Hilaria Baldwin displays her impressive flexibility as she puts her leg behind her head while balancing in towering platform heels

Hilaria Baldwin shocked her Instagram followers as she showed off her impressive flexibility. The mother-of-seven flaunted her toned physique in a quirky clip uploaded to Instagram on Monday as she was seen posing in an array of yoga poses while wearing a pair of silver platform heels. In one pose, the yogi enthusiast was seen trying out the ' Nicki Minaj trend' which sees people crouching down in platform heels and cross their legs. The trend comes from a clip from Nicki's 2013 High School music video, where she crouched down in sky-high heels and kept one leg over. And Hilaria, 41, threw herself full force into the trend as she slipped into skimpy pale pink and purple gym co-ord to pull her leg behind her head. She tested her limits of her core and strength as she also balanced on top of a wooden monkey bar and balanced on one leg. Alongside her clip she penned: 'BTS of me attempting the #nikiminajchallenge …I've always had to do things my own way. 'So here is me falling and failing and experimenting and playing …and having FUN! #hilariabaldwin #exercises #funny'. Hilaria is no stranger to testing her flexibility and strength as she used to co-own the yoga studio chain Yoga Vida in New York City with Michael Patton. Last month, Hilaria and husband Alec celebrated the 10th birthday of their son Rafael immediately followed by their 13th wedding anniversary on June 30. The Baldwins enlist two nannies to help care for little Rafa as well as their daughter Carmen, 11; son Leonardo, eight; son Romeo, seven; daughter Marilu, four; son Eduardo, four; and daughter Ilaria, two. The 66-year-old Oscar nominee is also grandfather to two-year-old granddaughter Holland through his eldest daughter Ireland from his seven-year marriage to ex-wife Kim Basinger, which acrimoniously ended in 2002. The inseparable couple have yet to hear from TLC about whether or not their reality show The Baldwins was renewed for season two following their dismally-reviewed first season. When asked by E! News on June, 2, what his ideal Father's Day celebration was, Alec mused: 'I'd ride my bike to Virginia. I'll have a long time with fresh air.' And Hilaria threw herself full force into the trend as she slipped into skimpy pale pink and purple gym co-ord to flaunt her flexibility Alec is looking forward to taking the entire summer off to spend quality time with family at his 10-acre $1.75M four-bedroom Amagansett home. 'I've worried about work for 40 years and I don't want to think about it for a couple of months,' the Here's the Thing podcaster told the Associated Press on June 2. 'I want to be with my wife and my kids. I mean, if I work great. I'm not, like, neurotic about it. You know what? I mean like it's tough. Right now, putting movies together is tough.' Alec will serve as a member on the short film jury at the eighth edition of the Filming Italy Sardegna festival, which runs June 19-22 on the island of Sardinia. In April, ABC announced they were replacing Baldwin with Martin Short as executive producer and host of their Match Game revival, which begins filming in Montreal this June and airs this summer. The native New Yorker hosted the $25K fill-in-the-blank panel game show, which originally debuted in 1962 on NBC, for five seasons spanning 2016-2021. Earlier this year, Alec's troubled film Rust only earned $26,831 at the box office - all of which will be donated to the late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins' widower Matthew Hutchins and 12-year-old son Andros. Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter trial was dismissed July 12 after he denied ever pulling the trigger on the revolver that fired a single bullet into Rust director Joel Souza's arm and punctured the Ukrainian DP's chest killing her, at age 42, in 2021. On January 9, the three-time Emmy winner filed a civil lawsuit against the Rust case prosecutors, investigators, and commissioners for defamation and malicious prosecution and civil rights violations due to 'intentionally mishandling evidence.' Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was released from New Mexico Women's Correctional Facility on May 23 after serving 18 months for her involuntary manslaughter for her role in the shooting.

Hilaria Baldwin shows off cringey lip syncing while husband Alec cleans the pool in new Instagram video

