a fan of masks? Completely. Masks are my excuse to stop everything and pamper myself. I love detoxifying clay masks when my skin needs a reset and hydrating sheet masks for that instant glow. Bonus points if they smell amazing—because skincare should feel like a mini vacation. How would you describe your approach to makeup? Effortless, simple, and all about enhancing my features. I go for a natural glow, with Chanel on my cheeks for that perfect flush, Charlotte Tilbury bronzer for subtle warmth, and LAS for perfectly groomed brows. Makeup is like the fun friend that helps you shine, but it never steals the show from healthy skin. What can always be found in your makeup bag? Oh, my essentials are always ready to roll: SPF (as my primer and protector), blush for a soft pop of color, a multitasking lip-and-cheek tint, and bronzer. I never go anywhere without a mini fragrance roller (or two) and my mini Barbara Sturm Hydrating mist for quick glow-up on the go. Which fragrances are your current favourites? Hermès, Hermès, Hermès. I have six different scents in my rotation, and I love layering them to create a signature vibe. Right now, warm, cozy notes like amber, vanilla, and sandalwood are my go-tos. It's all about smelling as good as you feel Evening fragrances are where the drama comes in. I go for deep, sultry scents like oud or patchouli and love mixing my Hermes collection for something unique. It's all about creating a mood that's confident, chic, and a little mysterious. Talk us through your hair routine. I'm a Fable & Mane devotée! Their shampoo and conditioner leave my hair soft and healthy, and their scalp oil is a game-changer. I always use a heat protectant before styling, and a lightweight serum is my secret for that final polished look. Sundays are reserved for deep-conditioning masks because my hair deserves a spa day too. What is the most unusual item in your makeup bag? A jade roller! It's not just for my face; I use it for de-puffing, quick glow-ups, and honestly, it's a fun little ritual that makes me feel extra fancy. Practical and chic—it's a win-win!
