Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Shake Up Their Team as 4 Key Staffers Exit

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Shake Up Their Team as 4 Key Staffers Exit originally appeared on Parade. A handful of staffers have left their jobs working for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in recent weeks, according to People on June 13. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made a number of changes in their staffing over the past year, several of those changes being rather significant ones. People shared that the four key staffers who recently exited their positions include Kyle Boulia, who was the deputy press secretary for the couple. Boulia was based in Los Angeles. Hello! reported that Charlie Gipson, the pair's press officer based in the United Kingdom, has left as well. Boulia and Gipson joined Prince Harry and Markle's staff in April 2024, People shared. In addition to the departures of Gipson and Boulia, Hello! noted that two people from Meghan's private team also left in recent weeks. The new exits come months after Markle and Prince Harry brought on Meredith Kendall Maines, a veteran of Hulu and Google, to be their first chief communications officer. In response to the recent exits, Maines said, "As the Duke and Duchess's business and philanthropic interests grow, I have made the strategic decision to move toward a more traditional communications structure of specialist agency support." Maines added, "Transitioning from a team of two to an agency support staff of eight, operating across five different time zones, will give international media and stakeholders better access, and critically, faster response times to inquiries." An insider told Hello!, "Something tells me there will be another change in the future. Meghan and Harry have hired some of the most incredible people at the top of their fields, yet somehow none of them ever work out." In August 2024, Prince Harry and Markle made headlines with other staff departures. Fox News quoted photographer and royal broadcaster Helena Chard as saying "something is wrong," prompting the "revolving door" of staff for Markle and Prince Harry. At the time, Chard said, "A revolving door of staff seems to be the norm for Harry and Meghan. Eighteen members of their staff have departed their team." Former Strictly Come Dancing star 'excited' to announce baby news

A former Strictly star has announced her excitement at becoming a first-time grandmother. A Strictly Come Dancing star has shared the delightful news that she is soon to become a grandmother. Annabel Croft, 58, has announced that her daughter Amber, 31, is expecting a baby later this year. The former professional tennis player, who partnered with Johannes Radebe on Strictly in 2023, revealed that her first grandchild is expected in September. She expressed her joy, stating that the news is "something positive to look forward to". ‌ She said: "I'm really excited to become a grandmother. When you have children yourself, it's such a whirlwind and you spend your life sort of treading water, and you don't enjoy the good bits. ‌ "But now I'm looking forward to just enjoying every second." Annabel participated in Strictly following the loss of her husband Mel Coleman, who tragically passed away from colon cancer, reports OK!. Preparing for the arrival of her first grandchild, she conceded that she misses her late husband more than ever. However, speaking to Hello! magazine, she affirmed that the family will continue to move forward and focus on the future: "When you deal with what we've dealt with as a family, you start to live in the moment, and that's our motto." Annabel is scheduled to go on tour later this year where she will likely share updates about her experiences as a new grandmother. ‌ In other Strictly news, speculation is rife about who will be participating in the upcoming series of the dance competition. Footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is rumoured to be one of the contestants. While the BBC has yet to confirm the official line-up, the 53 year old could potentially follow in the footsteps of fellow footballers Alex Scott and Tony Adams. ‌ An insider disclosed: "Jimmy has a huge fanbase from his years playing in the Premier League and is a very likeable character. "Show producers are always keen to book a retired footballer as it gets footie fans tuning into the series and becoming unlikely fans of the show." The source further told The Sun: "Jimmy has a competitive edge and is going to get his head in the game." ‌ Viewers won't have to wait too long for the new series, which typically kicks off in September. Last year's series saw comedian Chris McCausland clinch the trophy with Dianne Buswell. One of last year's Strictly contestants, Wynne Evans has also received huge congratulations after announcing his engagement to long-term partner Liz Brookes. ‌ The Welsh singer disclosed that he had asked for Liz's hand in marriage during a romantic Moroccan getaway. Sharing the news on social media, Wynne posted: "Big news... I got engaged!" alongside an image showing the glinting engagement ring and the couple celebrating with champagne. It comes after Wynne faced a number of scandals during his time on the BBC show, including his infamous 'spit-roast' comment, which contributed to his BBC Wales Radio show being axed. How Prince Louis's Trooping the Colour Appearance "Broke Tradition" and Showed a "Subtle Transition" for the Young Royal

Prince Louis made quite an impact at Trooping the Colour on June 14, 2025, while appearing alongside a plethora of Royal Family members. While Louis's mom, Princess Kate, paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II by wearing the former monarch's famous Bahrain Pearl Earrings, Princess Charlotte wore a horseshoe brooch, which was adorned with pearls, in honor of her late great-grandmother. Meanwhile, Prince George had a lot of laughs while riding in a carriage with Kate and Charlotte. Plus, Prince Louis "broke" an important royal tradition, and signaled he's growing up quickly. Having worn a pair of shorts at Trooping the Colour in 2024, Prince Louis forwent royal tradition and twinned with his brother George in a navy suit with pants. "There has been a longstanding tradition for male members of royalty and aristocracy to wear shorts until the age of 8," per Hello! magazine. As a result, Louis's Trooping the Colour outfit signals a change in royal tradition, with Hello! noting that the little prince has worn pants instead of shorts at a number of official events, in spite of any antiquated royal rules. GB News called Prince Louis's Trooping the Colour appearance a "subtle transition," with the royal essentially debuting a "new look" by perfectly twinning with Prince George. "Prince Louis marked a significant departure from previous years," the outlet reported, while also stating that the royal's "choice breaks with a longstanding custom." King Charles also broke from tradition at Trooping the Colour by arriving in a carriage alongside Queen Camilla, instead of riding horseback. Following his cancer diagnosis, Charles "is not expected to take to the saddle personally again during future Trooping the Colour [outings]," per GB News.