Hilaria Baldwin spent the last few hours of her 4th of July long holiday weekend by showing off her lip syncing skills. The 41-year-old former yoga instructor also brought in her 67-year-old husband Alec for her new Instagram video that she posted on Sunday afternoon. The video is set in the couple's spacious backyard - likely at their home in the Hamptons - as Hilaria lip syncs to Kesha 's 2010 song Your Love Is My Drug. The podcaster and author - who divided the internet last month with her bizarre workout in heels - is seen hamming it up with over-the-top lip syncing while donning a low-cut black tank top and light blue denim overall shorts. She's lip-syncing near the family's spacious pool, and at one point, her husband of 13 years Alec is seen cleaning the pool filter while wearing a black t-shirt. The final shot shows Alec in the pool taking over the lip syncing duties while brandishing a pool net while Hilaria tosses random things in the air behind her. Hilaria captioned the video, 'I think he secretly likes it….' with the hashtags, #alecbaldwin #hilariabaldwin #kesha. The couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary last week, just a week after Hilaria's touching Father's Day tribute brought Alec to tears. Baldwin and his wife shared a joint Instagram post while Hilaria wrote in the caption: 'Happy father's day to this daddy @alecbaldwininsta and to all the other papas out there! or happy birthday as the baby says. Sending lots of love to all of you! #fathersday.' The Rust star, who shares seven children with his wife Hilaria, was seen laughing as his youngest child, daughter Hilaria, hilariously wished him a 'Happy birthday, daddy' as he opened up a gift to reveal it was a box of silverware. Though the video started out humorously, at the end, the dad-of-eight was visibly moved and got emotional by the end of the clip. He cracked up when Hilaria brought over a lit candle and started singing 'Happy Birthday' with their kids — even though he already celebrated turning 67 this year on April 3. When Hilaria told the kids to 'say happy Father's Day' to him and two of their daughters sitting in his lap echoed the sentiment, he hugged them closer and got emotional. 'Thank you, Mother, for my silverware,' he told Hilaria at the end of the video. The couple — who got married in 2012 and recently started a family reality show together — share daughters Carmen, 11, Maria, four, Ilaria, two, and sons Rafael, nine, Leonardo, eight, Romeo, six, Eduardo, four. They started sharing their lives with fans with their new TLC reality series The Baldwins, which debuted in February. The Baldwins' eight-episode reality series featuring their seven children concluded April 13, and TLC has not announced a second season renewal. The Baldwins was blasted by critics as 'a self-pitying attempt at image rehabilitation' as well as an 'outright offensive response' to the real-life tragedy of Hutchins. Christopher Stevens gave it one star out of five, writing: 'If this series is meant to make us feel sympathy, it has done the reverse. Last week, Alec Baldwin was just a has-been actor to me. Now I know exactly who he and his wife are. What hideous people.'

Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Alec Baldwin is "very different" since the 2021 Rust movie shooting that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, his wife said on a recent podcast. Newsweek reached out to Baldwin's representative via email on Thursday for comment. The Context On October 21, 2021, a prop gun held by Baldwin fired a live round on the Rust film set, killing Hutchins and injuring the movie's director, Joel Souza. Baldwin maintained that he did not pull the trigger, but he and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed were charged with involuntary manslaughter in January 2023. Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison in April 2024. Baldwin's case was dismissed later that year due to the withholding of evidence by prosecutors and police from the defense. MEGA/GC Images What To Know During Wednesday's episode of Let's Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa, Ripa asked Hilaria Baldwin about her husband's post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Alec Baldwin was diagnosed with the mental health condition following the fatal Rust incident. During the premiere episode of the couple's TLC reality show The Baldwins, which premiered in February, Hilaria Baldwin said her husband asked, "'Why couldn't it have been me?'" "Do you suspect that, or do you think that Alec still has PTSD?" Ripa asked. "Do you think he'll always have it?" "He is very different than he used to be," the yoga instructor, 41, said. "I think some of that, regardless of how people have behaved over the past few years, I think that to be in such a tragic situation, that was going to forever change him." Hilaria Baldwin said that his reactions to "loud noises" now "breaks my heart." "But he is, little by little, I think that he's working," she said. "It's hard, but he's working on it, and I think that the children encourage him to work on it." The Baldwins wed in June 2024, and the couple has seven children together: daughters Carmen, María Lucía, and Ilaria, and sons Rafael, Leo, Romeo, and Eduardo. The 30 Rock actor also shares daughter Ireland Baldwin with ex-wife Kim Basinger. "When you see that you have something to live for—and these are seven little things, and we have Ireland, and she has her baby—there's so much beauty and joy, and I think that helps him to try to lead a happier life." What People Are Saying Gutierrez-Reed's lawyer, Jason Bowles, released a statement on her behalf following the shooting: "Hannah would like to extend her deepest and most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Halyna. She was an inspirational woman in film who Hannah looked up to. She also offers her thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery to Joel. Hannah is devastated and completely beside herself over the events that have transpired." Hilaria Baldwin Teaches Her Kids About Death At Cemeteries

They say two things are certain in life: death and taxes. And it sounds like Hilaria Baldwin has already started teaching her kids about the facts of life. For context, Hilaria and Alec Baldwin share seven children: daughters Ilaria, 2, María, 4, and Carmen, 11, along with sons Eduardo, 4, Romeo, 6, Leonardo, 8, and Rafael, 9. If you follow Hilaria or Alec, or even just go on the internet from time to time, you'll probably know they're suuuuper open when it comes to discussing parenting. And now, Hilaria has shared a surprising tip about how she helps her children get comfortable with the prospect of death. Appearing on this week's episode of Kate and Oliver Hudson's Sibling Revelry podcast, Hilaria and Oliver got into a conversation about his fear of death, and how it's 'gotten worse' since he had kids. 'It's not even a selfish thing,' he said. 'It's more about my children.' In response, Hilaria agreed that she feels the same anxieties, but that she's found a way of making sure that death isn't something her children live in fear of. 'I think I bring my kids to cemeteries a lot,' she said. 'Once you become a parent, I think that's how fragile life can be; it comes into my fears all the time. But I really feel like we spend time in cemeteries and everything from the history of it, and just also acknowledging, this is part of life.' She continued: 'This is part of life. And there's a tremendous amount of peace there as well. And not being afraid, if not of death, but of people who have died, you know? And because I don't want anyone to be afraid of me when I die. So I try to have that kind of connection with them.' OK, I guess it sounds a little weird... but it's also not the craziest thing I've ever heard? What do you make of this? LMK in the comments.
