Dave Franco fans left disturbed after spotting 'wild' public act with wife Alison Brie: 'I'm gonna throw up'
Everyone shows love in different ways - but Alison Brie and Dave Franco 's bizarre display of affection should probably have been kept inside the house. The Hollywood couple were spotted cozying up together on a picnic blanket in Griffith Park in Los Angeles - but it is what they were doing that had people talking. In a clip shared by Pop Crave to social media, Franco, 40, was seen sitting down on the blanket scrolling on his phone while his wife of eight years, 42, clipped his toenails. The pair looked relaxed, both wearing blue denim jeans and white shirts, with Franco donning a short-sleeved floral button up over the top. 'Doing this for a man in public is wild,' text on the video read. While the couple looked perfectly content with their setup, not all users agreed, taking to social media to share their own thoughts. 'I'm gonna throw up,' declared someone. 'Doing this for a man in private is also wild…' joked one user. In a clip shared by Pop Crave, Dave Franco, 40, was seen sitting down on the blanket scrolling on his phone while his wife of eight years Alison Brie, 42, was clipping his toenails Another remarked: 'Peak love or peak madness. Either way, that's Hollywood intimacy.' Meanwhile, others speculated it could be clever promotion for their new film, in which they play a dysfunctional couple. 'This is just publicity for their new movie about codependency,' a fan wrote. 'One of my favorite stunts for a movie yet,' gushed another. The intimate act comes after the couple - who tied the knot in 2017 - shared a steamy kiss to promote their upcoming horror film, Together. The duo posed underneath a billboard for the movie which shows them breaking away from a kiss but seemingly having interlocking lips. Brie and Franco play a codependent couple in the horror film who move to the countryside where they encounter a supernatural force that causes their bodies to undergo mysterious and startling changes. Brie spoke to the Hollywood Reporter about their latest project, explaining: 'Both of us have done intimate scenes with other actors, of course, but without giving too much away, a lot of this film requires close proximity from its two leads to a greater extent than anything I've done before.' She continued: 'I think we pretty much finished every day of shooting and said to one another, "I don't know how you could make this movie without a real-life couple because of some of the situations we found ourselves in."' 'The movie explores codependency and it's something that we don't necessarily think is a good or bad thing. There are levels to it,' Franco explained. 'Because we are married, and we work together constantly, I think we definitely could be defined as codependent. But we try to maintain a healthy relationship.' 'Also, because of the fact that certain jobs take us away from each other for long periods of time, we are forced to also be more independent.' The couple were introduced by mutual friends at Mardi Gras in 2011 and they married in 2017.

A Hollywood golden couple who haven't been pictured in six years have been photographed making a rare outing. This duo are not only lovebirds but colleagues, having co-starred together in multiple projects, including the 60s sitcom He & She - which earned her an Emmy nomination. This pair played a married couple living in New York City in He & She followed by the 1970 satirical war comedy Catch-22. They even took their relationship to Broadway, starring in 1998's The Norman Conquests and even an off-Broadway production. They've now been married for 64 years and have two children who also followed their parents acting footsteps. Can you guess who this showbiz couple is? A Hollywood golden couple who haven't been pictured in six years were seen for the first time since 2019 It's Richard Benjamin and Paula Prentiss! This couple were spotted heading to a Pilates class in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Paula, who has been with her husband since 1961, emerged from the studio with the assistance of a walker and an assistant who guided towards an open chair. The Hollywood icon kept it casual in a grey zip-down sweatshirt, black trousers, sneakers, and a tortoise hair clip maintaining her short hairstyle. Richard, meanwhile, stepped out of his car wearing a light denim jacket thrown over a T-shirt and joggers. The couple's career and relationship dates back to an era in which actors were signed to studios. Richard and Paula met studying at Northwestern University's drama school, before they auditioned for an MGM talent scout who ended up signing only Paula, according to People. The actress inked a seven year contract with the studio in 1960, embarking on a journey which she described as 'terrifying.' 'It was a life I hadn't picked,' she told People during a joint 1976 interview with her husband. 'It was terrifying. I just allowed myself to be driven along.' 'I was such an idiot,' her husband groaned. 'I accepted it all to be with the girl I wanted to be with.' The couple even wed to comply with the wishes of the studio, with People describing their marriage as 'arranged' by MGM. At the time, eyebrows were raised at the prospect of Paula traveling with her boyfriend (as they were unmarried), prompting them to say 'I do.' Whilst under contract with the studio, she did an array of films with Jim Hutton, and even starred opposite Hollywood legend Rock Hudson in the 1964 film Man's Favorite Sport?, playing his girlfriend. Other notable works include 1975's The Stepford Wives along with role opposite Peter O'Toole in What's New Pussycat. However Paula suffered a mental breakdown on the Paris set of What's New Pussycat, which she told People was what 'woke' them up. 'One day during shooting,' she told People, 'I just climbed up the ropes to the catwalk and started walking the beams. Very loudly and clearly I called down to everyone on the set, "I'm going to jump." A French technician grabbed me, and there I was, hanging by one arm.' During treatment, her husband said she was under so much medication that she wasn't herself. The couple overcame the ordeal and several years later welcomed children who also pursued acting - son Ross Benjamin, 51, and daughter Prentiss Benjamin, 46 (who is also a dancer). 'When Paula was sick, people wondered why I didn't leave her,' her husband said elsewhere in the interview. 'And when I wasn't working they wondered why she didn't leave me. People all along have tried to come between us. It took a long time to figure out that it was their problem, not ours.' As for her spouse, he too worked with Peter O'Toole in the 1984 film Racing in the Moon. His resume includes The Last of Sheila, Mermaids, The Money Pit, and the 1973 film Westworld, which later inspired the HBO show of the same name. His illustrious career has also received critical acclaim - he received a Golden Globe nod in 1971 before actually winning one in 1976.

Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas romance explained as it's revealed they first met 'several years ago'
and Ana de Armas are the hot new Hollywood couple as they have been seen on dates in London in recent weeks. But the stars want to take it slowly as he promotes his latest Mission: Impossible movie and she has Ballerina to talk up, a source told UsWeekly on Thursday. Turns out the actors have known each other for years, the insider claimed, but only got close in February when they met over a movie project. That is when the 'relationship developed,' it was added by the source. Soon after Tom, 62, and Ana, 37, started dating as they were seen together on Valentine's Day. 'It's low-key, still new and in the early stages,' a source told the site. 'Their romance is definitely on the down low.' When they had a sit down three months ago Cruise was 'super smitten' with de Armas and it 'developed into feelings.' 'They've gone out on some dates and it's very low-key,' the source continued. 'It's in the early stages and he's been courting her.' Cruise is 'really into her,' the insider added while de Armas is being 'more cautious.' The insider said: 'She isn't looking for anything to move too fast, she's taking it really slow.' Ana's exes include Manuel Anido Cuesta, the stepson of Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, and Tom's pal Ben Affleck. Cruise is happy to romance the star. 'They've gone out on some dates and it's very low-key,' the source continued. 'It's in the early stages and he's been courting her.' 'It's very private,' the insider explained of de Armas and the Mission Impossible superstar. And she did not want to go to Cannes with Tom for his movie premiere because they are 'protecting themselves from the intense scrutiny.' Cruise with Hayley Atwell at the Mission Impossible - The Final Reckoning red carpet at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals on Wednesday She would prefer to fly under the radar and that is why she lives in Vermont most of the year. 'She doesn't like the public attention,' With [ex-boyfriend] Ben Affleck, that's one of the things she didn't like,' the insider told Us, adding that her preference for privacy is 'one of the things Tom likes about her.' This comes after reported that Affleck is jealous of Tom dating his ex Ana. 'Ben is kind of [a] jealous [type], yup,' a source told 'He really liked Ana a lot and then she walked away and left him sad. So to see her happy with his friend is kind of weird for him.' Turns out Ben - who used to date Tom's pal Gwyneth Paltrow - has always been 'a little bit' jealous of Cruise's amazing action film career that has made him mega-rich. 'I think every working actor in Hollywood is jealous of Tom's success and Ben is not any different,' the source added, downplaying the tension. The source then noted: 'But Ben is also happy for Tom. I mean, he admires that a colleague in his sixties is still going hard on the big screen. Ben hopes to be so lucky one day.' Ben dated de Armas from March 2020 to January 2021. Cruise and de Armas have been in a romance since Valentine's Day. Most recently they were spotted enjoying a romantic stroll in a London park. A video captured by an eagle-eyed fan showed the couple enjoying the sunshine on Ana's 37th birthday last week. Ben and Tom have another woman in common: Paltrow. Ben dated the Oscar-winning actress on and off from 1997 to 2000, and Tom kissed her in a movie over 20 years ago. Paltrow said during an interview: 'I did a little cameo once at the beginning of Austin Powers 3, I think it was, and I got to make out with Tom Cruise. He was an amazing kisser!' The film was 2002's Austin Powers In Goldmember. And let's not forget that Tom danced with Ben's ex-wife Jennifer Lopez at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. This comes after word that Lopez promised her children she'd be 'stronger and better' after her divorce from Affleck. The 55-year-old singer-and-actress - who has 17-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony - filed for divorce from the Accountant 2 star in August last year after just two years of marriage. She's told how her kids helped bring her 'peace' during a 'difficult' time. She told Spain's El Pais newspaper: 'I said, 'I promise you, this is a difficult time, but you're going to see that I'll come out the other side stronger and better.' I promised them that and I did it. 'And they feel it now. That gives me a great sense of peace in my life.' Jennifer is 'proud' of how far she's moved on with her life since her divorce and thinks she and her twins are all 'stronger and better' for coming through the rocky period in their lives. She added: 'I'm happier that I'm a step further along than I was a year ago, two years ago, three years ago… I'm proud of myself for that and I'm proud that I was able to navigate my children through difficult times, that they're stronger and better because of it. 