These are sold in markets like Hauz Khas in Delhi and Colaba in Mumbai. Olive oil, dry fruits (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts), and cherries from Turkey are popular in India. There is a huge demand for them in supermarkets in big cities. From China India imports electronic goods, such as televisions, sound recorders, and spare parts from China. Electronics worth $3,000 crore were imported in 2021-22, which accounts for 70% of the total imports. It meets India's technical requirements. From Bangladesh India imports textiles and chemical products from Bangladesh, which are important for the fashion industry. Bangladesh's textile industry is an economical and quality source for India. This trade shows the strong economic ties between the two countries.
