The saga of Jenna's bob actually began two months ago when Leslie, who starred as Kate, the more uptight of a trio of friends vacationing in Thailand in season 3 of The White Lotus, appeared as a guest on Today. The character immediately stood out to fans, not just because of Leslie's performance, but also because of her character's (affectionately called) 'cunty little bob.' While gushing over Leslie's performance during the interview, Jenna mentioned that she loved her bob, even saying, 'I'm getting a bob. I'm getting a bob based only on you.' She then told Leslie that she would do it if celebrity hairdresser, Chris McMillan, who cut Leslie's new signature bob, would come on the show. Ask and you shall receive, Jenna! Leslie returned to Jenna and Friends on Monday as a co-host, Chris in tow, to help Jenna get a brand new, White Lotus makeover. Viewers got to see Chris begin to cut Jenna's hair, but the final bob wasn't revealed until Tuesday. 'This is my hair!' she said, walking onto the stage. 'You look sexy and powerful and glamorous. And I kept saying it yesterday—you're a badass,' Leslie said, praising Jenna's vulnerability and willingness to go through such a big makeover on camera. Not everyone in Jenna's life was thrilled with the transformation. The Today host shared a video of her three kids, none of whom seemed very happy. She continued, 'And I feel like I should, we should get married, but it's not because we feel like we have to. I think it's something that we would like to do just because we want that expression."
