Notre Dame commit Dylan Faison reaffirms his pledge to the Fighting Irish
Notre Dame's first commitment in the 2026 recruiting class doesn't intend to change his plans any time soon.
St. Andrew's School (Boca Raton, FL) senior Dylan Faison, the brother of current Fighting Irish junior wide receiver Jordan Faison, pledged to the Fighting Irish in March of 2024 and does not plan on changing allegiances despite Miami extending a scholarship offer in early June.
Boca Raton being so close to Miami may have Notre Dame fans concerned, but the 5-foot-11, 170-pound Faison affirms he is "100 percent locked in" with the Irish.
Like Jordan, Dylan also plans to play lacrosse in South Bend. He is ranked as the Class of 2026's No. 1 lacrosse recruit in the country, per Inside Lacrosse.
