Force Motors partners with Zoho to implement digital CRM-DMS platform across dealer network

Force Motors has announced a strategic partnership with Zoho Corporation to support the digital transformation of its nationwide and global dealer network. The initiative is part of Force Motors' ongoing digital programme, Project DigiForce , and is aimed at improving dealer operations and customer engagement through the adoption of advanced technologies. As part of the agreement, Zoho 's integrated cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms, along with 12 AI-powered front-office applications, will be implemented across Force Motors' dealership and service operations. This system will replace existing legacy tools and centralise functions such as sales, service, marketing, and customer support. Deployment across national and international network Force Motors operates over 200 dealerships, 70 authorised service centres, and 30 parts centres in India, in addition to a presence in over 40 international markets. The new CRM-DMS system will offer a unified platform to these stakeholders, aiming to streamline workflows, support data-driven decision-making, and improve service delivery across every stage of customer interaction. Each hub serves as a focused space where Zia can understand and act on the content stored. Currently, Zia Hubs launches are in early access and would be available upon request for Zoho Workdrive users. The general release for users is scheduled by Q3 of FY2025,the company said.

Zoho Corporation , the global technology company headquartered in Chennai, today announced deep AI integrations within its CX platform and the launch of Ulaa Enterprise , a secure, enterprise-ready version of its privacy-first browser. The expansion of generative AI and work orchestration capabilities within the company's Customer Experience (CX) platform, help remove technological barriers to CRM adoption. Whereas, Ulaa Enterprise addresses the security and compliance needs of modern workplaces. The report is created according to that user's permissions, and the user can visualise Zia's build process in real time. The user can also make additional changes, then ask Zia to resume after the override. Users will also be able to leverage custom module creation, a no-codefeature that enables users to use plain language to customise their CRM, such as create modules, modify field types, and customise permission configurations. Zia's agentic capabilities also make it easy for anyone to set up custom workflows using simple prompts. Zia acting as an agent can now perform tasks on the user's behalf. The CX platform now also comes with an image-to-design capability, image to Canvas (a no-code design studio), allowing users to bring an image to life by adding a visual design layer to the system of record, which is CRM.
