Lizzie Cundy puts on a VERY leggy display in a gold fringed mini dress as she joins busty Ella Morgan at star-studded charity ball

Lizzie Cundy looked incredible as she hit the red carpet alongside Ella Morgan at the Rainbow Honours charity ball at the London Hilton on Friday. The former WAG, 57, put on a very leggy display in a gold fringe mini dress which boasted sheer panels and teased a glimpse of her jaw-dropping figure beneath. Accentuating her timeless features with glam make-up the stunner slipped her feet into sparkly heels and posed up a storm. Meanwhile MAFS UK star Ella, 31, opted for a plunging pink dress complete with racy thigh high split and added extra sparkle with gold accessorises. The duo were joined at the star-studded evening by other famous faces including Sally Lindsay, Suranne Jones and Linda Robson. The annual event recognises and celebrates individuals and organisations who dedicate themselves year-round to driving change and championing LGBTQIA+ equality. It comes after Lizzie opened up about the realities of being a WAG in the noughties as she shared the 'lonely and isolating' reality of her split from her footballer ex. The TV star got married to the former Chelsea player Jason Cundy, 55, in 1994, after meeting at a nightclub in Richmond, London. Lizzie split from Jason in 2012 after discovering his affair with opera singer Hannah Pedley. Now, in a new BBC documentary titled Sex After Celebrity, Lizzie revealed the difficulties she faced with being in the public eye at the height of her fame. Reflecting on the period when her marriage split became public, she described it as the 'most awful time' in her life. She said: 'It was the most awful time when my marriage split up, not just because it was a marriage splitting up and family was being split up, it was because it was on the front page of the papers. 'There's a picture of me in a swimsuit, looking over my shoulder, and it was all about my marriage split, and I didn't even know about it myself. And it was the reaction of other people as well. 'Friends I knew didn't know what to say. The mums at school would cross the road from me because they were embarrassed. She added extra sparkle to the ensemble with gold accessorises The actress looked effortlessly chic in a navy gown (L-R) Gladiators and Strictly star Montell Douglas joined Loose Women's Linda Robson EastEnders star Balvinder Sopal cut a stylish figure on the red carpet 'They didn't really know what to say. So it actually became quite a lonely existence.' She continued: 'And not knowing who to trust, actually doubting friends, thinking, "Could they have put that story in?" or, you know, "I only told that person, so how did it get in?" 'And quizzing and questioning people that you've known a lifetime. So that side was awful.' Following the breakdown of her high-profile marriage, Lizzie found it hard to go back into the dating pool. She explained: 'It's difficult when you've been in a very high-profile relationship and then go into dating, because you have a trust issue. I certainly did. 'And I've actually been on a date where we're sitting there and I've seen him push his phone, and I thought, "I think you're recording me." 'So I just said it out, "Is your phone on? Are you recording?" And he just went, "Yeah..."' Fast forward to present day, the beauty has found a new lease of life for dating, as she described it was 'great now'. She went on to date England rugby player Danny Cipriani and has since enjoyed some other relationships out of the public eye. The TV star said: 'I am loving dating. I do long-distance relationships, which is fantastic. 'So, you know, you can send little naughty pics and you just keep it fresh. They're not there all the time, getting on your nerves. 'You know, guys are good for different things. You know, I used to have one guy and I'd think, "Oh, if only he was a little bit more fun and wanted to go out at night". 'I've got guys, you know, one likes football, one likes going out for dinner, one makes me laugh, one's good in bed, you know? Got it all. 'So that's what... I'm free. I love it, and I've never been happier.'

