From a Traitors winner to a former footballer, 14 famous faces will be put to the test in the new series. The stars will endure special forces training in an attempt to make it through SAS selection with the programme showing viewers the gruelling tasks it takes to get there. Here's what we know about this year's lineup and how to watch the new series. 'I'm sure the DS (directing staff) will get me irritated very quickly, but they will also know how to nurture and to reshape and probably help me along the way.' Ghouri, who was born deaf and is the series' first deaf celebrity contestant, said: 'I'm very excited to actually take on the course and just go for it, push myself and really challenge myself. 'I also want to show people that having a disability makes you no less able – we can also push ourselves, and do crazy challenges if we put our mind to it.' Media personality Loos, who is best known for being Sir David Beckham's former assistant and for claiming that he had an affair with her, will also join the special forces training along with Michaella McCollum, who made headlines in 2013 after being imprisoned in Peru for drug smuggling charges, now known as one of the 'Peru Two'. Drag artist and DJ Bimini said: 'People in the UK love to debate gender like it's a concept, not a lived experience. It gets reduced to headlines and toilet talk. I'm doing this to remind them that behind every opinion is a human being. 'The course, the SAS and the Army have got a very masculine stereotype and I've got both elements of masculine and feminine and that's my superpower. Vulnerable, raw, and stronger than ever.' Where will Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins be filmed? The celebrities will be taken to Wales where they will immerse themselves in special forces training, led by chief instructor Billy Billingham and his team of directing staff (DS) which includes Jason Fox or 'Foxy', Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver. Billingham said: 'This course is not an attendance course, the bar is set high and will not waiver. 'Every recruit is a volunteer who chose to step into our arena. Although many will start, very few will finish and even less will pass. This is not for the weak minded or faint hearted.' Traitors star Harry Clark is tipped as next King of the Jungle, as the former Army helicopter engineer sets his sights on I'm a Celeb
He scooped £95,000 after brilliantly but ruthlessly betraying his best friend in the second series of The Traitors. Now Harry Clark has his sights set on another reality TV prize – being crowned I'm A Celebrity 's King of the Jungle. The former Army helicopter engineer is being tipped to join the line-up of this year's ITV show, where he might feel at home among the venomous critters of the Australian rainforest, given that he admitted his treachery on Claudia Winkleman 's BBC programme made him something of a 'snake'. Asked if he was going to be in this year's cohort, the master of misdirection would only say: 'Who knows? I might be but I wouldn't be able to say if I was.' But the 24-year-old told The Mail on Sunday: 'I do like all the snakes and spiders and stuff – I would be really good in the jungle.' If he did go down under, he would be following in the footsteps of a long list of reality stars, including Made in Chelsea 's Georgia Toffolo and Sam Thompson and X Factor's Stacey Solomon – all of whom went on to win the show. With Clark's masterful playing of The Traitors making him a viewers' favourite, he would be a frontrunner to take the title too. Nearly 7 million people watched him land the Traitors prize in 2024, after hoodwinking Mollie Pearce into thinking they were both 'Faithfuls' about to split the prize money. The model, 23, did not do too badly from being stabbed in the back by her closest friend on the show, as it led to her own appearance on another ITV reality show, Dancing On Ice. She later forgave him for his double-crossing. In the past year, Clark has quit his Army job to become a media personality, presenting segments of the BBC's One Show and appearing in shows such as Pilgrimage. His popularity among viewers has made him attractive to brands and he makes the £31,000 he used to earn in the Army every year in two months pushing products on Instagram and TikTok. Despite his riches, Clark still lives with his mother, an NHS nurse, and his father, a baggage handler at Heathrow, and his five siblings in a council house in Slough. He paid off his parents' small debts with the Traitors' prize money and invested the remainder in a high-interest investment account. He said: 'I also took everyone, seven of us, on holiday to Portugal. My family hadn't been away since 2010. 'It was probably the first moment after the show that I patted myself on the back.'

Queensland braces for cold snap with below-average temperatures and frost
Queensland is set for a cold snap as temperatures are forecast to drop below average this week in a wintry blast. The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast a sunny and cool day across most of the state today, with patchy morning frost in the central interior and Granite Belt. However, senior forecaster Harry Clark said the public should brace for a chilly week. "So, quite a cold blast to come for most of Queensland. The only area to really escape that will be the far north, so Cairns and the peninsula," he said. "For the rest of Queensland, it'll be a proper wintry week." Mr Clark said today temperatures could be as low as 11 degrees in Brisbane, 7 degrees through the southern interior in places like Stanthorpe and about 4 degrees in the central interior. "Up the east coast, probably still in the teens [temperature-wise] for most places in central and northern Queensland, but certainly as we get to Tuesday, when that cold air mass becomes properly established, it will become pretty chilly and cold," he said. The bureau has forecast frost this morning in isolated areas around the Carnarvon Ranges and potentially the Granite Belt. Mr Clark said frost was expected to become more widespread from tomorrow onwards, across the Darling Downs, Maranoa, Warrego, and into the central-west and Central Highlands. "We're expecting those cold temperatures to really hang around and persist through southern and central Queensland, even potentially sending a little further into northern and far-northern Queensland." Mr Clark said people in the south-east could expect to feel even colder because of westerly winds accompanying the chilly weather. "Although it will be sunny, it might feel a few degrees colder than the actual temperature suggests," he said.

Climate scientists gather in Dublin to discuss agriculture
Climate scientists are attending the meeting of the Council of the Global Research Alliance for Agricultural Greenhouse Gases (GRA) which opened today, Tuesday June 3, 2025, at Dublin Castle. The GRA brings together climate scientists from across the world to enhance collaboration and progress climate research in agriculture. Ireland, through the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM), officially assumed the chair of the GRA from January 1, 2025, for a period of 18 months. This is the first time that Ireland has chaired the GRA since joining in 2009. Climate scientists Established in 2009, the GRA aims to provide a framework for voluntary action to increase international cooperation and investment in research activities for mitigating agricultural GHG and improving carbon sequestration, as well as improving the measurement of emissions in different agricultural systems. The GRA also helps scientists to gain expertise in mitigation through developing new partnerships and exchanges. A total of 68 countries and 29 partners are now members. The council meeting in Dublin sees delegates from a large number of these countries and partners in attendance. Over the course of the two-day meeting, they will consider among other things, a new Strategic Plan to 2030, as well as hearing updates from the activities of the four research groups. These groups are: livestock; croplands; paddy rice; and integrative cross cutting areas. They will also consider proposals for new flagship projects in areas such as the biological nitrification inhibition of pasture swards to reduce nitrous oxide emissions. They will additionally consider the outcomes of completed flagship projects such as the 'Feed Additives' project that has developed practical tools, protocols and guidelines for the testing and implementation of feed additives. The council meeting will be chaired by officials from DAFM. Many of the delegates will attend the 'Agriculture and Climate Change: Science into Action' conference also taking place in Dublin Castle on Thursday (June 5). They will also visit Teagasc Grange Research Centre and a farm on Friday (June 6), to see first-hand the research taking place on agricultural GHGs in Ireland and how the outputs of this research are being implemented on an Irish farm. Along with Ireland as the chair, the GRA special representative, who is the ambassador for the GRA, is Dr. Harry Clark, chief scientist of the New Zealand Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Research Centre. Prof. Tommy Boland, University College Dublin (UCD) School of Agriculture and Food Science, is a co-chair of the livestock research group (one of four research groups) of the GRA.
