First look at US chicken chain's new Co Antrim location
Opening on Monday July 7, the new restaurant at The Junction will offer both sit-in and takeaway options - and will be Popeyes' first drive-thru location in Northern Ireland.
The US chain said that queues are expected both on foot and by car on Monday, after the brand's first restaurant at Forestside in Belfast proved popular since opening last September.
Jack Skidmore, Training Manager at Popeyes, said: 'As we put the finishing touches to the new restaurant, excitement is building - not just within our team, but across The Junction and the wider community.
"We're proud to be bringing the spirit and flavour of New Orleans to Northern Ireland, and the team can't wait to welcome our first customers through the doors on Monday."
The interior of the restaurant is inspired by the vibrant colours and atmosphere of New Orleans.
The restaurant will open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. Customers can begin queuing from 9am on Monday's opening day.
The US chain opened its first NI restaurant at Forestside Shopping Centre in south Belfast in September.
The business, which was founded in New Orleans in 1972, first set up shop in the UK in November 2021, and has since opened in more than 50 locations.
The menu includes chicken sandwich, hot wings, tenders, original southern-style savoury biscuits and gravy and Cajun rice.