Louise Redknapp and Lizzie Cundy look chic as they attend the launch of Jo Wood's debut novel while her ex husband Ronnie makes a surprise appearance

Louise Redknapp, Lizzie Cundy and Jo Wood looked chic in black and white as they attended the model's book launch at London's Nexus Club on Wednesday. Singer Louise, 50, who is the wife of former football Jamie Redknapp, looked incredible in a crisp white shirt, which she layered over a black three-quarter leggings. She upped the glamour as she toted around her belongings in a black leather Hermes Birkin bag, Louise added inches to her statuesque frame as she slipped into a pair of black leather mules. TV personality Lizzie, 57, put on a very busty display in a plunging white structured dress. To finish her ensemble, the former wife of footballer Jason Cundy wore a pair of white heels and carried a nude leather bag. Louise Redknapp, Lizzie Cundy and Jo Wood looked chic in black and white as they attended the model's book launch at London's Nexus Club on Wednesday Meanwhile Jo, 70, cut a sophisticated look in a black buttoned-up blouse which she paired with black trousers and platform sandals. They all stepped out to celebrate Jo's debut novel, The Resurrection of Flo, which 'explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment as an older woman'. She has explained that the 'sexy and shocking' novel is based on her experience of recovering from her painful divorce from the Rolling Stones guitarist, who made a surprise appearance at the event. Speaking in an exclusive interview with the Mail, Jo said: 'The book is about how not to be a victim after a marriage. And how to pick yourself up and get out there - and have fun, and experience life fully as an older woman.' Due to be published this summer, The Resurrection of Flo has been described by the publisher as 'sexy and shocking'. 'Breaking up with your husband... I know what that feels like', Jo said. 'Many women know what that's like, where the man you love has run off. They say you have to write from experience. 'My friend read it and said, ''Oh Jo, I could imagine that's what happened to you when you and Ronnie broke up.'' It's fiction, and the story is about Flo, but of course I'm going to put my feelings into it.' The book's protagonist - whose name rhymes with the author's - is 53 when she gets divorced, the same age Jo was when she split with Ronnie after his affair with 19-year-old cocktail waitress, Ekaterina 'Katia' Ivanova. Jo has explained that the 'sexy and shocking' novel based on her experience of recovering from her painful divorce from the Rolling Stones guitarist He wore a bold patterned shirt, teamed with blue jeans and trainers Jo and Ronnie have two children together – Leah, 46, and Tyrone, 41 – and eventually became friends again after Jo filed for divorce in 2008. They remain on good terms. Jo is also mum to another son, Jamie, 48, from her first marriage to clothing entrepreneur Peter Greene. 'I met a woman once who said, ''My husband's left me, my life's over.'' I thought, no it's not! There's always life after a relationship, no matter what age you are,' she said. She also admitted she hasn't yet told Ronnie about the book. 'I've been quietly writing it just in case it got nowhere. When I went to see the publisher, I thought they might say, 'Forget it Jo, this is ridiculous!' 'I'm not going to send Ronnie a copy. He won't read it anyway – I know him. He won't read it. He's not a book person. He read one book in 30 years while I was with him. His loss. It's a girl's book anyway – it's a woman's book.' She added: 'I got inspiration from things that happened to me but all the people in it are fiction. I just got inspired by everything around me. I'd sit and watch Sex Sent me to the ER! Stuff like that – I'd think, that would be a good idea for Flo. 'I think my book is funny. It's not a serious book. Silly things happen to her. I just hope people enjoy it for what it is. It's the first time I've ever done anything like this. God, my father would be so proud of me.' Jo has previously shared the secret to her close relationship with her ex-husband Ronnie, whom she has remained on good terms with since their 2009 divorce. She said: 'I know that I can pick up the phone and ring him if there's anything, like, trouble or anything like that. 'But I could do that with Keith [Richards] as well. I saw Keith recently, with Patti [Hansen, his wife]. I'm fine with them all. I didn't do anything wrong! 'When you have children and grandchildren, I think it's important… I like to know that I can say, "The kids have been, you know, even though they're grown up. Have a word with them!"' In recent years, Jo has ditched the rock-and-roll lifestyle from her marriage to Ronnie for an eco-friendly countryside cottage. Aside from WiFi, Jo said she more or less lives self-sufficiently and has traded in her days of drinking and joints for homegrown veg and is even creating a capsule supplement called Longevity to boost her health. Speaking to The Telegraph, Jo admitted that she didn't have an addictive personality which made it easier for her to walk away from the party lifestyle after it suddenly dawned on her one day that way of living wasn't what she wanted.

