Hilaria Baldwin shocked her Instagram followers as she showed off her impressive flexibility. The mother-of-seven flaunted her toned physique in a quirky clip uploaded to Instagram on Monday as she was seen posing in an array of yoga poses while wearing a pair of silver platform heels. In one pose, the yogi enthusiast was seen trying out the ' Nicki Minaj trend' which sees people crouching down in platform heels and cross their legs. The trend comes from a clip from Nicki's 2013 High School music video, where she crouched down in sky-high heels and kept one leg over. And Hilaria, 41, threw herself full force into the trend as she slipped into skimpy pale pink and purple gym co-ord to pull her leg behind her head. She tested her limits of her core and strength as she also balanced on top of a wooden monkey bar and balanced on one leg. Alongside her clip she penned: 'BTS of me attempting the #nikiminajchallenge …I've always had to do things my own way. Hilaria is no stranger to testing her flexibility and strength as she used to co-own the yoga studio chain Yoga Vida in New York City with Michael Patton. On January 9, the three-time Emmy winner filed a civil lawsuit against the Rust case prosecutors, investigators, and commissioners for defamation and malicious prosecution and civil rights violations due to 'intentionally mishandling evidence.' Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was released from New Mexico Women's Correctional Facility on May 23 after serving 18 months for her involuntary manslaughter for her role in the shooting.

The video is set in the couple's spacious backyard - likely at their home in the Hamptons - as Hilaria lip syncs to Kesha 's 2010 song Your Love Is My Drug. The podcaster and author - who divided the internet last month with her bizarre workout in heels - is seen hamming it up with over-the-top lip syncing while donning a low-cut black tank top and light blue denim overall shorts. She's lip-syncing near the family's spacious pool, and at one point, her husband of 13 years Alec is seen cleaning the pool filter while wearing a black t-shirt. 'I think I bring my kids to cemeteries a lot,' she said. 'Once you become a parent, I think that's how fragile life can be; it comes into my fears all the time. But I really feel like we spend time in cemeteries and everything from the history of it, and just also acknowledging, this is part of life.' She continued: 'This is part of life. And there's a tremendous amount of peace there as well. And not being afraid, if not of death, but of people who have died, you know? And because I don't want anyone to be afraid of me when I die.