'So, it's a great time to go out there and dance and sing and have a good time with everybody.' Although Jennifer and Ben - who has Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and 13-year-old Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner - are no longer together, their families have remained close and the 'Hustlers' star's twins joined their former step-siblings at 'The Accountant 2' premiere last month. Paltrow said during an interview: 'I did a little cameo once at the beginning of Austin Powers 3, I think it was, and I got to make out with Tom Cruise. He was an amazing kisser!' The film was 2002's Austin Powers In Goldmember Ben told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet: 'It's a great night. The kids are here, Jen's kids are here. I'm very, very excited. 'I'm proud of the movie, I love the movie and I love when all the kids come out. It's really fun, it's exciting.' The 52-year-old star praised Jennifer as 'spectacular' who will always be 'important' to him. Praised for 'continuing those relationships' with the kids, he said: 'Listen, I don't read the stuff online much, and sometimes I get the sense that people perpetuate this idea of … they wanna find something negative to talk about. 'For the record, Jennifer Lopez is spectacular, great to my kids, great ongoing relationship with them. I love her kids. They're wonderful. She's [an] enormously important, tremendous person of a lot of integrity who I adore and am grateful to.'

Ellen DeGeneres debuts brand new look as star gives glimpse into quiet UK farm life
Ellen DeGeneres has given fans a glimpse into her new life on a UK farm, as she also showed off her new hairstyle. A recent Instagram video posted by the former talk show host shows DeGeneres attempting to mow the lawn at her new home in the UK in a video shot by her wife, Australian actress Portia de Rossi. 'Portia thought it would be fun to film my first time on the mower,' DeGeneres wrote in the caption. 'She was right.' The video starts off with DeGeneres on a ride-on mower successfully mowing a small flat portion of her lawn, with the words 'How it started' written on the screen. In the next clip, DeGeneres – who could be seen sporting longer, brown hair compared to her usual bleach blonde – struggled to drive the lawnmower up a hill, and the on-screen caption changed to 'How it ended.' The video showed DeGeneres sitting on the mower as someone assists her by pushing the machine from the back. De Rossi can be heard struggling to hold back her laughter from behind the camera as she recorded the whole ordeal. The Hollywood couple first made headlines when they reportedly moved to the UK in November 2024 after Donald Trump was elected president. They sold one of their homes in Montecito, California, in August 2024 and sold their second home in the city in March. Shortly after news of the couple's big move broke, the two were spotted out with a group of friends at The Farmer's Dog in the Cotswolds, a countryside region in England. It is unclear where in the UK they relocated to, but they are rumoured to live in the English countryside. DeGeneres is not the only comedian who left after President Trump won the election. In a TikTok video shared in March 2025, Rosie O'Donnell shared she left the country and moved to Ireland on January 15, five days before Trump's inauguration. In the video, O'Donnell explained she 'was someone who never thought I would move to another country,' but she thought it was best for her and her young child. 'I miss my other kids,' she added of her five grown children. 'I miss my friends. I miss many things about life there at home. And I'm trying to find a home here in this beautiful country. And when it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that's when we will consider coming back.' When speaking with US Weekly in April, O'Donnell shared that she was 'shocked' to find out the reason DeGeneres chose to flee the country. 'I've never really known Ellen to say anything political in her life, so I was surprised to read that she left because of President Trump. Like, that shocked me, actually,' O'Donnell said. 'I've been a political person my whole life. Not better or worse. It's just a different way to be in the world. 'I was very clear about the reason why I was leaving, and I don't think it came as a surprise to anyone. We're not really in each other's worlds, and it's been kind of awkward, but you know what? I wish her the best. I wish that she has peace and love in her life and that she is OK.'