Anthea Turner, 65, reveals she was reluctant to go on a first date with her millionaire fiancé Mark Armstrong, 59, because she feared she'd have to pay

Anthea Turner has revealed she didn't want to meet up with her younger date because she feared she would have to pay for it. The TV personality, 65, who is now engaged to millionaire business Mark Armstrong, has spoken about her initial concerns about going on the first date. Speaking to Lizzie Cundy, Anthea opened up about her engagement and how the couple first met - which was down to Lizzie herself. Lizzie said: 'You're engaged, I won't say thanks to me...', to which Anthea admitted that their relationship was down to Lizzie. The former WAG added: 'You didn't want to go on the date.' Discussing her reasoning, Anthea admitted: 'I said I didn't want to go on the date, he was a bit younger than me and I'm not paying. 'And you said, yes you are and I'm coming with you. And that was it.' When asked if there was going to be wedding bells soon, Anthea said: 'We will sort this out, we've got to sort it out and we fully intend to. But we keep going on holiday! We're just having honeymoon after honeymoon.' Elsewhere in the chat, Anthea and Lizzie discussed her many trips abroad and even broached the idea of Anthea and Mark hosting a travel show. Lizzie said: 'Are you going to do a travel show together. You did wish you were here!' Anthea replied: : I did, I used to do about 24 locations a year. 24 different destinations, I didn't like all of them. I love travelling and Mark does as well. We're good travellers together.' Lizzie added: 'This might be a good idea, a travel show. Judith chalmers!' While Anthea said: 'Well yes I took over from the great Judith Chalmers on Wish You Were Here when she retired. Which I was very proud of. Social media is fabulous because it gives us an opportunity to travel, to work with travel companies. Or for instance in Tanzania I worked with the tourist board.' Anthea previously revealed she didn't think she was 'glam enough' Mark Twice married Anthea has been engaged to the businessman since 2019 following their whirlwind romance. But their was a point, the broadcaster, who famously presented BBC's Blue Peter between 1992 and 1994, nearly ditched their first date entirely. Anthea said that if it wasn't for match maker Lizzie, who introduced the couple to one another, she would never have even turned up to the dinner because she thought Mark was 'too young' for her. 'I saw some pictures and I was thought "Ooh Gorgeous!" but he was younger than me and his background had been in events, clubs, he did the club awards and things like that. 'And I thought "No, no, no he's going to want something glamorous, that's not me. I wasn't going, she [Lizzie] told Mark that I was desperate to see him and then she couldn't get me there so she said "Right, I'm coming with you". 'So she arranged a dinner. I was intrigued by this man. And he seemed to be lavish and give me a lot of attention', Anthea admitted. Recalling his proposal during a romantic trip to Italy, she told HELLO: 'I had a hunch. It was all very quick (we were engaged within just a few months of meeting),' 'But when you are older it does tend to move a bit quicker because 'when you know, you know' and there is no point in messing around is there?!'. The couple postponed their wedding in November 2022. They previously delayed the nuptials due to covid restrictions, the death of both parties beloved mothers and an eye injury that left her 'moments from going blind'. Anthea told the Daily Mail's Richard Eden that the lavish nuptials would now be taking place in Italy saying: 'We're definitely going to do it next year!' It comes after the TV veteran has offered her fans advice on how to survive divorce in her new book, after going through two failed marriages. She was previously married to ex-husband Grant Bovey for 13 years, but the couple split after he cheated on her with a woman half her age in 2013. Anthea's first marriage was to her manager, former DJ Peter Powell, in 1990, with the couple splitting up eight years later. She shared advice on how to have a healthy divorce, including three main tips: 'Ditch blame, put the kids first, and avoid lawyers for as long as you can.' Anthea also wrote alongside the Instagram video earlier this year: 'Divorce is always a tricky subject and no 2 are exactly the same. I was like a rabbit it the headlights and everyone seemed to have advice'.
